وزیراعظم شہباز شریف آئین و قانون کی بالادستی کے لیے پرعزم ہیں وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے ملک میں آئین و قانون کی بالادستی کے لیے کسی بھی قربانی سے دریغ نہ کرنے کا عزم دہراتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ ملک میں عدل و انصاف نہ صرف ہونا چاہیے بلکہ ہوتا ہوا نظر آنا چاہیے۔لندن میں میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ برطانیہ کے بادشاہ کی تاج پوشی کی تقریب میں شرکت کے بعد وطن واپس لوٹ جاؤں گا۔
مخلوط حکومت پاکستان کے مسائل حل کرنے کے لیے بھرپور کوشش کر رہی ہے اور ہم ضرور ان مشکلات سے نکلیں گے اور پاکستان ترقی کرے گا۔ان کا کہنا تھا کہ اس سال گندم کی پیداوار پچھلے 10 سال کے مقابلے میں ریکارڈ پیدا وار ہے، تقریباً 2 کروڑ 75 لاکھ ٹن گندم پاکستان میں اس سال پیدا ہوئی ہے، یہ ایک خوش آئند بات ہے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ملک میں نہ صرف عدل و انصاف ہونا چاہیے بلکہ سب کو عدل و انصاف ہوتا ہوا نظر بھی آنا چاہیے، اسی طرح پارلیمنٹ، آئین اور قانون کی بالادستی اس کا سب کو احترام کرنا ہوگا، پارلیمان کا حق اور آئین میں دیا گیا حق نہیں چھینا جاسکتا ہے، اس وقت پارلیمنٹ اپنا بھرپور کردار ادا کر رہی ہے۔
وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ سب اداروں کو اپنے دائرے میں رہ کر اپنا کردار ادا کرنا چاہیے، اسی میں پاکستان کی بقا، سلامتی ہے اور عوام کی ترقی اور خوش حالی کا راز مضمر ہے لیکن دوہرا معیار چاہے کہیں بھی ہو وہ کسی طور پر بھی کسی معاشرے کے لیے صحت مند اور سود مند نہیں ہوسکتا ہے۔ پاکستان میں ماضی قریب میں جو اپوزیشن تھی، ان کو جعلی مقدمات میں جیلوں میں بھیجوا دیا گیا، کوئی پوچھنے والا نہیں تھا اور کوئی پرسان حال نہیں تھا، چاہے کوئی جیل کے اندر بیمار ہے یا کسی کے ساتھ ظلم اور زیادتی ہو رہی ہے، چاہے کسی کی بہن کو چاند رات کو گرفتار کیا گیا یا کسی کی بیٹی کو گرفتار کیا گیا تو کوئی پوچھنے والا نہیں تھا۔
وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ آج دن رات جو عدالتیں ضمانتیں مہیا کر رہی ہیں اور منٹوں میں درجنوں ضمانتیں ہو جاتی ہیں، یہ ایک ایسا دہرا معیار ہے جو کہ کوئی بھی اس کو پسند نہیں کرے گا۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان کے اندر آئین کی بالادستی کے لیے ہمیں بھرپور کردار ادا کرنا ہوگا، عدالت عظمیٰ، پارلیمان اور دوسرے ادارے مل کر پاکستان کی خدمت کرے، محاذ آرائی بالکل نقصان دہ ہے۔
شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ ہم اس بات پر واضح ہیں کہ آئین اور قانون کی بالادستی کے لیے اپنا کردار ادا کر رہے ہیں، میں وزیراعظم کی حیثیت سے اور پارلیمان اپنا کردار ادا کر رہی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ملک کی سلامتی اور بقا کے لیے ، آئین کی بالادستی کے لیے کوئی بھی قربانی سے دریغ نہیں کیا جائے گا۔

He said that the production of wheat this year is a record compared to the last 10 years, about 2 crore 75 lakh tonnes of wheat has been produced in Pakistan this year, this is a welcome development. He said that not only should there be justice and fairness in the country, but everyone should also see justice and fairness being done, similarly, the supremacy of parliament, constitution and law should be respected by all, the right of parliament and in the constitution. The given right cannot be taken away, at this time Parliament is playing its full role.
The Prime Minister said that all institutions should play their role by staying within their sphere, in this lies the secret of the survival and security of Pakistan and the development and happiness of the people, but the double standard, wherever it is, in any way. may not be healthy and beneficial to the society. The opposition in Pakistan in the recent past, they were sent to jails in fake cases, there was no one to ask and there was no peace, whether someone was sick inside the jail or someone was being abused. Whether one’s sister was arrested on a moonlit night or one’s daughter was arrested, no one was going to ask.
The Prime Minister said that today the courts are providing bails day and night and dozens of bails are granted in minutes, this is a double standard which no one will like.
He said that we have to play a full role for the supremacy of the constitution in Pakistan, Supreme Court, Parliament and other institutions should work together to serve Pakistan, confrontation is absolutely harmful.
Shahbaz Sharif said that we are clear that we are playing our role for the supremacy of the constitution and the law, I as the prime minister and the parliament is playing its role.
He said that for the security and survival of the country, no sacrifice will be spared for the supremacy of the Constitution.
