Clashes erupted in kulgam, many people’s were Injured .At 33 Kashmiri injured in fresh clashes in Mohammad Pora Kulgam all hit by pellets gun.Massive Clashes going on in Khudwani area, Truck burnt, A truck went up in flames near Khudwani, It was not immediately known if the truck was carrying any fruit or was on its way to get the load. Indian forces arrested 45 Persons in Khudwani, Redwani, Hawoora and Mishipora villages. Kashmiri peoples came out in protest against these arrests. They clashed with the police that fired tear smoke shells and pump guns. It was in this mille that a truck went up in flames. It was not immediately known who lit the fire. Earlier two Cars were also damaged by the protesters near Khudwani Bypass today morning. Sources said army is patrolling the area but the clashes are going on. The entire belt is part of Kulgam district. Massive Clashes erupts in Mazhama area of Narbal central kashmir. Some vendors, transporters defy separatists, tried to come out on streets but he situation in Kashmir showed no signs of normalcy as more street vendors and transporters shutdown and the Sunday market near the Sher-e-Kashmir Park closed. Some street vendors tried to set up their stalls at the weekly flea market known as Sunday market, near the Sher-e-Kashmir Park .The weekly flea market closed from last three months. There was no movement of private and public transport, buses, in uptown city including commercial hub of Lal Chowk. The life in Kashmir Valley including district headquarters and towns badly affected due to the shutdown call. 03 houses damaged in fire in Baramulla .Three residential houses were damaged in a fire incident in Kreeri area of Baramulla District last evening. Fire broke out at Nagibhat, in the jurisdiction of police station Kreeri, Baramulla . Protests going on at Nadrigund near Nadrigund area near airport road, Srinagar as United Hurriyat leadership has given Nadrigund Chalo Call. According to reports hundreds of people are assembling at Nadirgund grounds since morning. The protests are being held under the leadership of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat leader Maulana Bashir Ahmed. People from various adjoining localities like Peer Bagh, Umar Abad and Baghwan Pora also participated in the pro-freedom rally.

The newly appointed judge Mr. Shahid Ali Khokhe learned Guardian judge vi, Lahore after hearing marathon arguments by the council of singer Humaira Arshad ordered to exempt the minor for attendance in the court. The council for the famed national singer Humaira Arshad advocate Asghar Ali Mubarak briefed the court in details about the whole facts of the case and stated that Khalil Ahmed Butt filed the petition U/s 7 of the Guardian & Wards Act 1890 for the appointment of Guardian in person of minor namely Ali Mutaqeen Ahmad on 02-09-2016 which is pending adjudication before this honorable Court..That the Khalil Ahmed Butt along with the main petition also filed a petition U/s 12 of the Guardian & Wards Act for the interim custody of the minor .That from the bare perusal of the petition filed by respondent Khalil Ahmed Butt would reveal that the whole petition is based upon concealment, concoction and misstatement as the respondent concealed / misstated the facts from this honorable Court in the following manners:-That Khalil Ahmed Butt filed the petition before this honourable Court on 02-09-2016, on the front page of the said petition, the stamp of Worthy District Judge Lahore regarding the pendency of any case in respect of custody of minor is pending or decided from any Court of law, that Khalil Ahmed Butt in this regard totally concealed this fact and given the answer as “No” whereas before filing of the said petition, a petition U/s 491 Cr.P.C was filed by the petitioner and the notices were also served upon the respondent and when the respondent filed the said petition i.e. Petition U/s 7 of Guardian and Wards Act 1890, the date of hearing was also fixed before the Court of Mr. Ghulam Abbas Sial, learned Additional Sessions Judge Lahore and the respondent along with the minor are also appeared before the said Court and later on filed the instant petition hence the respondent not only committed fraud, cheating, misrepresentation and also misstatement before this honourable Court hence the respondent is liable to be strictly penalized U/s 476 read with section 195 Cr.P.C (Copy of order dated 02-09-16 is annexed herewith for kind perusal of this honourable Court).That Khalil Ahmed Butt deliberately and intentionally mentioned the date of marriage as 08-08-2004 whereas the marriage between the parties was solemnized on 20-02-2004 further the date of birth of minor has also been wrongly mentioned as 08-08-2004 whereas actual date of birth of minor is 21-02-2011.That Khalil Ahmed Butt mentioned that the minor is admitted in school in K.G in Skutted International situated at BB-DHA Campus Lahore whereas the minor is studying in the school Scarsdale International School situated at 193-BB DHA Phase IV, Lahore and now a day’s studying at Becon House school. That the Khalil Ahmed Butt filed an application U/s 12 of the Guardian & Wards Act for the custody of minor Saad Ali, the said minor i.e. Saad Ali is not the son of parties, the respondent filed the said application duly supported by an affidavit which has been verified on oath and attested by the concerned oath Commissioner. That deliberately and intentionally concealed material facts from this honourable Court which is clear cut fraud and forgery with this honourable Court therefore the respondent be summoned through notices and be strictly penalized U/s 476 read with Section 195 Cr.P.C.in the last the council Asghar Ali Mubarak advocate prayed that under the circumstances, the instant petition may kindly be accepted and the respondent Khalil Ahmed Butt may graciously be summoned through notices and may graciously be strictly penalized accordingly in order to meet the ends of justice.It is mentioned here that the was handed over to mother famed national singer Humaira Arshad by the order of Mr. Ghulam Abbas Sial, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Lahore who vide order dated 07-09-2016.In a short order, the court directed Ahmad Butt, former husband of Humaira, for handing over the son temporary to mother. The Petitioner Humaira Arshad had submitted to the court that her former husband had forcefully snatched her six-year-old son Ali and had kept him in his illegal possession. The court then ordered the police concerned to produce the kid before court. Famed singer Humaira Arshad on other day also alleged her ex-husband Ahmed Butt of stealing goods worth millions from the house they once lived in together and approached police seeking registration of a case against him. Humaira Arshad last few days back visited the office of the CCPO Lahore and therein alleged her former husband of stealing valuables worth Rs1.5 million from her house.Madam Humaira hold separate meetings with the top official and recorded their statements. The CCPO after listening to both ordered the concerned SP to hold an inquiry. The matter between Humaira Arshad and Ahmed Butt is in the civil court over the custody of their child the next date of hearing is fixed for 07th October 2016 for arguments on different application move by singer Humaira Arshad

One Indian soldier Chandu Babulal Chohan, captures in clashes with Pakistani forces 16 Indian soldiers were killed in clashes with Pakistani forces at LoC By.Asghar Ali Mubarak Islamabad-At least 16 Indian soldiers were killed, a 22-year-old Indian soldier Chandu Babulal Chohan son of Bashan Chohan from Maharashtra captures by Pakistani forces near Line of Control, sources disclosed while talking to this correspondent from Tutta Pani after India claimed to have carried out surgical strikes in Azad Kashmir .Sources said bodies of Indian soldiers are still lying in the area near Tutta Pani Sector. Pakistan condemns LoC violations by India rejects Indian claim of surgical strikes, Foreign Secretary summons Indian high commissioner; condemns LOC ceasefire violations. The Pakistan Army today captured an Indian army soldier and killed sixteen others in retaliation to India’s firing at the first line of defense at the Line of Control (LoC) at Tatta Pani, sector confirmed security sources. The capture and the casualties sustained occurred when the Indian army opened fire across the working boundary, killing two Pakistani soldiers. “The dead bodies of the Indian soldiers are still to be recovered by the Indian forces as they lay unattended at the LoC. Security sources say the Indian army has yet to recover the bodies for fear of coming under fire from Pakistan,” the sources claimed.The 22-year-old Chandu Babulal Chohan son of Bashan Chohan from Maharashtra captures in clashes with Pakistani forces at along the Line of Control.A Pakistan army statement said “an exchange of fire between Pakistani and Indian LoC troops began at 2:30am and continued till 8:00am in the Bhimber, Hotspring, Kel and Lipa sectors” and added that “Pakistani troops befittingly responded to Indian unprovoked firing on the LoC.” In a TV show Defense analyst Major General (Retd) Ijaz Awan, also confirmed this information. The captured soldier, Chandu Babulal Chohan Father’s name: Bashan Chohan Age: 22-years-old has been shifted to Rawalpindi sources.Earlier Pakistan strongly condemns unprovoked ceasefire violations at LoC by Indian forces, which is a continuation of a pattern of cease fire violations committed by the Indian forces. The valiant Armed Forces of Pakistan have given and will continue to give a befitting response to any aggression. Mean while the Foreign Secretary summoned the Indian High Commissioner this evening (29th September 2016) and rejected the baseless Indian claim regarding the so-called surgical strikes. The Foreign Secretary condemned the unprovoked firing by the Indian Occupation Forces on the LoC, resulting in Shahadat of two Pakistan Armed Forces personnel. These incidents are a continuation of a pattern of ceasefire violations committed by India. He conveyed that the Armed Forces of Pakistan will continue to give a befitting response to any act of aggression. The Foreign Secretary noted that India has deliberately escalated tensions at the LoC in order to divert the attention of the International Community from the grave situation in the Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir, where the Indian Occupation Forces have unleashed a reign of terror against innocent and defenseless people.The Foreign Secretary condemned India’s baseless accusation against Pakistan for the Uri attack, within a few hours after the incident. He recalled that it has been a practice in India to blame Pakistan for every such incident but later investigations prove otherwise.The Foreign Secretary stated that Pakistan remains a victim of interference and Indian State sponsored terrorism. In this regard, he referred to the confession statement of serving Indian Naval Officer, KulbushanYadav, who had been carrying out terrorist and subversive activities in Pakistan, especially in Balochistan and Karachi.The Foreign Secretary also expressed Pakistan’s deep disappointment at the decision of India not to participate in the SAARC Summit. For its part, Pakistan is committed to the objective of regional cooperation, envisaged in the SAARC Charter.The Foreign Secretary conveyed Pakistan’s deep concerns over life threats to Pakistan’s High Commissioner in New Delhi and urged the Indian government to ensure the safety and security of Pakistan’s High Commissioner, other officials and their families, in accordance with the Vienna Convention.Pakistan also rejects the baseless Indian claim that it has “carried out surgical strikes into Pakistan”.

Singer humera arshad’s Child custody case, Judge Muhammad Amin Shahzad, guardian judge VI, Lahore changed Report and Photo by; Azmat Ali LAHORE: The family court Judge Muhammad Amin Shahzad, learned guardian judge VI, Lahore has been changed due to unknown reason. The court earlier has fixed September 30th as the next date to hear the arguments in the case over the custody of singer Humera Arshad and Khalil Ahmad Butt’s son.Both the parents filed complaints in the court against each other for not being able to meet their son. In the reply to Khalil Butt application regarding the custody of minor the mother of minor singer Humera Arshad stated that that the application filed by the applicant Khalil Ahmad Butt is not maintainable in its present form hence liable to be dismissed. That the Khalil Ahmad Butt has concealed material facts from this honorable Court that the applicant very much knows that the minor was illegally in custody of Khalil Ahmad Butt and was handed over to the Humera Arshad on 07-09-2016 by the order of Mr. Ghulam Abbas Sial, learned Additional Sessions Judge Lahore hence the application filed by the applicant is liable to be dismissed.That the he has no cause of action to file the titled application. The application of the applicant is not maintainable or proceed-able under the law.That the applicant Khalil Ahmad Butt has not come to the Court with clean hands.That the minor was handed over to the respondent Humera Arshad on 07-09-2016, thereafter the applicant Khalil Ahmad Butt again filed application for obtaining temporary custody of minor for Eid vacation which was accepted and the minor was handed over to the Khalil Ahmad Butt .It is also pertinent to mention here that minor is studying in School, DHA Lahore. The plea taken by the Khalil Ahmad Butt in this regard has also been countered by the School Administration in which they in their certificate categorically mentioned that “M/s Humera Arshad has been responsible for the stated child’s school tuition which is always paid on time, his books, his school uniform and his pick and drop services to and from his house. For any financial or school matters we have predominantly dealt with M/s Humera Arshad”.Humera submitted that her five-and-a-half-year-old son Ali Muttaqeen Ahmad need to be looked after by his mother at such a young age, while Ahmed Butt complained that Humera was not available at home most of the time to be able to look after the boy. Shooting complaints The first petition was filed on September 2 in the family court by Ahmad Butt. The complaint was filed under Section 7 of the Guardian and Wards Act 1890 for the appointment of a guardian for Ali. In his petition, Ahmed Butt stated that he married Humera on August 8, 2004. However, due to complications in their relationship, they broke off the marriage on June 23. He said their son was a school-going boy, adding Humera was not interested in taking care of Ali. Ahmed Butt alleged Humera to be a habitual drinker and would also smoke in front of their son. He requested the court to let him get Ali’s custody. The court then directed the respondent, Humera, to not snatch the respondent from Ali Butt till the next date of hearing. After that, Humera filed a habeas corpus petition in the district and sessions court, seeking to obtain custody. In her petition, she stated her former husband used to beat her, adding he had also signed an agreement with her on June 23. According to the agreement, she added, their son would first live with her and later she had to hand him over to Ahmed Butt, but the following day, on June 24, he snatched the son. Humera alleged Ahmed Butt to be a drug addict, saying she did not want her son to be looked after by the father. The boy was given to Humera, but Ahmed Butt again filed an application in a family court, seeking the custody. The court asked Humera to hand over the boy to Ahmed Butt for a day under the supervision of the bailiff of the court. After that, Humera requested the court to dismiss Ahmed Butt’s petition filed under the guardians act. To this, Ahmed Butt again filed an application, saying the boy had not attended school since September 7 due to which his future was in jeopardy. He stated he had asked Humera to send the boy to school, but she did not do so. He then again requested for the custody.

He recalled that it has been a practice in India to blame Pakistan for every such incident but later investigations prove otherwise.The Foreign Secretary stated that Pakistan remains a victim of interference and Indian State sponsored terrorism. In this regard, he referred to the confession statement of serving Indian Naval Officer, KulbushanYadav, who had been carrying out terrorist and subversive activities in Pakistan, especially in Balochistan and Karachi.The Foreign Secretary also expressed Pakistan’s deep disappointment at the decision of India not to participate in the SAARC Summit. The court earlier has fixed September 30th as the next date to hear the arguments in the case over the custody of singer Humera Arshad and Khalil Ahmad Butt’s son.Both the parents filed complaints in the court against each other for not being able to meet their son. In the reply to Khalil Butt application regarding the custody of minor the mother of minor singer Humera Arshad stated that that the application filed by the applicant Khalil Ahmad Butt is not maintainable in its present form hence liable to be dismissed. That the Khalil Ahmad Butt has concealed material facts from this honorable Court that the applicant very much knows that the minor was illegally in custody of Khalil Ahmad Butt and was handed over to the Humera Arshad on 07-09-2016 by the order of Mr. Ghulam Abbas Sial, learned Additional Sessions Judge Lahore hence the application filed by the applicant is liable to be dismissed.That the he has no cause of action to file the titled application. The application of the applicant is not maintainable or proceed-able under the law.That the applicant Khalil Ahmad Butt has not come to the Court with clean hands.That the minor was handed over to the respondent Humera Arshad on 07-09-2016, thereafter the applicant Khalil Ahmad Butt again filed application for obtaining temporary custody of minor for Eid vacation which was accepted and the minor was handed over to the Khalil Ahmad Butt .It is also pertinent to mention here that minor is studying in School, DHA Lahore. The plea taken by the Khalil Ahmad Butt in this regard has also been countered by the School Administration in which they in their certificate categorically mentioned that “M/s Humera Arshad has been responsible for the stated child’s school tuition which is always paid on time, his books, his school uniform and his pick and drop services to and from his house. For any financial or school matters we have predominantly dealt with M/s Humera Arshad”.Humera submitted that her five-and-a-half-year-old son Ali Muttaqeen Ahmad need to be looked after by his mother at such a young age, while Ahmed Butt complained that Humera was not available at home most of the time to be able to look after the boy. Shooting complaints The first petition was filed on September 2 in the family court by Ahmad Butt. The complaint was filed under Section 7 of the Guardian and Wards Act 1890 for the appointment of a guardian for Ali. In his petition, Ahmed Butt stated that he married Humera on August 8, 2004. However, due to complications in their relationship, they broke off the marriage on June 23. He said their son was a school-going boy, adding Humera was not interested in taking care of Ali. Ahmed Butt alleged Humera to be a habitual drinker and would also smoke in front of their son. He requested the court to let him get Ali’s custody. The court then directed the respondent, Humera, to not snatch the respondent from Ali Butt till the next date of hearing. After that, Humera filed a habeas corpus petition in the district and sessions court, seeking to obtain custody. In her petition, she stated her former husband used to beat her, adding he had also signed an agreement with her on June 23. According to the agreement, she added, their son would first live with her and later she had to hand him over to Ahmed Butt, but the following day, on June 24, he snatched the son. Humera alleged Ahmed Butt to be a drug addict, saying she did not want her son to be looked after by the father. The boy was given to Humera, but Ahmed Butt again filed an application in a family court, seeking the custody. The court asked Humera to hand over the boy to Ahmed Butt for a day under the supervision of the bailiff of the court. After that, Humera requested the court to dismiss Ahmed Butt’s petition filed under the guardians act. To this, Ahmed Butt again filed an application, saying the boy had not attended school since September 7 due to which his future was in jeopardy. He stated he had asked Humera to send the boy to school, but she did not do so. He then again requested for the custody.

The newly appointed judge Mr. Shahid Ali Khokhe learned Guardian judge vi, Lahore after hearing marathon arguments by the council of singer Humaira Arshad ordered to exempt the minor for attendance in the court. The council for the famed national singer Humaira Arshad advocate Asghar Ali Mubarak briefed the court in details about the whole facts of the case and stated that Khalil Ahmed Butt filed the petition U/s 7 of the Guardian & Wards Act 1890 for the appointment of Guardian in person of minor namely Ali Mutaqeen Ahmad on 02-09-2016 which is pending adjudication before this honorable Court..That the Khalil Ahmed Butt along with the main petition also filed a petition U/s 12 of the Guardian & Wards Act for the interim custody of the minor .That from the bare perusal of the petition filed by respondent Khalil Ahmed Butt would reveal that the whole petition is based upon concealment, concoction and misstatement as the respondent concealed / misstated the facts from this honorable Court in the following manners:-That Khalil Ahmed Butt filed the petition before this honourable Court on 02-09-2016, on the front page of the said petition, the stamp of Worthy District Judge Lahore regarding the pendency of any case in respect of custody of minor is pending or decided from any Court of law, that Khalil Ahmed Butt in this regard totally concealed this fact and given the answer as “No” whereas before filing of the said petition, a petition U/s 491 Cr.P.C was filed by the petitioner and the notices were also served upon the respondent and when the respondent filed the said petition i.e. Petition U/s 7 of Guardian and Wards Act 1890, the date of hearing was also fixed before the Court of Mr. Ghulam Abbas Sial, learned Additional Sessions Judge Lahore and the respondent along with the minor are also appeared before the said Court and later on filed the instant petition hence the respondent not only committed fraud, cheating, misrepresentation and also misstatement before this honourable Court hence the respondent is liable to be strictly penalized U/s 476 read with section 195 Cr.P.C (Copy of order dated 02-09-16 is annexed herewith for kind perusal of this honourable Court).That Khalil Ahmed Butt deliberately and intentionally mentioned the date of marriage as 08-08-2004 whereas the marriage between the parties was solemnized on 20-02-2004 further the date of birth of minor has also been wrongly mentioned as 08-08-2004 whereas actual date of birth of minor is 21-02-2011.That Khalil Ahmed Butt mentioned that the minor is admitted in school in K.G in Skutted International situated at BB-DHA Campus Lahore whereas the minor is studying in the school Scarsdale International School situated at 193-BB DHA Phase IV, Lahore and now a day’s studying at Becon House school. That the Khalil Ahmed Butt filed an application U/s 12 of the Guardian & Wards Act for the custody of minor Saad Ali, the said minor i.e. Saad Ali is not the son of parties, the respondent filed the said application duly supported by an affidavit which has been verified on oath and attested by the concerned oath Commissioner. That deliberately and intentionally concealed material facts from this honourable Court which is clear cut fraud and forgery with this honourable Court therefore the respondent be summoned through notices and be strictly penalized U/s 476 read with Section 195 Cr.P.C.in the last the council Asghar Ali Mubarak advocate prayed that under the circumstances, the instant petition may kindly be accepted and the respondent Khalil Ahmed Butt may graciously be summoned through notices and may graciously be strictly penalized accordingly in order to meet the ends of justice.It is mentioned here that the was handed over to mother famed national singer Humaira Arshad by the order of Mr. Ghulam Abbas Sial, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Lahore who vide order dated 07-09-2016.In a short order, the court directed Ahmad Butt, former husband of Humaira, for handing over the son temporary to mother. Famed singer Humaira Arshad on other day also alleged her ex-husband Ahmed Butt of stealing goods worth millions from the house they once lived in together and approached police seeking registration of a case against him.
