Vice Chancellor of Allama Iqbal Open University, Professor Dr. Under the direction of Nasir Mehmood, Regional Campus Rawalpindi organized a national song competition between male and female students in connection with the Independence Day celebrations in Sir Syed Science College.
In which more than 50 students participated in the national song competition. Hajra Batul won the first position by singing the song “Hum Zinda Qoum Hain” while Faiza Ali won the second position and Rida Arif sang “Ae Rah Haq”. Got the third position on “K Shaheedu”.
Other participants are Yasra Zaman, Syeda Iqra, Noor Al Ain, Sana. Mehreen, Ainul Noor, Rabia Shah, Mah Noor Khalid, Shamsa Kanwal, Maria Aslam, Wali Feroze, Faizan Ali, Fahmada Zahra, Rabia Shah, Wasim, Takhlil, Wasim Bashir, Saadia Ali (Coordinator), Saima Bibi, Samawiya, Nafisa.
