Pakistan Army Spokesperson Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said that India has adopted state terrorism against Pakistan as a policy, and the mastermind of the Indian-sponsored terrorism network is Ajit Doval,
According to Qatari broadcaster ‘Al Jazeera’, this response of DG ISPR came after the bomb blast in Waziristan last month. The responsibility for the attack was claimed by Fitna al-Khawarij (the outlawed TTP). 16 soldiers were martyred in the blast while more than 20 were injured.
The Pakistan Army Spokesperson has said that India has adopted state terrorism against Pakistan as a policy, and the mastermind of the Indian-sponsored terrorism network is Ajit Doval, Pakistan’s nuclear program is completely safe, no one can dare to target our nuclear program.
The interview comes amid tensions in the wake of the recent military clash, which was sparked by India’s baseless allegations against Pakistan over an attack in Pahalgam, occupied Kashmir.
In an interview with Qatari broadcaster, a Pakistani military spokesman said that Ajit Doval is not only responsible for terrorist acts in Pakistan but also for terrorism and international killings within the region.
The DG ISPR said, “Do you think this is happening on its own? This business of terrorism cannot survive without Indian patronage. India has provided funding, planning, intelligence and technical support to terrorist groups inside Pakistan such as Fitna-ul-Khawarij and Fitna-ul-Hindustan. In July last year, Pakistan designated the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) as Fitna-ul-Khawarij, while ordering all institutions to use the term “Kharij” (foreign) when referring to those who carry out terrorist attacks on Pakistan.
In May this year, the government designated all terrorist organisations in Balochistan as Fitna-ul-Hindustan – a new phrase aimed at framing India’s alleged role in terrorism, possibly to garner domestic support. “India’s strategy is to keep Pakistan entangled in this menace of terrorism, so that its real power is not realised,” said Lt Gen Chaudhry. “The power gap between the two countries is widening, so that India can act as a regional hegemon, a bully and dictate its own terms.” This strategy of supporting terrorists continued until 1971, when India supported the Mukti Bahini in East Pakistan. ISPR Director General Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that the surrendered or captured terrorist commanders admitted that they were supported by New Delhi, citing the case of the captured commanders of Fitna-ul-Hindustan and the captured Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav. “All this evidence is public. It is RAW,” he said, referring to the Indian spy agency Research and Analysis Wing. And not only are they using men, but they are also exploiting Baloch women for these nefarious purposes. Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry added that Pakistan is “not a careless and irresponsible state like India”, blaming external elements for its internal problems. He said that we should understand that terrorism is India’s internal problem which is a result of India’s continuous oppression of minorities under its policy. “Instead of addressing these grave injustices, inequalities and soul-searching, India is too quick to put all the blame on Pakistan. “Because of this senseless blame game that the Indians are resorting to, it is taking the relationship between India and Pakistan to a dangerously low level, where an incident of terrorism or violence can escalate into an act of war.” ISPR chief Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry warned that such behavior is putting the lives of over 1.6 billion people in the hands of “non-state actors” who have an interest in a war between Pakistan and India. “We are an established and declared nuclear power, and the world has no experience of going on or attempting any adventure against an established nuclear power,” Lt. Gen. According to Al Jazeera, DG ISPR reiterated Pakistan’s political and diplomatic support for Iran, which is the target of Israeli aggression. ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ کیا آپ کو لگتا ہے کہ یہ خود ہو رہا ہے؟ یہ دہشت گردی کا کاروبار بھارت کی سرپرستی کے بغیر قائم نہیں رہ سکتا۔ بھارت نے پاکستان کے اندر دہشت گرد گروپوں جیسے فتنہ الخوارج اور فتنہ الہندوستان کو فنڈنگ، منصوبہ بندی، انٹیلی جنس اور تکنیکی مدد فراہم کی ہے گزشتہ سال جولائی میں، پاکستان نے کالعدم تحریک طالبان پاکستان (ٹی ٹی پی) کو فتنہ الخوارج کے طور پر نامزد کیا تھا، جب کہ تمام اداروں کو پاکستان پر دہشت گرد حملوں کے مرتکب افراد کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے خارجی (خارج) کی اصطلاح استعمال کرنے کا حکم دیا تھا۔

آئی ایس پی آر کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چوہدری نے کہا کہ ہتھیار ڈالنے والے یا پکڑے گئے دہشت گرد کمانڈروں نے فتنہ الہندوستان کے گرفتار کمانڈروں اور گرفتار بھارتی نیوی آفیسر کلبھوشن جادھو کے کیس کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے اعتراف کیا کہ انہیں نئی دہلی سے حمایت حاصل ہے۔ انہوں نے بھارتی جاسوس ایجنسی ریسرچ اینڈ اینالائسز ونگ کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ’’یہ تمام ثبوت عوامی ہیں۔ یہ را ہے‘‘۔ اور نہ صرف وہ مردوں کو استعمال کر رہے ہیں بلکہ بلوچ خواتین کا ان مذموم مقاصد کے لیے استحصال بھی کر رہے ہیں۔ لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چوہدری نے مزید کہا کہ پاکستان “بھارت کی طرح ایک لاپرواہ اور غیر ذمہ دار ریاست نہیں ہے”، اندرونی مسائل کے لیے بیرونی عناصر کو ذمہ دار ٹھہرایا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمیں یہ سمجھنا چاہیے کہ دہشت گردی بھارت کا اندرونی مسئلہ ہے جو کہ بھارت اپنی پالیسی کے تحت اقلیتوں پر مسلسل ظلم و ستم کے نتیجے میں کرتا ہے۔ “ان سنگین ناانصافیوں، عدم مساوات کو حل کرنے اور روح کی تلاش کرنے کے بجائے، بھارت تمام تر الزام پاکستان پر ڈالنے میں بہت جلدی کرتا ہے۔ “اس بے ہودہ الزام تراشی کے کھیل کی وجہ سے جس کا ہندوستانی سہارا لے رہے ہیں، یہ ہندوستان اور پاکستان کے درمیان خطرناک حد تک نچلی سطح پر لے جا رہا ہے، جہاں دہشت گردی یا تشدد کا ایک واقعہ جنگ کی کارروائی میں تبدیل ہو سکتا ہے۔” آئی ایس پی آر کے سربراہ لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چوہدری نے متنبہ کیا کہ اس طرح کے طرز عمل سے 1.6 بلین سے زیادہ لوگوں کی جانیں “غیر ریاستی عناصر” کے ہاتھ میں ہیں جو پاکستان اور بھارت کی جنگ میں دلچسپی رکھتے ہیں۔ لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چوہدری نے کہا کہ “ہم ایک قائم اور اعلان کردہ جوہری طاقت ہیں، اور دنیا کو کسی قائم شدہ جوہری طاقت کے خلاف کسی مہم جوئی میں جانے یا اس کی کوشش کرنے کا کوئی تجربہ نہیں ہے”۔ ’’اگر اس طرح کی کوئی مہم جوئی کی گئی یا اس کی کوشش کی گئی تو اس کے بھیانک نتائج برآمد ہوں گے جن کو شاید دنیا برداشت نہیں کر سکے گی۔‘‘ انہوں نے کہا کہ خوارج کی اصطلاح ان مسلح گروہوں کے لیے استعمال کی جا رہی ہے جو ریاست اور فوج پر حملے کرتے ہیں، موجودہ فتنۃ الخوارج اس گمراہ کن نظریے کا تسلسل ہے، جو مسلمانوں کو اپنے گمراہ کن عقیدے کے تحت قتل کرتے آئے ہیں۔ ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ اسلام میں جہاد یا قتال کا اختیار صر ف ریاست کے پاس ہے، کسی فرد، تنظیم یا گروہ کو اختیار نہیں، فتنۃ الخوارج کا اسلام، انسانیت، پاکستان یا پاکستانی روایات سے کوئی تعلق نہیں، فتنۃ الہندوستان کی اصطلاح پاکستان میں ان دہشت گردوں کے لیے استعمال ہوتی ہے جنہیں بھارت کی حمایت حاصل ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ فتنۃ الہندوستان خاص طور پر صوبہ بلوچستان میں ملک کو غیر مستحکم کرنے کے لیے سرگرم ہیں، پاکستان نے اسلامی ریاست کے خلاف کسی بھی جارحیت کو علاقائی استحکام کے لیے خطرہ قرار دیا ہے،ترجمان پاک فوج کا کہنا تھا کہ اسلام میں جہاد کرنے یا لڑنے کا اختیار صرف ریاست کے پاس ہے، کسی فرد، تنظیم یا گروہ کو یہ اختیار حاصل نہیں ہے، ’فتن الخارجی‘ کا اسلام، انسانیت، پاکستان یا پاکستانی روایات سے کوئی تعلق نہیں، ’فتن الہند‘ کی اصطلاح پاکستان میں ان دہشت گردوں کے لیے استعمال ہوتی ہے جن کی بھارت حمایت کرتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ فتنا ہندوستان ملک کو خاص طور پر صوبہ بلوچستان میں عدم استحکام سے دوچار کر رہا ہے۔ پاکستان نے دولت اسلامیہ کے خلاف کسی بھی جارحیت کو علاقائی استحکام کے لیے خطرہ قرار دیا ہے۔ بھارتی سیاسی قیادت کئی مواقع پر پاکستان میں دہشت گردی کی حمایت کا اعتراف کر چکی ہے۔
ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ بھارتی سرپرستی میں دہشت گردی کے نیٹ ورک کا ماسٹر مائنڈ اجیت ڈوول ہے۔ امریکہ اور کینیڈا سمیت کئی ممالک نے بھارتی ریاستی دہشت گردی کا اعتراف کیا ہے۔ الجزیرہ کے مطابق ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے اسرائیلی جارحیت کا نشانہ بننے والے ایران کے لیے پاکستان کی سیاسی اور سفارتی حمایت کا اعادہ کیا۔ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ پاکستان کا ایٹمی پروگرام مکمل طور پر محفوظ ہے۔ کوئی ہمارے ایٹمی پروگرام کو نشانہ بنانے کی جرات نہیں کر سکتا۔ پاکستان ایک ذمہ دار اور اعلانیہ ایٹمی طاقت ہے۔ پاکستان کی ایٹمی صلاحیت ناقابل تسخیر ہے۔ یہ پاکستان کی دفاعی صلاحیتوں اور موجودہ علاقائی توازن پر اعتماد کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔ ۔
