Dunya TV , Hum News wins Matches Inter Media RISJA Cup Cricket Tournament
ISLAMABAD: Dunya Tv and HumNews won there matches on 2nd day of 1st RISJA Inter media independence Cup tournament played at National Cricket Ground Islamabad. In the first match on 2nd day of inter media tournament the Dunya TV defeated Express News by 4 wickets Express battting first was bowled out for 80 runs in 13.3 overs. For exprees team Saqib Bashir scored 20 runs with the help of two fours while Saqib Wirk scored 13 , Mahmood 4 and Naseer scored 3. were main scorer , for victorious team Sardar Imran and Mansoor took one wicket each. In reply the DunyaTv team achieved the target. Amir Abbasi 42 remain top scorer for wining team -run innings. The other main scorer Umar Butt 14 runs and Naseer scored 5 runs with the help of one four. Umar Khan got three wickets while Raji Imran, Rizwan and Bilal Zeb got one wicket each. Aamir Abbasi was declared Man of the Match . In the second match, Hum News defeated RISJA XI by 5 wickets in a close contest . RISJA XI scored 106 runs in the allotted 15 overs while batting first. Afzal Javed scored a brilliant 72 runs inning for Risja. This Afzal second fifty in this mega event. Hum News achieved the target in last over on losing 4 wickets .For Hum team Sameer Butt’s scored brilliant fifty and declared man of the match. . Sameer Butt was awarded Man of the Match.
