Thanks to the responsible performance of the batsmen, New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 2 wickets in the third and deciding match of the three-match series and won the match as well as the series. Thanks to Rizwan’s half-century, they scored 280 runs for 9 wickets in the stipulated 50 overs against New Zealand.
In the third and deciding ODI of the series played in Karachi, Pakistan won the toss and invited New Zealand to bowl.
