SBP staff observe Black Day to express solidarity with Kashmiris

Rawalpindi: (July 20, 2016): The entire staff of Sports Board Punjab (SBP) observed Black Day on Wednesday to express solidarity with Kashmiri brethren. The innocent Kashmiri people are being subjected to worst brutalities in Indian-occupied Kashmir by Indian armed forces.
Director Admin Anees-ur-Rehman Sports Board Punjab, addressing the protest meeting, highlighted the sacrifices of Kashmiri people for the cause of freedom. “We should underline the Kashmir issue and India’s atrocities at every platform”, he urged.
Director Admin Anees-ur-Rehman also lauded Pakistan govt’s stance on Kashmir issue. “The Kashmir issue must be resolved as per UNO resolutions and according to the wishes of Kashmiri people,” he stressed.
Deputy Director Tariq Wattoo, Assistant Director Rana Nadeem Anjum, Assistant Director Walayet Shah, Malik Nasir, Mustafa Shah, Major (retd) Moeed, Rao Yasir Iqbal and a large number of employees attended the protest meeting.
All the SBP staffers wore black armbands while performing their duties to lodge protest against grave human rights violations in the Indian-held Kashmir. They also chanted anti-India slogans on this occasion.
Special prayers were also offered for the departed souls of martyred Kashmiris. It’s pertinent to mention here that inhuman Indian atrocities have failed to lessen Kashmiris’ passion and enthusiasm for freedom.
