ISLAMABAD, December: M.Hussain Chattha of Islamabad win the national championship mans single category in 8th National Tenpin Bowling Championship 2014 held at Leisure City Bowling club ,Safa Gold Mall F-7 Markaz k Islamabad. The championship continues for 7 days in which players from Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta ,Fata and Islamabad show their talent and skills for the title. The tournament was played on Singles, doubles, team and Amateur event format. In Mans Singles event final M.Hussain from Islamabad outclasses his opponent with brilliant skills and performance to make the title on his name and become National Champion. he got 1st position with total score of 351 out of 2 games and wins75,000/-Rs cash and trophy and Ashiq Ali from Karachi with total score of 348 got 2nd position and wins 50,000/- cash prize and trophy while Ahmer Suldhera from Karachi with score of 304 remains at 3rd got trophy and wins 15000 cash prize,
In Doubles category Zafar Iqbal and Ashiq Ali team dominated with score of 713 remains at top in double events of 8th National Tenpin Bowling Championship.Faizan and Sadaqat Ali r team with score of 657 remains at second position double events of 8th National Tenpin Bowling Championship 2014. Ahmer And Danyial with 623 got 3rd position and Zafar Iqbal And Ashiq Ali got Trophies along with 30,000 RS while Faizan And sadaqat Ali got trophies of 2nd position along with and 15000 Rs while Ahmer and Danyial remain at 3rd position and got Brones Medal along with ten thousand Rs.
In team events Category team B of Islamabad and team B of Karachi secure the place in final by defeating the teams of Fata,KPK,Team A Islamabad and Team BKarachi. The players of Islamabad Team B Ali Shah, Rana Afzal, Khalid Saeed Butt and Ashiq Ali Graib the Winners and awarded Rs 30000, while team A of Kharachi Fazil Mania,Ali suryia,Ahmer and Faizan won 2nd position trophies and a Rs of 15000.
SINGLES Amateur : In Amateur Singles event final Qasim from Islamabad outclass his opponent with brilliant skills and performance to make the title on his name and become Amateur National Champion n. he got 1st position with total score of 485 out of 3 games and wins 10,000/-Rs cash and trophy and Ali Ahmer from Karachi with total score of 468 got 2nd position and wins 5,000/- cash prize and trophy while Hyee from Karachi with score of 453 remains at 3rd got trophy and wins 3,000 cash prize,
General Secretary of Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation Ijaz ur Rehman while expressing their views with media they appreciate the youngsters to participate and show their interest in bowling. They said that involvement of such a huge numbers of youngsters in this game proves that the bowling game is getting popularity day by day in Pakistan. They further said very soon these players will represent Pakistan across the border. He further said that we appeal to Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sahreef Prime Minister of Pakistan To give instruction to Chairman CDA to allot a plot for the federation as soon as possible.
While talking at closing ceremony President Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation Ch Nadeem Akbar said that Bowling is a good game and I congratulate to all the members of the Federation who arranged this championship in this situation. He further said, INSAHALLAH we will establish new bowling club in 2015 year and he will completely support the Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation because Federation has good player and they have the capability to bright the name of Pakistan in the whole world.
