پاکستان قرآن پاک کو نذر آتش کرنے کے قابل مذمت اقدام کی شدید مذمت کرتا ہے۔ ترجمان دفتر خارجہ پاکستان

پاکستان کے دفتر خارجہ کی ترجمان محترمہ ممتاز زہرہ بلوچ نے کہا ہے کہ وہ قرآن پاک کو سرعام جلانے کے گھناؤنے فعل کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہیں۔
پاکستان نے سویڈن میں قرآن پاک کی بے حرمتی کا معاملہ اسلام آباد میں سویڈن کے سفیر کے سامنے اٹھایا۔
اس حوالے سے ترجمان نے ہفتہ وار بریفنگ کے دوران سفارتی نمائندے اصغر علی مبارک نے سوال پوچھا کہ ”پاکستان نے اسلامو فوبیا کے حوالے سے بین الاقوامی سطح پر مضبوط کردار ادا کیا ہے خاص طور پر 15 مارچ کو اسلامو فوبیا سے نمٹنے کے لیے عالمی دن کے طور پر منانے کا اعلان پاکستان کے مطالبے پر تھا۔ اقوام متحدہ، او آئی سی اور اقوام متحدہ کے تعاون سے، کیا پاکستان حالیہ اسلامو فوبک واقعات کے حوالے سے آواز اٹھائے گا؟
اس کے جواب میں ترجمان دفتر خارجہ نے کہا کہ پاکستان نے یہ سوال اقوام متحدہ کی انسانی حقوق کونسل میں اٹھایا ہے، پاکستان جنیوا میں او آئی سی گروپ کا کوآرڈینیٹر ہے اور اسی حیثیت سے ہم نے کونسل کے خصوصی اجلاس کی درخواست کی تھی۔ اسی طرح ہم نے جدہ میں ہونے والے او آئی سی کے اجلاسوں میں اپنی تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے اور یہ تشویش باقی دنیا کو بخوبی معلوم ہے۔” ایک اور سوال کے جواب میں انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان کے سویڈن کے ساتھ اچھے سفارتی تعلقات ہیں، ماضی کی طرح ہم نے اس واقعے پر سویڈش حکام سے اپنے تحفظات کا اظہار کیا ہے۔ میں اس بات کی تصدیق کر سکتا ہوں کہ “ہم نے اسلام آباد میں سویڈن کے ناظم الامور سے اس واقعے پر تبادلہ خیال کیا اور اسلامو فوبیا اور قرآن جلانے کے بارے میں اپنے خدشات کا اظہار کیا۔ سویڈن کے ساتھ ہماری بات چیت جاری رہے گی۔” ہم سویڈش حکومت کے ساتھ اپنے تحفظات کا اظہار کرتے رہیں گے۔
پاکستان اس معاملے کو او آئی سی میں لے گیا ہے۔ اور جنیوا میں OIC کے کوآرڈینیٹر کے طور پر، ہم نے یہ مسئلہ اقوام متحدہ کی انسانی حقوق کونسل میں اٹھایا ہے، جہاں ہم نے قرآن جلانے، اسلامو فوبیا، اور مسلمانوں کو جان بوجھ کر نشانہ بنانے اور دنیا بھر کے مسلمانوں کے جذبات کے بارے میں تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے۔
افتتاحی کلمات میں ترجمان نے کہا کہ جس طرح پاکستان یوم تقدس منا رہا ہے، ہم سویڈن اور یورپ کے دیگر ممالک میں قرآن پاک کو سرعام نذرآتش کرنے کے مذموم اقدامات کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہیں۔
ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ آزادی اظہار کی آڑ میں امتیازی سلوک، نفرت اور تشدد کے لیے اس طرح کی جان بوجھ کر اکسانے کو جائز قرار نہیں دیا جا سکتا۔ اس طرح کے اسلامو فوبک واقعات کا اعادہ اس قانونی فریم ورک پر سنگین سوال اٹھاتا ہے جو نفرت پر مبنی کارروائیوں کی اجازت دیتا ہے۔
او آئی سی کے سرکردہ رکن کی حیثیت سے پاکستان نے اقوام متحدہ کی انسانی حقوق کونسل میں اس اہم معاملے پر فوری بحث کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔ ہم زینو فوبیا، اسلامو فوبیا اور مسلم دشمنی کے بڑھتے ہوئے واقعات کو روکنے کے لیے قابل اعتماد اور ٹھوس اقدامات کا بھی مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔
یونان کی کشتی حادثے کے بعد کی صورتحال سے آگاہ کرتے ہوئے ترجمان نے کہا کہ یونانی حکام نے 78 لاشوں کا پوسٹ مارٹم اور ڈی این اے ٹیسٹ مکمل کر لیا ہے اور اس عمل کے بعد مزید 15 پاکستانیوں کی شناخت ہو گئی ہے۔
مقبوضہ کشمیر کی صورتحال۔ ممتاز زہرہ بلوچ نے ایک بار پھر پاکستان کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا اور بھارت پر زور دیا کہ وہ مقبوضہ وادی میں یکطرفہ کارروائیاں اور طاقت کا استعمال بند کرے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ دنیا بھر میں مسلمانوں نے عید الاضحیٰ منائی جبکہ مقبوضہ علاقے میں کرفیو اور دیگر پابندیوں کے باعث کشمیری عید کی نماز ادا نہیں کر سکے۔ انہوں نے بھارت پر زور دیا کہ وہ کشمیری حریت رہنمائوں کو نکالے جنہیں بے بنیاد الزامات کے تحت قید کیا گیا ہے۔

Spokesperson of Pakistan’s Foreign Office Ms. Mumtaz Zahra Baloch has said that she strongly condemns the heinous act of burning the Holy Quran in public.
Pakistan raised the issue of desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden before the Ambassador of Sweden in Islamabad.
In this regard, the spokesman asked diplomatic representative Asghar Ali Mubarak during the weekly briefing that “Pakistan has played a strong role at the international level with regard to Islamophobia, especially on March 15, the international conference to deal with Islamophobia.” The declaration of celebration as a day was on the demand of Pakistan. With the support of the UN, OIC and UN, will Pakistan raise its voice regarding the recent Islamophobic incidents?
In response, the spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that Pakistan has raised this issue in the United Nations Human Rights Council, Pakistan is the coordinator of the OIC group in Geneva and as such we requested a special meeting of the Council. Similarly, we have expressed our concern in the OIC meetings held in Jeddah and this concern is well known to the rest of the world.” To another question, he said that Pakistan has good diplomatic relations with Sweden. , as in the past we have expressed our concerns to the Swedish authorities on this incident. I can confirm that “we have discussed this incident with the Swedish Affairs Minister in Islamabad and Islamophobia and the Quran. Expressed his concerns about burning. Our dialogue with Sweden will continue.” We will continue to express our concerns with the Swedish government.
Pakistan has taken the matter to the OIC. And as the coordinator of the OIC in Geneva, we have raised this issue at the UN Human Rights Council, where we have discussed Quran burning, Islamophobia, and the deliberate targeting of Muslims and the sentiments of Muslims around the world. I have expressed concern.
In the opening remarks, the spokesperson said that as Pakistan is celebrating the Holy Day, we strongly condemn the heinous acts of publicly burning the Holy Quran in Sweden and other European countries.
We believe that such deliberate incitement to discrimination, hatred and violence under the guise of freedom of expression cannot be justified. The recurrence of such Islamophobic incidents raises serious questions about the legal framework that allows hate-based acts.
As a leading member of the OIC, Pakistan has demanded an urgent discussion on this important issue in the United Nations Human Rights Council. We also call for credible and concrete measures to curb the growing incidence of xenophobia, Islamophobia and anti-Muslim sentiment.
Informing about the situation after the Greek boat accident, the spokesman said that the Greek authorities have completed the post-mortem and DNA tests of 78 bodies and after this process, 15 more Pakistanis have been identified.
Situation in Occupied Kashmir. Mumtaz Zahra Baloch once again reiterated Pakistan’s resolve and urged India to stop unilateral actions and use of force in the occupied valley. He said that Muslims all over the world celebrated Eid-ul-Adha, while Kashmiris could not offer Eid prayers due to curfew and other restrictions in the occupied territory.
