نیشنل پریس کلب کے انتخابات میں ڈیموکریٹس پینل نے صدارت اور سیکرٹری کی اہم نشستیں جیت لیں۔ ڈیموکریٹس نے نائب صدور کی 2 نشستیں بھی اپنے نام کر لیں ،جرنلسٹ پینل نے ایگزیکٹو باڈی کی سات نشستوں پر کامیابی حاصل کی, گورننگ باڈی کی 17 نشستوں میں 15 جرنلسٹ پینل کامیاب، 2 نشستیں ڈیموکریٹس کے حصے میں آئیں۔مجموعی طور پر 2180 ووٹرز نے اپنا حق رائے دہی استعمال کیا۔ اہم نشستوں پر گنتی کا عمل متعدد بار دہرائے جانے کے بعد شفاف نتائج مرتب کئے گئے۔ نتائج کے مطابق صدر کی نشست پر دی ڈیموکریٹس پینل کے عبدالرزاق سیال 1067 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب قرار پائے۔ اُن کی مدمقابل جرنلسٹس پینل کی جانب سے نیشنل پریس کلب کی تاریخ میں پہلی بارخاتون صدارتی امیدوار نیئر علی 1052 ووٹ لے کر دوسرے نمبر پر رہیں۔سیکرٹری کی نشست پر بھی دی ڈیموکریٹس کے ڈاکٹر فرقان رائو 1024 ووٹ لے کر فاتح رہے ، اُنہوں نے جرنلسٹ پینل کے خالد محمود کو شکست دی۔ فنانس سیکرٹری کی نشست پر جرنلسٹ پینل کے عابد عباسی 1061 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب ہوئے ، دی ڈیموکریٹس کے خاور نواز راجہ نے 1032 ووٹ لئے۔ نائب صدور کی نشست پر جرنلسٹ پینل کے امیدوار احتشام الحق نے سب سے زیادہ 1202 ووٹ لئے ، دی ڈیمو کریٹس پینل کے بشیر چوہدری اور عثمان خان نے بھی کامیابی سمیٹی،نائب صدر خواتین کی نشست پر سحرش قریشی نے میدان مارا۔ جوائنٹ سیکرٹری کی تینوں نشستیں جرنلسٹ پینل لے گیا، ۔شیراز گردیزی 1228 ووٹ لے کر سب سے آگے رہے ، جوائنٹ سیکرٹری خواتین کی نشست پر جرنلسٹ پینل کی شکیلہ جلیل کامیاب ٹھہریں۔دوسری جانب گورننگ باڈی کی 17 نشستوں میں 15 جرنلسٹ پینل کامیاب، 2 نشستیں ڈیموکریٹس کے حصے میں آئیں۔ گورننگ باڈی نششت میں عامر رفیق بٹ،عثمان خان،ابرار حسین استوری،مدثرالحسن،شاہد ملک،شکیل اعوان،عاصم گیلانی،
نثاراحمد ،مشکور علی ،سرداریوسفزئی،راناعثمان،نوابزادہ خورشید،محمدداود،عثمان جاویدملک ,مس فرح ربانی، مس عائشہ ناز کامیاب قرارپائےاس طرح مجموعی طور پر 28 نشستوں کے ایوان میں جرنلسٹس پینل نے 22 جبکہ ڈیموکریٹس کو صدر اور سیکرٹری سمیت ٹوٹل 6 نشستیں ملیں۔ نیشنل پریس کلب کے الیکشن میں جرنلسٹ پینل کے 17 میں سے 15 امیدوارگورننگ باڈی میں بھاری اکثریت سے کامیاب رہے

In the National Press Club elections, the Democrats panel won the important seats of the presidency and secretary. The Democrats also won 2 seats of the vice-presidents, the Journalist panel won seven seats of the executive body, out of 17 seats of the governing body, the Journalist panel won 15, and the Democrats won 2 seats. A total of 2180 voters exercised their right to vote. After the counting process on important seats was repeated several times, transparent results were compiled. According to the results, Abdul Razak Sial of the Democrats panel was declared successful on the seat of the president with 1067 votes. Her opponent, Nayyar Ali, the first female presidential candidate in the history of the National Press Club from the Journalists Panel, came in second with 1052 votes. Dr. Furqan Rao of The Democrats was also the winner of the Secretary seat with 1024 votes, defeating Khalid Mahmood of the Journalists Panel. Abid Abbasi of the Journalists Panel won the Finance Secretary seat with 1061 votes, while Khawar Nawaz Raja of The Democrats got 1032 votes. For the Vice President seat, Ehtesham-ul-Haq of the Journalists Panel got the most votes with 1202 votes, while Bashir Chaudhry and Usman Khan of The Democrats Panel also won. Sehrish Qureshi contested for the Vice President Women seat. The journalist panel won all three seats of the joint secretary. Shiraz Gardezi remained in the lead with 1228 votes. Shakeela Jalil of the journalist panel won the seat of joint secretary for women. On the other hand, out of the 17 seats of the governing body, 15 journalist panels won, while 2 seats went to the Democrats. In the governing body session, Aamir Rafique Butt, Usman Khan, Abrar Hussain Astori, Mudassar-ul-Hassan, Shahid Malik, Shakeel Awan, Asim Gilani, Nisar Ahmed, Mashkoor Ali, Sardari Safzai, Rana Usman, Nawabzada Khurshid, Muhammad Dawood, Usman Javed Malik, Miss Farah Rabbani, Miss Ayesha Naz were declared successful. Thus, in the total 28-seat house, the journalist panel got 22 seats, while the Democrats got a total of 6 seats, including the president and secretary. In the National Press Club elections, 15 out of 17 candidates from the journalist panel won a landslide victory in the governing body.
