….اصغر علی مبارک…….. شہداء کا احترام پوری قوم پر لازم ہے، ہمارے شہداء کا ہم پر احسان ہے،”حدیث پاک ہے کہ جو اپنے محسنوں کا شکر گزار نہیں ہو سکتا وہ کبھی اللّٰہ کا بھی شکر گزار نہیں ہوسکتا،”
سانحہ 9 مئی پر قوم کو متحد کرنے پرشہداء کےورثا ملٹری ، سول قیادت , وفاقی وزارت اطلاعات کی پوری ٹیم کےمشکور ہیں, شہداء ہماری قوم کا قابل فخراثاثہ ہیں , شہداء کےورثا کےجذبات سے بھی بخوبی واقف ہیں” میں خود بھی شہید مظہر علی مبارک کا بھائی ہوں جو 2013 راولپنڈی میں ہونے والے دہشت گردانہ حملے میں اپنی جان سے ہاتھ دھو بیٹھے ” وزارت اطلاعات و نشریات نےسانحہ 9 مئی پر قوم کو متحد کرنے کے لیے تمام میڈیا ونگز کو مؤثر طریقے سے متحرک کیا
متحرک شخصیت وفاقی وزیر عطاء اللہ تارڑ کی قیادت میں وزارت اطلاعات کی ٹیم میں سیکرٹری شاہرہ شاہد پرنسپل آفیسر مبشر حسن میڈیا کوآرڈینیٹر بدر شہباز نےکامیاب تقریب ”بے حرمتی انکی گوارا نہیں” ”ہونے دینا اب دوبارہ نہیں ”کے انعقاد کے لیے اہم کردار ادا کیا ۔ یاد رہے کہ وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات و نشریات عطا تارڑ نے کہا ہے کہ 9 مئی کے واقعات ایک منظم منصوبہ بندی کے تحت کئے گئے، یہ سازش اس ملک کے خلاف سازش تھی۔ ناقابل تردید ثبوت موجود ہیں ، چہروں کو بے نقاب کریں گے۔9مئی کا واقعہ افسوسناک ترین واقعہ تھا، ہم نے سیاسی معاملات میں کبھی ملکی سالمیت پرآنچ آنے نہیں دی۔وفاقی وزیر نے کہا کہ شہیدتو وہ ہوتا ہے جو جان قربان کردیتا ہے،جان سے کوئی چیز عزیز نہیں،لیکن جس سیاسی مقاصد کے تحت آپ نے شہد ا کی یادگاروں کو اینٹیں ماریں،اس سے تو یہی نظرآرہا تھا کہ آپ کا مقصداختلاف نہیں بلکہ ملک میں تباہی وبربادی پھیلانا تھا۔ سب کو پتا ہونا چاہیے کونسے چہرے تھے جنہوں نے ملک کیخلاف سازش کی ، آج ہم جس بھی عہدے پر ہیں، جو بھی مقام ملا وہ ہمیں پاکستان کی وجہ سے ہے۔ آج بھی خواتین بد زبانی کر رہی ہیں، گالیاں دے رہی ہیں، لیکن میں انہیں واضح کرنا چاہتا ہوں، پاکستان رہے گا، تاقیامت رہے گا،یہ ملک بڑی قربانیوں کے بعد حاصل کیا گیا تھا، اس کیلئے لاکھوں افرادشہید ہوئے تھے۔عطا تارڑ کا کہنا تھا اس وقت جو کشمیر کا حال ہے کیاآپ اس سے ناواقف ہیں؟ میں اپنی جوڈیشری سے سوال کرنا چاہتا ہوں کہ جنہوں نے ملک کا یہ حال کیا ہے انہیں ابھی تک سزا کیوں نہیں مل سکی، امریکا میں جو لوگ کپٹل ہل پر حملہ آور ہوئے تھے وہ سب اپنے منطقی انجام تک پہنچ گئے۔
ہمیں نوجوان نسل کو بتانا ہے کہ ہمارا سب کچھ اس ملک کی بقا سے ہے، انتشار،فتنہ اور فساد کو ہم نے مسترد کرنا ہے۔یاد رہے کہ پاکستانی اداروں کے خلاف منفی پروپیگنڈے کا مقابلہ کرنے کے لیے پی آئی ڈی کے پرنسپل انفارمیشن آفیسرمبشر حسن متحرک ہیں,
مبشر حسن انفارمیشن گروپ کے ایک سینئر افسر ہیں جو مختلف اہم عہدوں پر فائز رہے ہیں اور حال ہی میں نیشنل ڈیفنس یونیورسٹی اسلام آباد سے نیشنل سیکیورٹی اینڈ وار کورس کامیابی سے مکمل کیا , سانحہ 9 مئی کےحوالے سے تقریب کی اچھی بات یہ رہی کہ وزیراعظم شہباز شریف ،نائب وزیراعظم اسحاق ڈار سمیت حکومتی مشینری موجود تھی،وزارت اطلاعات کے زیر اہتمام شہداء اور ان کے خاندانوں سے اظہار یکجہتی کی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے شہید میجر منیب افضل کے والد نے کہا کہ جو لوگ ملک و قوم کے تحفظ میں جان قربان کر جائیں انہیں مردہ نہیں کہتے، شہدا میں ملک و قوم کے دفاع کا جذبہ بےانتہا پایا جاتا ہے۔ والد شہید میجرمنیب افضل نے کہا کہ جس راہ میں ہمارے بیٹے شہید ہوئے ہیں اس پر ہمیں فخر ہے، ہمارے شہدا نے ہمارا سر فخر سے بلند کر رکھا ہے، پاک فوج شہدا کے ورثا کا بہت زیادہ خیال رکھتی ہے۔میجر اکبر اعوان شہید کی اہلیہ نے کہا کہ میجر اکبر اعوان شہید نے اپنے خون کا آخری قطرہ بھی اس وطن اور قوم پر نچھاور کر دیا، شہیدوں کو مردہ مت کہیں، اب وقت ہے ہم سب مل کر پاکستان کو سنواریں۔ اہلیہ شہید میجر اکبر اعوان نے کہا کہ پاکستان کو اس مقام تک لے جائیں کہ شہدا کے خاندان فخر کریں، انہوں نے کہا کہ پاک فوج نے ہمیں ایک لمحہ بھی تنہا نہیں چھوڑا۔شہید کیپٹن کاشف کی والدہ نے تقریب سے اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ میرے بیٹے نے ملک کے لیے جان قربان کی، بیٹے کی شہادت میرے لیے باعث فخر ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ 9 مئی کو جو کچھ ہوا ہمارا دل دکھی ہے، شرپسند عناصر نے شہدا کی یادگاروں کی بےحرمتی کی، جو قومیں شہدا کا احترام نہیں کرتیں برباد ہو جاتی ہیں۔ والدہ شہید کیپٹن کاشف نے کہا کہ شہدا کی یادگاروں کو جلانے سے دل بہت دکھی ہے، شہدا کی یادگاروں کی بےحرمتی کوئی قوم برداشت نہیں کر سکتی، شہدا نے اس وطن اور قوم کے لیے جان قربان کی۔ شہداء کے لواحقین نے سانحہ 9 مئی کے ذمہ داران کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کا مطالبہ کیا ہے،
سانحہ 9 مئی کے حوالے سے شہداء کے لواحقین نے نم آنکھوں سے جذبات کا اظہار کیا، کیپٹن طہ ہاشمی شہید کی والدہ نے کہا کہ مجھے اس بات کا فخر ہے کہ اللہ نے میرے بیٹے کو شہادت کے لیے چنا، ہمارے شہداء کی املاک کو نقصان پہنچایا گیا، کیا ان شہداء کی قربانیاں رائیگاں چلی گئیں؟ طہ ہاشمی شہید کی بہن نے کہا کہ جو قومیں اپنے شہداء کی قدر نہیں کرتی وہ مٹ جاتی ہیں،9 مئی کو شہداء کی یادگاروں کی بے حرمتی کی گئی جو ناقابل برداشت تھا، شہداء کے لواحقین کے لیے ان کے پیاروں کی یادگاروں کی بے حرمتی دیکھنا نہایت تکلیف دہ تھا، میں حکومت سے اپیل کرتی ہوں کہ 9 مئی کے ذمہ داران کے خلاف سخت کاروائی کی جائے۔
طہ ہاشمی شہید کی بہن نے کہا کہ 9 مئی کو ہونے والا سانحہ انتہائی قابل مذمت ہے، میں نہیں سمجھتی کہ اس واقعے کی ذمہ داران مسلمان یا پاکستانی کہلانے کے لائق ہیں، یہ کیسے لوگ ہیں جو اپنے شہداء کی بے قدری کرتے ہیں۔سانحہ 9 مئی پاکستان کی تاریخ کا سیاہ ترین دن ہے اس دن کے حوالے سے پریس انفارمیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ اسلام آباد کے زیراہتمام کنونشن سنٹر اسلام آباد کی مرکزی تقریب کا دعوت نامہ برادرم چوہدری مقبول کی تواسط سے ملا دعوت نامہ ازخود ایک شاہکار ہے جسے بطور سوئینر آئندہ نسلوں کے لئے محفوظ کرلینا چاہئے اور اسے نصاب تعلیم کا اہم باب بنانا نہایت ضروری ہے ورنہ غلط بیانی سے کام لے کر آئندہ نسلوں کو گمراہ کیا جا سکتا ہے جس طرح مشرقی پاکستان کے بارے دشمن قوتوں کے بیانیے کا پرچار کرکے تاحال قوم کو گمراہ اور فوج کو بدنام کرنے کی سازشیں جاری ہیں, رہی سہی کسر ہمارے ڈیزل پر چلنے والے مذہبی و سیاسی نام نہاد سیاست دانوں نے پوری کر دی ہےاور گزشتہ روز ایک جلسی کے نام پاک فوج کے بارے زبان درازی کی جودہشت گردوں کی دراندرازی کی طرح خطرناک اور قابل سزا جرم ہے جرم تو 9 مئی کے کرداروں کا بھی بہت سنگین ھے جس سزا دینا ضروری ہے وزارت اطلاعات کے زیر اہتمام شہداء اور ان کے خاندانوں سے اظہار یکجہتی کی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا۔وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ شہداء کے ورثا کے درمیان ہونا فخر کی بات ہے، شہداء نے دلیری اور جرأت کے ساتھ وطن عزیز کی حفاظت اور قوم کے بچوں کیلئے راتوں کو سرحدوں پر پہرے دیئے اور رات میں سونے والے لاکھوں بچوں کی حفاظت کیلئے اپنی جانیں قربان کیں، انہوں نے اپنے بچوں کو یتیم کرکے لاکھوں بچوں کو یتیم ہونے سے بچایا، آپ کی عظمت کو پوری قوم سلام پیش کرتی ہے، آپ کی جرأت و بہادری کو تاریخ ہمیشہ یاد رکھے گی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میجر منیب افضل شہید کے والد نے اپنے بیٹے، مسز کرنل عابد شہید نے کوئٹہ میں اپنے خاوند کی شہادت، مسز میجر اکبر اعوان اور دیگر شہداء کے ورثا نے ان کی جرأت و کردار کی تاریخ بیان کی کہ انہوں نے کس طرح دشمن کا مقابلہ کیا، انہیں جہنم رسید کیا، اﷲ تعالیٰ کو ان جوانوں کی شہادت منظور تھی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ شہداء پوری قوم کے ہیرو ہیں، انہوں نے اپنے خون سے ملک کی حفاظت کی، پوری قوم آج اپنے شہداء اور غازیوں کو ایسے الفاظ میں یاد کر رہی ہے جو سنہری حروف میں بھی لکھے جائیں تو ان کی داستان کی تاریخ بیان نہیں کر سکتے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان ان سپوتوں کی وجہ سے قائم ہے، پاکستان نے اپنا جو اقوام عالم میں لوہا منوایا ہے وہ انہی عظیم شہیدوں اور غازیوں کے مرہون منت ہے، چاہے سیالکوٹ میں ٹینکوں کی جنگ ہو یا دہشت گردوں کا دیوانہ وار تعاقب ہو یا ان کو جہنم رسید کرنے کیلئے جانا ہو یا سیلاب کے دوران کسی کی جان بچانا ہو تو یہی جوان آگے نظر آتے ہیں، پاکستان میں جنگ، امن، طوفان، سیلاب یا کوئی مشکل ہو تو یہی شہید اور غازی ملک کی حفاظت کیلئے سب سے آگے نظر آتے ہیں، یہ بہادری اور جرأت کی داستانیں ہیں۔ شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ بیہودہ ہتھکنڈوں کے ذریعے سر نگوں کرنے کی کوشش کی جائے، شہداء کے ورثا کے دلوں کو تکلیف پہنچانے کی مذموم کوشش کی جائے، شہیدوں کی قبروں کی بے حرمتی کی جائے اور وہ ادارے جو پاکستان کی سلامتی کی علامت ہیں ان کی تذلیل کی جائے 25 کروڑ عوام ایسی حرکتیں برداشت نہیں کر سکتے۔ 9 مئی 2023ء کو ریاست کے خلاف بغاوت کی گئی، ملک میں تقسیم در تقسیم کی گھٹیا حرکت کی گئی، افواج پاکستان کو تقسیم کرنے کی مذموم حرکت کی گئی، بغاوت کا ماحول پیدا کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی، منظم منصوبہ سازی کی گئی، ذمہ داروں کو ہر صورت کٹہرے میں لایا جائے گا اور ان کو قانون کے مطابق سزا ملے گی تاکہ رہتی دنیا تک کوئی ایسا سوچنے کی جرأت نہ کر سکے۔ شہداء کے ورثا اطمینان رکھیں سانحہ 9 مئی میں ملوث کرداروں کے خلاف قانون کے مطابق فیصلے ہوں گے، دوست بن کر ملک دشمنی کرنے والے بچ نہیں سکیں گے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عظیم شہداء کو سلام پیش کرتا ہوں، وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ 9 مئی کے دن ہمارے شہداء کے اہلخانہ کے دل پر قیامت گزری، ہم آپ کے غم میں برابر کے شریک ہیں اور آج یہ عہد کرتے ہیں کہ جس طرح 9 مئی کو آپ کے دلوں کو ٹھیس پہنچی ایسا دوبارہ نہیں ہونے دیں گے، یہ دن ملکی تاریخ میں کبھی نہیں آئے گا، 9 مئی کو ہر محب وطن کی آنکھ اشکبار تھی، دوست نما دشمن کا دل سرشار تھا، حملہ آوروں اور ان کے سرپرستوں نے آج تک ریاست، قوم حتیٰ کہ شہداء کے اہلخانہ تک سے معافی نہیں مانگی، یہ ثبوت اور گواہی ہے کہ یہ سیاسی عمل نہیں بلکہ بغاوت کا منظم منصوبہ تھا، وعدہ کرتا ہوں کہ افواج پاکستان شہداء کے ورثا کی خوشحالی، بچوں کے علاج اور تعلیم کیلئے شاندار اقدامات میں حکومت ہر طرح سے شریک ہوں گی، قانون اور انصاف اپنا راستہ اپنائے گا۔
شہداء کے ورثا کی عظیم قربانیوں کو ستائش کرنے کیلئے الفاظ کم ہیں، تمام شرکاء کھڑے ہو کر ان کیلئے تالیاں بجائیں جس پر شرکاء نے کھڑے ہو کر شہداء اور ان کے ورثا کیلئے تالیاں بجائیں۔ تقریب کے دوران اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے شہداء کے ورثا نے 9 مئی کے ذمہ داروں کو قانون کے کٹہرے میں لانے کا مطالبہ کیا۔ تقریب میں وفاقی وزراء، اعلیٰ فوجی حکام، ریٹائرڈ سول و فوجی افسران اور شہداء کے اہلخانہ نے بڑی تعداد میں شرکت کی۔ اس موقع پر شہداء کو خراج عقیدت پیش کرنے کیلئے ایک نغمہ بھی جاری کیا گیا۔ تقریب کے شرکاء شہداء کے ورثا کی بات چیت سن کر آبدیدہ ہو گئے۔ ایک سال گزرجانےکےباوجودبھی شہدا کے لواحقین کے دلوں پر لگے زخم آج بھی تازہ ہیں۔ سانحہ 9 مئی کو یاد کرتے ہوئے شہدا کے لواحقین نے نم آنکھوں کےساتھ اپنے جذبات کا اظہار کیا۔ والد، دفیدار محمد حسن خان شہید نے کہا کہ ’’9مئی کاواقعہ انتہائی غلط اوربےرحمانہ تھاجس میں ہماری فوج سےدشمنی کی گئی، تمام ذمہ داران کو سرعام پھانسی دی جانی چاہیے۔‘‘ شہید کے والد کا کہنا تھا کہ ’’میں شہدااور ان کے لواحقین کو خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں، ’مجھے شہداکے لواحقین کے ساتھ بہت ہمدردی ہے، جو قومیں اپنے شہداکو بھول جاتی ہیں وہ کبھی ترقی نہیں کر سکتیں۔‘‘ بیوہ حوالدار محمد اعظم شہید نے کہا کہ ’’9 مئی کے واقعے سے ہم سب بہت دکھی ہیں، شہدا کی تصاویر کی بے حرمتی کرنے والوں کو سخت سزا دی جائے، ہمیں کبھی اپنے شہداء کو فراموش نہیں کرنا چاہیے۔‘‘ شہید کی بیٹی کا کہنا تھا کہ ’’شہداکی یادگاروں کو نذرِ آتش کرنے والوں کو کڑی سزا ملنی چاہیئے، ’بحیثیت شہید کی بیٹی مجھے شہداء کی یادگاروں کی بے حرمتی کا شدید دکھ ہے، ہمارا فرض ہے کہ ہم شہداء کی قربانیوں کو یاد رکھیںآئی جی اسلام آباد علی ناصر رضوی نے تقریب سے خطاب میں کہا کہ شہدا اور ان کے لواحقین کو سلام پیش کرتا ہوں، قوم ہمارے ساتھ ہے اور ہم قوم کے ساتھ ہیں، وردی پہننے والے جان قربان کرنے کی قسم اٹھا کر آتے ہیں۔ علی ناصر رضوی نے کہا کہ 9 مئی کا دن کبھی نہیں بھول سکتا، 9 مئی کو شرپسندوں نے ایک افسر کی آنکھ لے لی، ایک آنکھ لینے سے شرپسند پولیس کا جذبہ ختم نہیں کر سکیں گے۔آئی جی اسلام آباد نے کہا کہ 9 مئی میں ملوث شرپسندوں کے سر نیچے ہیں اور ہمارے فخر سے بلند ہیں، ہم شرپسند عناصر کے آگے کسی صورت نہیں جھکیں گے، شرپسندوں کی طرف سے دیئے گئے زخم ہم کبھی نہیں بھولیں گے۔تقریب سے اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے شہید میجر منیب افضل کے والد نے کہا کہ جو لوگ ملک و قوم کے تحفظ میں جان قربان کر جائیں انہیں مردہ نہیں کہتے، شہدا میں ملک و قوم کے دفاع کا جذبہ بےانتہا پایا جاتا ہے۔وزیراعظم اور مسلح افواج کے چیئرمین جوائنٹ چیفس آف سٹاف کمیٹی اور سروسز چیفس 9 مئی کو ہونے والی مجرمانہ کارروائیوں کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت قوم کے جذبات کی ترجمانیہے،فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ کا کہنا ہے کہ آج کے دن پاکستان کی مسلح افواج پاکستان کی خودمختاری اور علاقائی سالمیت کا دفاع کرنے اور پاکستان کے اندرونی اور بیرونی دشمنوں کے مذموم عزائم کو ناکام بنانے کے اپنے عزم کی تجدید کرتی ہیں، ہمارے شہداء اور ان کے خاندان پاکستان کا فخر ہیں، پاکستان کی مسلح افواج اپنے وقار اور عزت کو ہر قیمت پر برقرار رکھنے کا عہد کرتی ہیں، پاکستان کی مسلح افواج کا پاکستانی عوام کے ساتھ بہت خاص رشتہ ہے، آئیے آج پاکستان کو کمزور کرنے کی سازشوں کی پرزور مذمت کرنے اور اپنے پیارے ملک کی خوشحالی اور استحکام کے لیے مل کر کام کریں۔پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ کی جانب سے جاری بیان کے مطابق جنرل عاصم منیر نے لاہور گیریژن کا دورہ کیا، اس موقع پر آرمی چیف نے یادگار شہدا پر حاضری دی اور پھول چڑھائے، سپہ سالار نے مادر وطن کے لیے جانیں قربان کرنے والے شہدا کو خراج عقیدت بھی پیش کیا۔ اس موقع پر آرمی چیف کو فارمیشن کی آپریشنل تیاریوں پر تفصیلی بریفنگ دی گئی، کور ہیڈ کوارٹرز میں گیریژن آفیسرز سے خطاب میں آرمی چیف نے واضح کیا کہ بلاشبہ 9 مئی پاکستان کی تاریخ کا سیاہ ترین دن رہے گا جب دانستہ طور پر شرپسندوں نے شہدا کی یادگاروں کی بے حرمتی کرتے ہوئے ریاست اور قومی اتحاد کی علامتوں پر حملہ کیا۔ ان پرتشدد اور مذموم کارروائیوں کی وجہ سے پاکستان کے دشمنوں کو ریاست اور قوم کا مذاق اڑانے کا موقع فراہم کیا گیا۔ آرمی چیف نے افسوس کا اظہار کیا کہ ’اب وہی سازشی عناصر، ڈھٹائی سے بیانیہ کو توڑ مروڑ کر ریاست کو اس مذموم کوشش میں ملوث کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق سپہ سالار نے کہا کہ جنہوں نے تاریخ کا یہ سیاہ باب رقم کیا، ایسی ذہنیت کے منصوبہ سازوں اور کرداروں کے ساتھ نہ کوئی سمجھوتہ ہوسکتا ہے اور نہ ہی ڈیل۔آرمی چیف نے کہا کہ وہ معصوم لوگ جو اِن مجرمانہ عناصر کے مذموم سیاسی مقاصد کو نہیں سمجھ سکے اِن کو منصوبہ سازوں نے اپنی خواہشات کا ایندھن بنایا۔آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق انہوں نے کہا کہ ’ان ورغلائے ہوئے لوگوں کو سپریم کورٹ کی ہدایات پر پہلے سے ہی شک کا فائدہ دیا جا چکا ہے، تاہم اس گھناؤنے منصوبے کے اصل رہنما جو کے اپنے آپ کو معصوم ظاہر کرتے ہیں، کو اب اپنے جرائم کا حساب دینا پڑے گا خصوصاً جب ان کے ملوث ہونے کے واضح ثبوت موجود ہیں۔آرمی چیف نے پاک فوج کے افسران اور جوانوں کو یقین دلایا کہ ’شہدا اور ان کے اہل خانہ یا ادارے کی بے حرمتی کرنے کی کسی کو اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی، 9 مئی کے منصوبہ سازوں، سہولت کاروں اور مجرموں کو ملکی قانون کے مطابق انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے گا۔
