Subh-e-Nau Tennis- Men’s Singles qualifying round completed at Islamabad. Subh-e-Nau has proved as a torch bearer in tennis promotion activities, Chairperson Tournament organizing committee Shahida Kausar Farooq By. Asghar Ali Mubarak Islamabad- As many as eight players qualified for main round of Subh-e-Nau National Clay Court Tennis Championship 2016which started here at PTF Complex Tennis Courts. M, Waqas Malik, who appeared on national circuit after a gap of 3 years, played well to qualify for main round of Men’s Singles.The other players who reached main round of this category after winning 2 matched each included Raja Shahid, Shakirullah, Irfanullah, Malik Hamza, Asadullah, Syed NofilKaleem and Huzaifa Abdul Rehman. First round matched of this Men’s Singles. In Six days long Subh-e-Nau National Clay Court Tennis Championship 2016, Pakistan number one player Aqeel Khan, Davis Cupper M. Abid, Shahzad khan, Heera Ashiq, M. Mudassar, M. Muzammil, top seed ladies players Sara Mansoor and Meheq Khokhar are participating this tennis gala. The Chairperson Tournament organizing committee Shahida Kausar Farooq said that this tournament is another step for Subh-e-Nau for promoting the game of tennis which is not widely promoted in the country. She said that for last 26 years. Subh-e-Nau has proved itself as a torch bearer in tennis promotion activities with a track record of hosting dozens of international, national and domestic events. She said that Clay Court tennis events were revived by Subh-e-Nau back in 2003 and since then it is hosting these events regularly on annual basis. The finals of the tournament will be played on Saturday 14th May. Sports Reporter Islamabad-The rising stars for Pakistani cricket team were the guest in capital of Pakistan ,The member of SWAT Cricket club form KPK visited the Parliament House Islamabad on other day and watch the both house proceeding , the rising stars were warmly welcomed by Ms.Aisha Sayed Member National Assembly NA 329 SWAT, KPK, while the EX-MMA candidate for NA -54 and founder President of South Asian Sports Journalists Association SASJA Mr. Asghar Ali Mubarak briefed the future stars about the Nation Assembly and Senate of Pakistan proceeding, Asghar Ali Mubarak while talking rising stars for Pakistani cricket said that sports can play a vital role to bring the peace in Pakistan. He said that with honesty, sincerity, devotion we can achieve the goal. While addressing the cricket team, Asghar Ali Mubarak appreciated youth for supporting Pakistan Army in the war against terrorism. He said that Sacrifices and commitment of the army, civil forces and the local people have eliminated terrorism from Malakand Division.It is mentioned that SWAT Cricket club has natural talent a player Imran Khan Junior is part of Pakistan T-20 team is also part of this cricket club.

CEO Serena Hotel Mr. Aziz Boolani By.ASGHAR ALI MUBARAK Islamabad-The Asean Red polo team won the 3rd Serena Hotels Polo Cup 2016 beat Varo line 6-4 in the final to become the champions of 3rd Serena Hotels Polo Cup 2016. Asean Red ‘s hero was Major Haseeb, who scored 4 goals in the final to beat Varo line 6-4 in the final of 3rd Serena Hotels Polo Cup 2016, which was held here at Islamabad Club Polo Ground. Six teams participated in the championship, which were divided into two pools. Before the finals an exhibition match was held involving kids aged 10 to 14 and crowd highly appreciated kids’ polo skills.In the final, it was Asean Red who took the lead in the first chukker through Major Haseeb.Their lead was soon doubled by Bilal Humyun.Varoline took one back through Raza Akram just as the second chukker started.But Asean Red bounced back and Haseeb scored third goal.Varoline again reduced the lead through Omer.But Haseeb once again struck to take back 2-goal lead.In third chukker, Varoline completely outclassed Asean Red by scoring two goals to square things though Nausher and Omer.But Varoline ran out of gas in the fourth chukker and Asean Red hit two goals through Arsalan and Haseeb to complete the victory.The final of 3rd Serena Hotels Polo Cup 2016 was full enjoyments for the polo lovers at Polo Club Ground Islamabad. The audience, consisting of diplomats, government officials and businesspersons, came out in great numbers to watch the final match. The festive ambiance was evident through the cheer and color The diplomats including the Kenyan high commissioner H.E.Prof.Julius Kibbet Bitok and dignitaries arrived in great number to watch the ‘’Game of Kings,’’ King of the games’’ The four days event starts with preliminary matches between Asean Black,PBG WI-TRIBE,FANTASTIC 4,KALABAGH 4, FANTASTIC 4 WHITE ,PMA,AND ASEAN RED. The final match was between Asean red and fantastic 4 where Asean read emerged victorious. One of the most classic equestrian sports Serena hotels hosts the polo cup annually and the events is organized under the very active sports diplomacy initiative. The exuberant game was divided into seven minute Chukkars and end were changed after every goal. The CEO Serena Hotel Mr. Aziz Boolani was the chief guest along with other dignities like Kenyan high commissioner H.E. Each chukker was an enthralling show of equestrian skill, as riders darted between around the field. He said China Pakistan Economic Corridor would open new era of industrial development in Pakistan and in the entire region.
