ورلڈ کپ میں آسٹریلیا اور نیدرلینڈ نے سنسنی خیز اندازاپنےاپنے میچز جیت لیے نیوزی لینڈ اور بنگلہ دیش کو شکست ہوگئی ,تفیصلات کےمطابق آئی سی سی ورلڈ کپ 2023 کے 27 ویں میچ میں آسٹریلیا نے نیوزی لینڈ کو 5 رنز سے شکست دے دی اور سیمی فائنل میں پہنچنےکی امیدوں کو روشن کرلیا جبکہ نیدرلینڈ نے28 ویں میچ میں بنگلہ دیش کو 87 رنزسےشکست دے دی ,
دھرم شالہ میں کھیلے گئے میچ میں ٹاس جیت کرنیوزی لینڈ نے آسٹریلیا کو بیٹنگ کی دعوت دی، نیوزی لینڈ کی جانب سے آسٹریلیا کو بیٹنگ کی دعوت دینے کا فیصلہ اچھا ثابت نہیں ہوا اور آسٹریلین بلے بازوں نے جارحانہ بیٹنگ کرتے ہوئے 388 رنز بنائے اور 389 رنز کا ہدف سیٹ کیا، جواب میں نیوزی لینڈ کی ٹیم مقررہ 50 اوورز میں 9 وکٹ پر 383 رنز بنانے میں کامیاب رہی۔ دونوں ٹیموں نے مجموعی طور پر 758 رنز اسکور کیے، یوں آسٹریلیا اور نیوزی لینڈ کے درمیان ہونے والے مقابلوں میں یہ سب سے ہائی اسکورنگ میچ تھا۔ اس سے پہلے 2007ء میں دونوں ٹیموں کے درمیان میچ میں مجموعی طور پر 696 رنز بنے تھے۔ آسٹریلیا کے 389 رنز کے ہدف کے تعاقب میں نیوزی لینڈ کی جانب سے راچن رویندرا 89 گیندوں پر 116 رنز کے ساتھ نمایاں بیٹر رہے جبکہ دیگر میں ڈیرل مچل 54 اور جمی نیشم 56 رنز کے ساتھ ٹیم کی جیت کی کوششوں کا حصہ رہا۔ آسٹریلیا کی طرف سے ایڈم زمپا نے 3، پیٹ کمنز اور جوش ہیزل ووڈ نے 2 ،2 وکٹیں لیے جبکہ ایک وکٹ گلین میکسویل کے حصے میں آئی۔ اس سے قبل آسٹریلیا کے اوپنر ڈیوڈ وارنر اور ٹریوس ہیڈ نے 175 کی شراکت فراہم کی، وارنر 81 رنز بناکر پویلین لوٹ گئے، اُن کی اننگز میں 6 چھکے اور 5 چوکے شامل تھے۔ اس کے بعد ٹریوس ہیڈ 200 کے مجموعے پر 109 رنز کی اننگز کھیل کر میدان چھوڑ گئے، انہوں نے بیٹنگ کے دوران 7 چھکے اور 10 چوکے لگائے۔ آسٹریلیا کی طرف سے گزشتہ میچ کے تیز ترین سنچری میکر گلین میکسویل 41، جو ش انگلس 38، پیٹ کمنز 37 رنز کے ساتھ نمایاں بیٹر رہے۔ نیوزی لینڈ کے گلین فلپس اور ٹرینٹ بولٹ نے 3، 3، مچل سینٹنر نے 2 اور جمی نیشم نے 1 وکٹ اپنے نام کی۔
آخری اوور میں نیوزی لینڈ کو فتح کے لیے 19 رنز درکار تھے اور پہلی ہی گیند پر ٹرینٹ بولٹ نے ایک رن لے کر اسٹرائیک نیشام کے سپرد کردی۔ دباؤ سے بھرپور اس میچ میں یارکر کی کوشش میں اسٹارک وائیڈ گیند کر بیٹھے اور لیگ کی جانب سے گیند پلک جھپکنے میں باؤنڈری پار کر گئی۔ اب آسٹریلیا کو 5 گیندوں پر 13 رنز دکرار تھے اور کیوی بلے باز نے اگلی تینوں گیندوں پر دو، دو رنز لیے اور اس طرح نیوزی لینڈ کو آخری دو گیندوں پر فتح کے لیے 7 رنز درکار تھے۔ اسٹارک کی فل ٹاس گیند کو نیشام باؤنڈری کے پار نہ پھینک سکے اور دوسرا رن لینے کی کوشش میں پویلین لوٹ گئے، انہوں نے 3 چھکوں اور تین چوکوں کی مدد سے 58 رنز بنائے۔ میچ کی آخری گیند پر نیوزی لینڈ کی ٹیم کوئی رن نہ بنا سکی اور آسٹریلیا نے اعصاب شکن معرکے میں 5 رنز سے کامیابی حاصل کر کے سیمی فائنل تک رسائی کی راہیں بھی ہموار کر لیں۔ رلڈکپ کے 28ویں میچ میں نیدرلینڈز نے بنگلادیش کو باآسانی 87 رنز سے شکست دے کر ایونٹ میں ایک اور اپ سیٹ کردیا۔
کولکتہ کے ایڈن گارڈن میں کھیلے جانے والے اس میچ میں نیدرلینڈز نے ٹاس جیت کر پہلے بیٹنگ کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔بنگلادیشی بولرز نے اپنا تجربہ بروئے کار لاتے ہوئے نیدرلینڈز کے اوپنرز کو 4 کے مجموعے پر ہی پویلین لوٹا دیا۔ مڈل آرڈر نے بنگلادیشی بولرز کا جم کر مقابلہ کیا، جہاں کپتان اسکاٹ ایڈورڈز نے 68 رنز کی اننگز کھیلی جبکہ دیگر کھلاڑیوں میں ویسلے بریسی نے 41 اور سیبرینڈ اینگلبریخت 35 رنز بنا کر نمایاں رہے۔ نیدرلینڈز کی ٹیم مقررہ 50 اوورز میں 229 رنز بنا کر آل آؤٹ ہوگئی۔ بنگلادیش کی جانب سے شورف الاسلام، تسکین احمد، مستفیض الرحمان اور مہدی حسن نے دو دو جبکہ شکیب الحسن نے ایک وکٹ حاصل کی۔ ہدف کے تعاقب میں بنگلادیشی بیٹنگ لائن لڑکھڑا گئی اور کوئی بھی کھلاڑی وکٹ پر زیادہ دیر نہ رک سکا۔
ورلڈ کپ میں اپنا ساتواں میچ کھیلنے کےلیے پاکستان کرکٹ ٹیم کولکتہ پہنچ گئی ہےپاکستانی ٹیم کا اگلا میچ 31 اکتوبر کو بنگلادیش کے خلاف ہے، جس کی تیاریوں کے لیے وہ 30 اکتوبر کو ٹریننگ کرے گی۔

In the World Cup, Australia and the Netherlands won their respective matches sensationally, New Zealand and Bangladesh were defeated. According to the details, in the 27th match of the ICC World Cup 2023, Australia defeated New Zealand by 5 runs and in the semifinal Brightened the hopes of reaching while the Netherlands defeated Bangladesh by 87 runs in the 28th match.
In the match played in Dharamsala, New Zealand invited Australia to bat by winning the toss. New Zealand’s decision to invite Australia to bat did not turn out well and the Australian batsmen scored 388 runs and 389 while batting aggressively. Set a target of runs, in reply the New Zealand team managed to score 383 runs for 9 wickets in the allotted 50 overs. The two teams scored a total of 758 runs, making it the highest scoring match between Australia and New Zealand. Before this, in 2007, a total of 696 runs were scored in the match between the two teams. Chasing Australia’s target of 389 runs, Rachin Ravindra was the leading batsman for New Zealand with 116 off 89 balls, while Daryl Mitchell and Jimmy Neesham with 54 and 56 were part of the team’s winning efforts. From Australia, Adam Zampa took 3 wickets, Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood took 2 wickets, while one wicket went to Glenn Maxwell. Earlier, Australian openers David Warner and Travis Head put on a partnership of 175, Warner returning to the pavilion after scoring 81 runs, his innings included 6 sixes and 5 fours. After that, Travis Head left the field after playing an innings of 109 runs on a total of 200, he hit 7 sixes and 10 fours during his batting. Glenn Maxwell, the fastest century maker of the previous match from Australia, was the prominent batsman with 41, Joe Shaw Ingles 38, Pat Cummins 37 runs. New Zealand’s Glenn Phillips and Trent Boult took 3, 3, Mitchell Santner 2 and Jimmy Neesham 1 wicket.
In the last over, New Zealand needed 19 runs to win and Trent Boult took a run on the very first ball and handed over the strike to Neesham. In this pressure-filled match, Starc bowled a yorker wide and the ball crossed the boundary in the blink of an eye. Australia now needed 13 runs off 5 balls and the Kiwi batsman took two runs off the next three balls and thus New Zealand needed 7 runs off the last two balls to win. Starc’s full toss failed to get the ball past Neesham’s boundary and returned to the pavilion trying to get another run, scoring 58 runs with 3 sixes and 3 fours. The New Zealand team could not score any runs on the last ball of the match and Australia won by 5 runs in a nerve-wracking match and paved the way to reach the semi-finals. In the 28th match of the Royal Cup, the Netherlands easily defeated Bangladesh by 87 runs and caused another upset in the event.
The Netherlands won the toss and decided to bat first in this match played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The Bangladeshi bowlers used their experience to send the Dutch openers back to the pavilion for a total of 4. The middle order put up a solid fight against the Bangladeshi bowlers, where captain Scott Edwards played an innings of 68 runs while Wesley Bracey scored 41 runs and Sebrand Engelbrecht scored 35 runs. The Netherlands team was all out after scoring 229 runs in the allotted 50 overs. Shoraful Islam, Tasin Ahmad, Mustafizur Rehman and Mehdi Hasan took two wickets each while Shakib Al Hasan took one wicket for Bangladesh. In pursuit of the target, the Bangladeshi batting line-up faltered and none of the players could stay on the wicket for long.
The Pakistan cricket team has reached Kolkata to play their seventh match in the World Cup. The next match of the Pakistani team is against Bangladesh on October 31, for which they will train on October 30.
