… کالم..اندر کی بات…کالم نگار….اصغر علی مبارک……وزیر اعظم شہباز شریف نے سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان پر سخت تنقید کرتے ہوئےکہنا ہے کہ عمران خان سر سے پاؤں تک جھوٹا، مکار آدمی ہے، چیئرمین پی ٹی آٗئی کا جھوٹ قوم کے سامنے آرہا ہے۔وزیراعظم شہباز شریف اور سابق صدر مملکت آصف علی زرداری نے سابق وزیراعظم اور چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی عمران خان کی جانب سے فوجی افسران پر بے بنیاد الزامات کو ناقابل قبول قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ انہیں مزید برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
لندن میں اسکاٹش فرسٹ منسٹر حمزہ یوسف سے ملاقات کے بعد میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے شہباز شریف کا کہنا تھا کہ حمزہ یوسف سے ملاقات بہت اچھی رہی، وہ نوجوان ہیں، ان میں بہت جذبہ ہے، اسکاٹ لینڈ برطانیہ کا اہم حصہ ہے، پاکستان کے برطانیہ کے اور اسکاٹ لینڈ کے ساتھ اچھے تعلقات ہیں، یہاں 70 سے 80 ہزار پاکستانی موجود ہیں۔
بہت جلد انویسٹمنٹ کانفرنس بلا رہے ہیں، جس میں ٹریڈ، ایجوکیشنل اور خاص طور پر ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن کے حوالے سے تعاون پر غور کیا جائے گا۔
وزیراعظم کا کہنا تھا کہ اس انویسٹمنٹ کانفرنس میں پانی، سولر اور ونڈ انرجی کے شعبوں میں اسکاٹ لینڈ کی بہت مہارت ہے، ان فیلڈز میں تعاون حاصل کریں گے۔ خود پر عمران خان کی حکومت کے دور میں برطانیہ میں بنائے گئے کیس سے متعلق گفتگو کرتے ہوئے شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجھے نہیں بلکہ اس کیس میں پاکستان کے عوام کو سروخرو کیا، مجھ پر جھوٹے، بے بنیاد الزامات کی بنیاد پر کیس بنایا گیا، این سی اے نے 2 سال تک تحقیقات کیں، اس کے بعد مجھے کلین چٹ ملی۔
شہباز شریف کا کہنا تھا کہ عمران نیازی نے پاکستان کی بدنامی میں کوئی کسر نہیں چھوڑی تھی، اللہ تعالیٰ نے ملک کو سروخرو کیا جس بدنامی کے لیے اس نے بے شمار پیسہ او ر وقت ضائع کیا، تمام حربے استعمال کیے، ملک کی عزت نہ صرف محفوظ رہی بلکہ اس میں اضافہ ہوا۔ عمران نیازی کا جھوٹ پوری قوم کے سامنے آرہا ہے، سر سے پاؤں تک جھوٹا، مکار اور محسن کش آدمی ہے، ضرور اللہ کی پکڑ ہوگی۔
قبل ازیں وزیراعظم محمد شہباز شریف نے اسکاٹ لینڈ کے فرسٹ منسٹر حمزہ یوسف سے لندن میں ملاقات کی، انہوں نے حمزہ یوسف کو اہم عہدہ سنبھالنے پر مبارکباد دی اور ان کے لیے نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کیا۔ شہباز شریف کا کہنا تھا کہ حمزہ یوسف کے انتخاب سے اسکاٹ لینڈ اور برطانیہ میں برٹش پاکستانی کمیونٹی کا اہم اور مثبت کردار اجاگر ہوا۔
دونوں رہنماؤں نے پاکستان اور اسکاٹ لینڈ کے درمیان تاریخی تعلقات کو مزید مضبوط کرنے پر اتفاق کیا جس میں تجارت، سرمایہ کاری، تعلیم، آبی وسائل، متبادل توانائی کے شعبوں میں تعاون اور دونوں اطراف کے عوام کے درمیان روابط شامل ہیں۔
ملاقات کے دوران دونوں فریقین نے تعلیم، ہنر اور قابل تجدید ذرائع میں مشترکہ منصوبوں کو فروغ دینے کے لیے باہمی تعاون سے کام کرنے پر اتفاق کیا۔
ملاقات میں پاکستان میں سرمایہ کاری کو فروغ دینے کے لیے اسکاٹ لینڈ میں موجود پاکستانی تاجروں کے اہم کردار پر بھی بات ہوئی۔ ملاقات میں موسمیاتی تبدیلی کے چیلنج سے نمٹنے کے لیے باہمی تعاون پر بھی اتفاق کیا گیا۔
اس سلسلے میں اسکاٹ لینڈ میں سرمایہ کاری کانفرنس منعقد کرنے اور اسکاٹ لینڈ میں پاکستان کی قابل تجدید توانائی کی صلاحیت کو دکھانے کے لیے الگ سے ایک روڈ شو کا اہتمام کرنے کی تجویز بھی زیر غور آئی۔ وزیر اعظم نے گزشتہ سال تباہ کن سیلاب کے دوران فراخدلانہ تعاون اور امداد پر اسکاٹش حکومت کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ انہوں نے حمزہ یوسف کو دورہ پاکستان کی پرخلوص دعوت دی جسے انہوں نے بخوشی قبول کر لیا۔ حمزہ یوسف اسکاٹش نیشنل پارٹی کی قیادت کرتے ہیں اور انہیں مارچ میں اسکاٹش پارلیمنٹ نے اسکاٹش حکومت کی سربراہی کے لیے منتخب کیا تھا، وہ پاکستانی نژاد پہلے برطانوی شہری ہیں جنہوں نے یہ اعزاز حاصل کیا۔ شہباز شریف کا کہنا تھا کہ عمران نیازی کا معمولی سیاسی فائدے کی خاطر پاک فوج اور انٹیلی جنس ایجنسی کو بدنام کرنا اور دھمکیاں دینا انتہائی قابل مذمت ہے۔ٹوئٹر پر جاری بیان میں انہوں نے کہا کہ جنرل فیصل نصیر اور ہماری انٹیلی جنس ایجنسی کے افسران کے خلاف بغیر کسی ثبوت کے الزامات لگانے کی اجازت دی جا سکتی ہے نہ اسے برداشت کیا جائے گا۔دوسری جانب پیپلزپارٹی کے آفیشنل ٹوئٹر اکاؤنٹ پر جاری اپنے بیان میں پاکستان پیپلزپارٹی پارلیمنٹرینز کے صدر اور سابق صدر مملکت آصف علی زرداری نے سابق وزیراعظم اور چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی پر سخت تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اداروں کو بدنام کرنے کی کوشش نے ایک شخص کا حقیقی چہرہ بے نقاب کردیا ہے۔
آصف زرداری کا کہنا تھا کہ بس بہت ہوگیا، غیرملکی ایجنٹ کی گزشتہ روز کی تقریر سننے کے بعد کوئی محب وطن اس کی پیروی کرنے کا اب سوچ بھی نہیں سکتا، ایک شخص میرے آباؤاجداد، میرے بچوں اور میرے ملک کو تباہ کرنے کے درپے ہے جس کی ہم اجازت نہیں دیں گے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ وہ ملک ہے جہاں ہم سب نے دفن ہونا ہے، ہم ایک شخص کو اجازت نہیں دیں گے کہ وہ ہماری اقدار اور ہمارے ملک کے ساتھ کھلواڑ کرے، پاک آرمی کے بہادر اور مایہ ناز افسران پر الزامات دراصل اس ادارے پر حملہ ہے کہ جس کے ساتھ پورا پاکستان کھڑا ہے۔
سابق صدر کا کہنا تھا کہ ایک شخص جھوٹ اور دھوکے سے اپنے معصوم کارکنان کو بے وقوف بنارہا ہے، میں اس شخص کا زوال دیکھ رہا ہوں، یہ شخص اداروں کو بدنام کرنے کی ہر حد کو عبور کرچکا ہے جسے اب مزید برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا۔دھر نگران وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب محسن نقوی نے کہا کہ ہم پنجاب میں کسی کو اپنے اداروں اور انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیوں کی تذلیل یا دھمکی دینے کی اجازت نہیں دیں گے۔
سماجی رابطے کی ویب سائٹ ٹوئٹر پر محسن نقوی کہنا تھا کہ پاکستانی شہریوں کی حیثیت سے ہماری اولین ذمہ داری ہے کہ ہم ان عناصر کی مذمت کریں جو پاکستان کے دشمنوں کو فائدہ پہنچا رہے ہیں۔
محسن نقوی نے کہا کہ یقین دلاتا ہوں کہ قانون اپنا راستہ اختیار کرے گا اور مجرموں کا قانون کے مطابق احتساب کیا جائے گا۔واضح رہے کہ وزیراعظم، سابق صدر مملکت اور نگران وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب کی جانب سے یہ بیانات ایسے وقت میں سامنے آئے ہیں جب کہ گزشتہ روز اعلیٰ عدلیہ اور حکومت کے درمیان کشیدگی کے درمیان سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان کے چیف جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال سے اظہار یکجہتی کے لیے پی ٹی آئی کی جانب سے مختلف شہروں میں نکالی گئی احتجاجی ریلیوں سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے عمران خان نے سابق آرمی چیف قمر جاوید باجودہ سمیت ایک حاضر سروس اعلیٰ فوجی افسر پر سخت تنقید کی تھی۔
سابق وزیراعظم نے کہا تھا کہ جب جنرل باوجوہ نے سازش کے تحت ہماری حکومت گرائی، اس کے مقابلے میں آج ملک میں تین گنا زیادہ مہنگائی ہے، جنرل باجوہ کی سازش کے تحت آنے والے چور اس ملک پر مسلط ہو گئے ہیں، جنرل باوجوہ نے اس ملک کو ان چوروں کا تحفہ دیا ہے ،کوئی دشمن بھی اس ملک کو اتنا نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکتا تھا جتنا جنرل باجوہ نے پہنچایا ہے۔
عمران خان نے ایک حاصر سروس اعلیٰ فوجی افسر کا نام لے کر الزام لگایا تھا کہ مجھے کچھ ہوا تو اس شخص کا نام یاد رکھنا جس نے مجھے پہلے بھی دو بار مارنے کی کوشش کی۔

Talking to the media after meeting the Scottish Prime Minister Hamza Yusuf in London, Shahbaz Sharif said that the meeting with Hamza Yusuf was very good, he is young, he has a lot of passion, Scotland is an important part of the United Kingdom, of Pakistan. Britain has good relations with Scotland, there are 70 to 80 thousand Pakistanis.
An investment conference is being convened very soon, which will consider cooperation in trade, educational and especially technical education.
The Prime Minister said that Scotland has a lot of expertise in the fields of water, solar and wind energy in this investment conference and will get cooperation in these fields. Talking about the case made in Britain during Imran Khan’s government, Shahbaz Sharif said that Allah Ta’ala has not made me angry but the people of Pakistan in this case, on the basis of false and baseless allegations against me. Earlier, Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif met Scotland’s First Minister Hamza Yousaf in London, he congratulated Hamza Yousaf on assuming the important post and wished him well. Shahbaz Sharif said that the election of Hamza Yusuf highlighted the important and positive role of the British Pakistani community in Scotland and the United Kingdom.
The two leaders agreed to further strengthen the historic ties between Pakistan and Scotland, including cooperation in trade, investment, education, water resources, alternative energy sectors and people-to-people contacts.
During the meeting, both sides agreed to work collaboratively to promote joint ventures in education, skills and renewable resources.
The important role of Pakistani businessmen in Scotland to promote investment in Pakistan was also discussed in the meeting. The meeting also agreed on mutual cooperation to tackle the challenge of climate change.
In this regard, a proposal to hold an investment conference in Scotland and a separate road show to showcase Pakistan’s renewable energy potential in Scotland was also considered. The Prime Minister thanked the Scottish Government for its generous support and assistance during last year’s devastating floods. He extended a sincere invitation to Hamza Yusuf to visit Pakistan which he happily accepted. Hamza Yusuf leads the Scottish National Party and was elected by the Scottish Parliament in March to head the Scottish government, the first British citizen of Pakistani origin to hold the title.
