ISLAMABAD: The envoys of six countries the Kyrgyz Republic , the State of Palestine, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Uzbekistan, Kenya and the Republic of Turkiye presented their diplomatic credentials to President Asif Ali Zardari during a ceremony held at Aiwan-e-Sadr.
The president received diplomatic credentials from the Ambassador-designate of Kyrgyz Republic, H.E. Mr.Avazbek Atakhanov, the Ambassador-designate of State of Palestine,H.E. Mr. Dr Zuhair Mohammad Hamdallah Zaid, Ambassador-designate of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea,H.E. Mr. Choe Chang Man, the Ambassador-designate of Uzbekistan, Alisher Tukhtaev, the High Commissioner-designate of Kenya,H.E. Mr. Lt Gen (Retd) Peter Mbogo Njiru and the Ambassador-designate of Turkiye,H.E. Mr. Irfan Neziroglu who also held separate meetings with the President.
President Zardari congratulated the envoys on their appointments. He welcomed them to Pakistan and underlined the importance of their role in enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation.
Welcoming the envoys, the president felicitated them on their appointment and expressed the hope that they would play their role in further improving mutually beneficial bilateral relations with Pakistan, in the areas of trade, economy and culture. Earlier, the envoys were presented with a guard of honor by a smartly turned-out contingent of Pakistan Armed Forces upon their arrival at Aiwan-e-Sadr.

اسلام آباد: ایوان صدر میں منعقدہ ایک تقریب کے دوران چھ ممالک کرغز جمہوریہ، ریاست فلسطین، عوامی جمہوریہ کوریا، ازبکستان، کینیا اور جمہوریہ ترکی کے سفیروں نے اپنی سفارتی اسناد صدر آصف علی زرداری کو پیش کیں۔
صدر پاکستان نے جمہوریہ کرغزستان کے نامزد سفیر مسٹر اوازبیک اتاخانوف، ریاست فلسطین کے نامزد سفیر ڈاکٹر زہیر محمد حمداللہ زید، عوامی جمہوریہ کوریا کے نامزد سفیر مسٹر چو چانگ مین، ازبکستان کے نامزد سفیر مسٹر علیشیر تختائیف، کینیا کے نامزد ہائی کمشنر لیفٹیننٹ جنرل (ریٹائرڈ) پیٹر مبوگو نجیرو اور ترکی کے نامزد سفیر مسٹر عرفان نیزیروگلو سےسفارتی اسناد موصول کیں۔ سفیروں نے صدر کے ساتھ الگ الگ ملاقاتیں بھی کیں۔
صدر زرداری نے سفیروں کو ان کی تقرری پر مبارکباد دی۔ انہوں نے ان کا پاکستان میں خیرمقدم کیا اور باہمی فائدہ مند تعاون کو بڑھانے میں ان کے کردار کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔
صدر مملکت نے سفیروں کا خیرمقدم کرتے ہوئے انہیں ان کی تقرری پر مبارکباد پیش کی اور اس امید کا اظہار کیا کہ وہ پاکستان کے ساتھ تجارت، معیشت اور ثقافت کے شعبوں میں باہمی طور پر مفید دو طرفہ تعلقات کو مزید بہتر بنانے میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں گے۔ ایوان صدر پہنچنے پر پاکستان کی مسلح افواج کے چاق و چوبند دستے کی جانب سے انہیں گارڈ آف آنر پیش کیا۔
