Indian PM. Modi trying to divert world attention from the grim, India should recognize that ‘’Kashmir issue’’ cannot be resolved by bullets, Sertaj Aziz By, Asghar Ali Mubarak Islamabad- The Adviser to Prime Minister of Pakistan on Foreign Affairs Mr. Sertaj Aziz while responding to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s on Independence Day speech, said, that Mr. Modi was only trying to divert world attention from the grim tragedy that has been unfolding in the Indian Occupied Kashmir over the past five weeks. Thousands of unarmed youth are protesting every day for their right of self determination. More than 70 innocent Kashmiris have been killed and more than 6000 injured. There is constant curfew and complete media blackout for the past 37 days. These events have nothing to do with terrorism. It is an indigenous movement for self determination, a right promised to the Kashmir’s by the UN Security Council. At this time, the contrast between the Indian Occupied Kashmir and the Azad Jammu and Kashmir could not be more stark. Prime Minister Modi’s reference to Balochistan, which is an integral part of Pakistan, only proves Pakistan’s contention that India through its main intelligence agency RAW, has been fomenting terrorism in Balochistan. This, Mr. Aziz added, was also confirmed by the public confession of RAW’s active service Naval Officer, Kulbhushan Yadav in March this year. India is a large country, in fact the second largest in the world and this must be acknowledged, but a large country does not automatically become a great country, especially when it unleashes such brute force against innocent citizens to suppress their right to protest or when it deliberately uses pallet guns to permanently destroy the eye sight of over 100 youth. India should recognize that the core issue of Kashmir cannot be resolved by bullets. It requires a political solution, through serious negotiations between India and Pakistan, Mr. Aziz said in conclusion.Mean while the Foreign Secretary of Islamic Republic of Pakistan H.E.Mr. Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry called in the Indian High Commissioner H.E.Mr.Gautam Bambawale this afternoon (15 August 2016) and handed over a letter addressed to his Indian counterpart, inviting him to visit Pakistan for talks on Jammu and Kashmir dispute that has been the main bone of contention between India and Pakistan.The letter highlights the international obligation of both the countries, India and Pakistan, to resolve the Jammu and Kashmir dispute, in accordance with the UN Security Council resolutions.

پاکستانی ٹیم کی ٹاپ پوزیشن حاصل کرنے کی امید برقرار،،یونس خان کے بھارتی کھلاڑی اظہر الدین سے براے راست رابطے نے شکوک و شبہات کو جنم دے دیا، کالم اندر کی بات ،،سینئرپاکستانی صحافی اصغر علی مبارک کے قلم سے پاکستانی ٹیم کی حالیہ کامیابی کے بعد سیریز برابر کرنے کے بعد بھی پاکستانی ٹیم کی ٹاپ پوزیشن حاصل کرنے کی امید برقرار ہے، پاکستان کو ٹیسٹ کرکٹ کی نمبرون ٹیم بننے کے لئے فی الحال بھارت اور آسٹریلیا کی سیریز کاانتظار کرناپڑے گا اگر بھارت ویسٹ انڈیز کے خلاف اور آسٹریلیا جاری کولمبو ٹیسٹ میں فتح حاصل نہیں کرتا تو پاکستان ٹاپ رینکنگ میں پہنچ جائے گا ۔ پاکستان نے انگلینڈ ہی ہوم فتوحات کا تسلسل بھی اوول ٹیسٹ میچ میں فتح کے بعد روک دیا ، گزشتہ چھ سیریز میں انگلینڈ نے تین بار ایشز ، دو مرتبہ بھارت اور ایک مرتبہ پاکستان کو شکست دی تھی ، اوول کا گراؤنڈ پاکستان کی کامیابیوں کے لئے ایک اہم گراؤنڈ بن گیا ہے، یہاں پر پاکستان نے پانچ میچز جیتے جبکہ دو میں اسے شکست ہوئی، پاکستان اور انگلینڈ کے مابین کھیلے جانے والی چار ٹیسٹ میچوں کی سیریز2-2سے برابر رہی تاہم اوول کے میدان کی فتح برسوں پاکستانی شائقین کی دلوں میں رہے گی دریں اثنایونس خان کے برملا اظھار کے بعد کہ انکو بھارتی کھلاڑیاظہر الدین نی اوول ٹیسٹ میچ سی قبل تلے فون کیا تھا اور انسے بات چیت بھی ہوئی تھی اظہر الدین پر ماضی میں میچ فکسنگ سکینڈل میں ملوث ہونے پر تا حیات پابندی لگا دی گی تھی ایسے میچ فکسنگ سکینڈل میں ملوث پلیئر سی براے راست رابطے نے شکوک و شبہات کو جنم دیا ھے ،حالانکہ پاکستانی میڈیا ڈائریکٹ فون کسی پلیئر کو نہی کر سکتا ،اور میچ کے بعد میڈیا منیجر کی موجودگہی میں ھی بات چیت کی جا سکتی ہے،اس وقت بھی سولہ رکنی ٹیم کے ساتھ سترہ آفیشل ھیں جب کہ پاکستانی پلیئرز کو شوشل میڈیا استعمال کی پابندی ھے ،معتبر ذرائع نے انکشاف کیا ہے کہ پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ کی بروقت مداخلت کے باعث پاکستانی کرکٹ ایک ممکنہ سیکنڈل سے بچ گئ یھے ۔ اطلاعات تھیں کہایک فلاحی تنظیم فلاحی کاموں کی آڑ میں سٹے بازوں کے زرییے پاکستانی کرکٹرز کو اپنے جال میں پھنساکر ان کے خلاف سٹنگ آپریشن کرواسکتے ہیں۔ پی سی بی کے سینئر افسران نے تصدیق کی ہے کہ پی سی بی کی ٹور مینجمنٹ کمیٹی نے قواعد و ضوابط کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے پاکستانی کھلاڑیوں کو انگلینڈ کے دورے کے دوران کسی سے بھی ملاقات کی اجازت دے رکھی ھے ۔ صورتحال اس وقت گھمبھیر ہوگئی، جب نظم و ضبط کی خلاف ورزی اور بدانتظامی کی کی وجہ سے پی سی بی نے فوری طور پرٹور مینجمنٹ کمیٹی کو متنبہ کیا کہ اس بات کا خدشہ ہے کہ پاکستانی کھلاڑی ا سکینڈل میں پھنس سکتے ہیں۔ مانچسٹر ٹیسٹ کے دوران پی سی بی کےذمداروں کے علم میں آیا کہ کرفیو کی پابندی کے باوجود کچھ سینئر کھلاڑی اپنے کمروں سے غائب پاے جاتے ھیں ، لیکن ان کھلاڑیوں کے خلاف کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی گئی۔ منیجر انتخاب عالم نے کھلاڑیوں کو تین تقریبات میں شرکت کی اجازت دی، اور کچھ کھلاڑیوں نے تقریبات میں شرکت کا معاوضہ بھی وصولکر لیا تھا ،۔ ان تقریبات میں شرکت کھلاڑیوں کی فوٹیج ٹی وی چینلز پر بھی دکھائی گئی، جبکہ پی سی بی کے اپنے قواعد کے مطابق رات کو کھلاڑیوں کو اپنے کمروں تک محدود رہنا چاہیےتھا ۔یہ بھی انکشاف ہوا ہے کہ مانچسٹر کے ایک ڈنر میں ایک ایسابڑا سٹے باز بھی شریک تھا، جس کے ماضی میں بوکیز سے رابطے رہے ہیں، آئی سی سی کی شکایات پر برطانوی حکام جو مسلسل نگرانی کر رہنے تھے ، پی سی بی کی ایک انکوائری رپورٹ کے مطابق شاہد آفریدی فاﺅنڈیشن کے ایک عشائیے کے ٹکٹ اس وعدے کے ساتھ فروخت کیےتھے کہ پاکستانی ٹیسٹ پلیئرز سے ملاقات کا بھی بھرپور موقع ملے گا۔ اس تقریب سے شاہد آفریدی فاﺅنڈیشن نے ہزاروں پونڈ اکٹھے کیےھیں وازے رھے کہ یہ ڈنر اوول ٹیسٹ کے دوران تیرہ اگست کو ہوا تھا، مگر عین موقع پرپاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ نے کھلاڑیوں کو شاہد آفریدی فاﺅنڈیشن ڈنر میں شرکت سے روک دیا ، جس نے شکوک و شبہات کو جنم دیا ھے ۔ پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈکے حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ اس ڈنر میں شامل بعض افراد کے بارے میں معلوم ہوا تھا کہ وہ پاکستانی کھلاڑیوں کو اپنے غلط مقاصد کے لیے استعمال کرسکتے ھیں یہ بھی معلوم ھوا ھے کہ پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ نےڈسپلن خلاف ورزی کرنے والے پلیئرز کے بارے میں ٹور مینجمنٹ کمیٹی سے رپورٹ طلب کر لی ھے ،،،،خصوصی رپورٹ و کالم اندر کی بات ،،سینئرپاکستانی صحافی اصغر علی مبارک کے قلم سے
