Pakistan Awami League candidates demand postponement of elections until census is completed… Rawalpindi (Press Release) Pakistan Awami League nominated candidate for bye-elections National Assembly from Constituency NA 62 Azmat Ali Mubarak Advocate, Candidate for Constituency NA 60 Miss Tahira Banombark Advocate and Constituency NA 61 Miss Uzma Mubarak Advocate while talking to the media outside the District Election Commission Rawalpindi said that the general elections should be postponed until the first digital census of Pakistan is completed.Welcoming the announcement of the census, they stated , ‘Our wish is that the problems and irregularities seen in the previous census should not occur. They said that it is hoped that after the census, there will be an increase in seats, more resources will be available. Resources will be available for construction and development, but the life of the citizens as a whole will also improve. They said that census has been done in Pakistan in 1951, 1961, 1972, 1981, 1998 and 2017. According to the census conducted in the year 2017, the population of Pakistan is around 21 crores. It should be remembered that three siblings are candidates for the National Assembly from three different constituencies of Rawalpindi. Azmat Ali Mubarak advocate, has been nominated as a candidate for the National Assembly by Pakistan Awami League, the electoral symbol hockey. Pakistan is the world’s fifth largest country in terms of population, is all set for its first digital census where tablets and online applications will be used instead of the traditional use of paper and pen. Billion rupees will be spent and it will officially start from March 1 and will be completed by April 1. After that, the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS), which has been entrusted with the task of conducting the national census, will take another 30 days to release the final results.

راولپنڈی (پریس ریلیز) پاکستان عوامی لیگ کے ضمنی انتخابات کے لیے قومی اسمبلی کے حلقہ این اے 62 سے نامزد امیدوار عظمت علی مبارک ایڈووکیٹ، امیدوار برائے حلقہ این اے 60 مس طاہرہ بنومبارک ایڈووکیٹ اور حلقہ این اے 61 کی مس عظمیٰ مبارک ایڈووکیٹ نے ڈسٹرکٹ الیکشن کمیشن راولپنڈی کے باہر میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان کی پہلی ڈیجیٹل مردم شماری مکمل ہونے تک عام انتخابات کو ملتوی کیا جائے‘ مردم شماری کے اعلان کا خیرمقدم کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ ہماری خواہش ہے۔ کہ پچھلی مردم شماری میں دیکھے گئے مسائل اور بے ضابطگیاں پیش نہ آئیں۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ امید ہے کہ مردم شماری کے بعد نشستوں میں اضافہ ہوگا، مزید وسائل دستیاب ہوں گے۔ تعمیر و ترقی کے لیے وسائل تو دستیاب ہوں گے لیکن مجموعی طور پر شہریوں کی زندگی بھی بہتر ہو گی۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان میں 1951، 1961، 1972، 1981، 1998 اور 2017 میں مردم شماری ہو چکی ہے،
2017 میں ہونے والی مردم شماری کے مطابق پاکستان کی آبادی 21 کروڑ کے لگ بھگ ہے۔ یاد رہے کہ تین بہن بھائی وکلا راولپنڈی کے تین مختلف حلقوں سے قومی اسمبلی کے امیدوار ہیں۔
پاکستان عوامی لیگ ہاکی کے انتخابی نشان پر عظمت علی مبارک ایڈووکیٹ کو قومی اسمبلی کے لیے امیدوار نامزد کیا ہے۔
پاکستان آبادی کے لحاظ سے دنیا کا پانچواں بڑا ملک ہے، اپنی پہلی ڈیجیٹل مردم شماری کے لیے مکمل طور پر تیار ہے جہاں کاغذ اور قلم کے روایتی استعمال کے بجائے ٹیبلٹ اور آن لائن ایپلی کیشنز کا استعمال کیا جائے گا۔
اربوں روپے خرچ ہوں گے اور یہ باضابطہ طور پر یکم مارچ سے شروع ہو گا اور یکم اپریل تک مکمل ہو جائے گا۔اس کے بعد پاکستان بیورو آف سٹیٹسٹکس (پی بی ایس) کو قومی مردم شماری کرانے کی ذمہ داری سونپی گئی ہے،
