The Micromax Asia cup t20 Bangladesh 2016: media advisory on the match day protocol
MEDIA ENTRY
- Accredited Journalists are advised to enter through SBNCS North Plaza Gate (GATE 1)
- Gates will open two hours prior to the start of the match
- Journalists are strongly advised to carry their ‘Working Pass’ along with the accreditation card
- Photojournalists will not require ‘Working Pass’
NON RIGHTS HOLDERS
- As part of Broadcaster Rights Protection no Non Rights Holding (NRH) TV camera is allowed inside the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium premises on match days
- Carrying NRH TV Camera is strictly prohibited inside the Stadium premises and the Media Block
- All the post-match media conferences will be distributed through a dropbox link and a dedicated ftp

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS INSIDE THE PRESS BOX
- The main press box at SBNCS is located on Level 3. A free-seating policy will be applicable
- Print Media organizations are to assigna maximum of TWO (02) reporters and ONE (01) photojournalist
- Websites/news agencies to assign a maximum of ONE (01) reporter and ONE (01) photojournalist
- Non Rights Holding TV/Radio stations to assign preferably ONE (01) reporter per match
- DUE TO SPACE LIMITATION NOT EVERYONE CAN BE ACCOMMODATED IN THE MAIN PRESS BOX AND THE OVERFLOW ON LEVEL 4 WILL BE USED. WE SEEK YOUR COOPERATION AND UNDERSTANDING IN THIS REGARD
TRANSPORT FOR THE MEDIA
- Drop off bus service for the media is available. The buses will take the following route – (Stoppages) SBNCS > KAZI PARA > FARM GATE > KARWAN BAZAR > PRESS CLUB > BANGABANDHU STADIUM
- The buses will leave the SBNCS approximately one (01) hour after the end of the post-match briefings

PARKING FOR THE MEDIA
- Please note that there are no provisions for parking inside the SBNCS premises. Media representatives arriving in motorbikes may park their vehicles at the designated parking area adjacent to Mirpur Bangla College on showing their tournament accreditation card.
