Sports Journalists Association RISJA’s inaugural meeting passed a resolution to pay tribute to the Armed Forces of Pakistan for the Victory in “Battle of Truth”

Rawalpindi Islamabad Sports Journalists Association RISJA’s inaugural meeting passed a resolution to pay tribute to the Armed Forces of Pakistan for the victory in the “Battle of Truth”.
Secretary General Syed Arsalan Abbasi presented the resolution presented moved by Vice President Asghar Ali Mubarak in the house, which was unanimously approved.
In the meeting presided over by the newly elected President of RISJA Abu Bakar Bin Talat, the house expressed their gratitude to the Election Committee Chairman Shehryar Khan, members Asim Jilani, Rana Farhan Aslam and senior leaders especially Patron-in-Chief Abdul Mohi Shah, Chairman Shakeel Ahmed Awan, Afzal Javed, Nasir Aslam Raja, Nasir Naqvi, Zulfiqar Baig, Shakir Abbasi, Asghar Ali Mubarak and others.
Patron-in-Chief Abdul Mohi Shah said that the organization was established in 1986. The Sports Journalists Association (RISJA) is the only registered organization of Rawalpindi and Islamabad dedicated to the welfare of sports journalists.
He paid tribute to the President of Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists PFUJ Afzal Butt, President of National Press Club NPC Azhar Jatoi Rawalpindi, Secretary Ms,Nayar Ali Acting Secretary NPC Shiraz Ali Gardezi, President Rawalpindi Islamabad Journalists Association RIUJ Tariq Work Chairman RISJA Shakeel Awan, Afzal Javed Ajo Asghar Ali Mubarak for their exemplary services.
Patron-in-Chief Abdul Mohi praised the efforts of Asghar Ali Mubarak and Shakeel Awan, Afzal Javed for organizing thanksgiving ceremony in honor of sports journalists for the glorious victory in Operation Banyan Al-Marsoos in the “Battle of Truth” ,
The House approved the appointment of Arfa Feroz Zaki for the post of Secretary Information.
President RISJA assured that association will continue to play its central and active role in the promotion and development of sports in this regard. The series of recognition of role-playing personalities will continue.
Chairman RISJA proposed during the meeting to organize Meet the RISJA, seminars, workshops and sports journalism training programs.
On this occasion, the newly elected President Abu Bakar Bin Talat and Secretary Arsalan Shirazi, Finance Secretary Nasir Abbas Naqvi thanked Zulfiqar Baig (Senior Vice President), Asghar Ali Mubarak and Aqeel Anjum (Vice Presidents), Hafiz Obaidur Rehman and Asim Riaz (Joint Secretaries), members of the Executive Body Faheem Anwar Khan, Afzal Javed, Zahid Farooq Malik, Nasir Aslam Raja, Zeeshan Qayyum, Sohail Raja, Arfa Feroze Zaki, Kiran Khan, Owais Abbasi and Farhan Jafri and expressed their determination that they will uphold the values of the association.
On the other hand, National Press Club President Azhar Jatoi, acting Secretary Shiraz Gardezi, Finance Secretary Waqar Abbasi, RIUJ President Tariq Wirk and others congratulated the newly elected office bearers and hoped that the new body will provide exemplary services to the journalist community ,the organization will be continued regularly and a strong voice will be raised for the protection of the rights of sports journalists.
Meanwhile ,the Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has congratulated the newly elected office bearers of the Rawalpindi Islamabad Sports Journalists Association (RSJA), including Patron-in-Chief RISJA Abdul Mohi Shah, Chairman Shakeel Awan, President Abu Bakar Bin Talat, Secretary Arsalan Shirazi, Finance Secretary Nasir Abbas Naqvi, Zulfiqar Baig (Senior Vice President), Asghar Ali Mubarak (Vice President), Aqeel Anjum (Vice President), Hafiz Obaidur Rehman and Asim Riaz (Joint Secretaries), and members of the Executive Body Faheem Anwar Khan, Afzal Javed, Zahid Farooq Malik, Nasir Aslam Raja, Zeeshan Qayyum, Sohail Raja, Arfa Feroze Zaki, Kiran Khan, Owais Abbasi and Farhan Jafri.

راولپنڈی اسلام آباد سپورٹس جرنلسٹس ایسوسی ایشن رسجا RISJA کے افتتاحی اجلاس میں معرکہ حق میں تاریخی فتح پر افواج پاکستان کو خراج تحسین پیش کرنے کی قرارداد منظور کی گئی۔
سیکرٹری جنرل سید ارسلان عباسی نے نائب صدر اصغر علی مبارک کی طرف سے پیش کی گئی قرارداد ایوان میں پیش کی جسے متفقہ طور پر منظور کر لیا گیا۔
رسجاکے نومنتخب صدر ابوبکر بن طلعت کی زیر صدارت اجلاس میں ایوان نے الیکشن کمیٹی کے چیئرمین شہریار خان، اراکین عاصم جیلانی، رانا فرحان اسلم اور سینئر رہنماؤں بالخصوص سرپرست اعلیٰ عبدالمحی شاہ، چیئرمین شکیل احمد اعوان، افضل جاوید اجو، ناصر اسلم راجہ اور دیگر کا شکریہ ادا کیا,
ایوان نے ار فع فیروز ذکی کی سیکرٹری اطلاعات کے عہدے پر تقرری کی منظوری دے دی۔
سرپرست اعلیٰ عبد المحیٰ شاہ نے کہا کہ یہ تنظیم 1986 میں قائم ہوئی تھی۔ اسپورٹس جرنلسٹس ایسوسی ایشن ( RISJA) راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد کی واحد رجسٹرڈ تنظیم ہے جو کھیلوں کے صحافیوں کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے وقف ہے۔
انہوں نے پاکستان فیڈرل یونین آف جرنلسٹس پی ایف یو جے کے صدر افضل بٹ، نیشنل پریس کلب این پی سی کے صدر اظہر جتوئی راولپنڈی، سیکرٹری نیئر علی ,قائمقام سیکرٹری این پی سی شیراز علی گردیزی، صدر راولپنڈی اسلام آباد جرنلسٹس ایسوسی ایشن آر آئی یو جے طارق ورک , شکیل اعوان، افضل جاوید اجو ,اصغر علی مبارک کی خدمات کو خراج تحسین پیش کیا۔
سرپرست اعلیٰ عبد المحیٰ شاہ نے اصغر علی مبارک اور شکیل اعوان، افضال جاوید کی کاوشوں کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ انہوں نے معرکہ حق میں تاریخی فتح پر کھیلوں کے صحافیوں کے اعزاز میں تشکر کی تقریب کا انعقاد کیا۔
رسجا کے صدر نے یقین دلایا کہ رسجا اس سلسلے میں کھیلوں کے فروغ اور ترقی میں اپنا مرکزی اور فعال کردار ادا کرے گی
چیئرمین رسجا نے میٹنگ کے دوران میٹ دی RISJAرسجا، سیمینارز، ورکشاپس اور رسجاسپورٹس جرنلزم کے تربیتی پروگرام منعقد کرنے کی تجویز دی۔
اس موقع پر نومنتخب صدر ابوبکر بن طلعت , سیکرٹری ارسلان شیرازی، فنانس سیکرٹری ناصر عباس نقوی نے ذوالفقار بیگ (سینئر نائب صدر)، اصغر علی مبارک (نائب صدر)اور عقیل انجم (نائب صدر)، حافظ عبیدالرحمن اور عاصم ریاض (جوائنٹ سیکرٹری) زاہد فاروق ملک، ناصر اسلم راجہ، ذیشان قیوم، سہیل راجہ، ارفع فیروز ذکی، کرن خان، اویس عباسی اور فرحان جعفری اور دیگر کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔

دریں اثناء وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات و نشریات عطاء اللہ تارڑ نے راولپنڈی اسلام آباد سپورٹس جرنلسٹس ایسوسی ایشن ( ) کے نومنتخب عہدیداران ,پیٹرن ان چیف رسجا عبد المحیٰ شاہ، چیئرمین شکیل اعوان، صدر ابوبکر بن طلعت، سیکرٹری ارسلان شیرازی، فنانس سیکرٹری ناصر عباس نقوی، نائب صدر اصغر علی مبارک نائب صدر عقیل انجم حافظ عبیدالرحمن اور عاصم ریاض (جوائنٹ سیکرٹریز) ایگزیکٹو باڈی کے ممبران فہیم انور خان، افضل جاوید، زاہد فاروق ملک، ناصر اسلم راجہ، ذیشان قیوم، کرن خان، سہیل خان، ، اویس فرحان اور فرحان جعفری کو مبارکباد دی ہے
مبارکباد کے پیغام میں وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات نے کہا کہ کھیلوں کی صحافت معاشرے میں مثبت سرگرمیوں کو فروغ دینے اور نوجوانوں کی رہنمائی میں کلیدی کردار ادا کرتی ہے۔ رسجا ایک فعال اور متحرک پلیٹ فارم ہے جو نہ صرف صحافتی اقدار کو برقرار رکھتا ہے بلکہ کھیلوں کی دنیا کے مسائل کو اجاگر کرنے میں بھی موثر کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔
