نیشنل پریس کلب (این پی سی) اسلام آباد کے سالانہ انتخابات آج 12 مارچ 2026 کو منعقد ہونے جا رہے ہیں۔ نیشنل پریس کلب انتخاب کے حوالے سے الیکشن کمیٹی نےفیصلہ کیا ہے۔کہ ووٹ ڈالنے کیلئے دفتر کارڈ، پریس کلب کارڈ یا قومی شناختی کارڈ دیکھانا لازمی ہو گا۔ تمام ممبران سے گزارش ہے کہ پریس کلب آتے ہوے کارڈ ضرور ہمراہ لائیں۔اس دوران سپورٹس جرنلسٹ کی قدیم ترین باڈی راولپنڈی-اسلام آباد سپورٹس جرنلسٹ ایسوسی ایشن (رسجا) نے این پی سی کے الیکشن میں جرنلسٹس پینل کی مکمل حمایت کا اعلان کیا ہےراولپنڈی اسلام آباد اسپورٹس جرنلسٹس ایسوسی ایشن (رسجا – RISJA) راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد کے کھیلوں کے صحافیوں کی ایک متحرک نمائندہ تنظیم ہے۔ یہ ایسوسی ایشن سپورٹس صحافیوں کے حقوق، پیشہ ورانہ تربیت کے لیے کام کرتی ہے۔ابوبکر بن طلعت صدررسجا ، سید ارسلان شیرازی جنرل سیکرٹری اور ناصر عباس نقوی سیکرٹری فنانس ہیں , جرنلسٹ پینل کی صحافتی برادری میں اس کی سالمیت، اتحاد اور پیشہ ورانہ اقدار سے وابستگی کے لیے بڑے پیمانے پر احترام کیا جاتا ہے۔جرنلسٹ پینل ہمیشہ ملک بھر کے صحافیوں کے حقوق، وقار اور فلاح و بہبود کے لیے ثابت قدم رہا ہے۔

جرنلسٹ پینل کی نیئر علی (امیدوار برائے صدر)، خالد محمود (امیدوار سیکریٹری) اور عابد عباسی (امیدوار سیکریٹری فنانس) ہیں۔ مارچ 2025 میں ہونے والے این پی سی کے انتخابات میں جرنلسٹ پینل نے تمام نشستوں پر مسلسل 20ویں سال کلین سویپ کیا۔ اظہر جتوئی دوبارہ صدر اور نیئر علی سیکرٹری منتخب ہوئے تھے
این پی سی الیکشن2026 کے لیے نیئر علی صدر جبکہ خالد محمود سیکریٹری کے لیے انتخاب لڑ رہے ہیں۔ ڈیموکریٹس پینل نے بالترتیب صدر اور سیکریٹری کے لیے عبدالرزاق سیال اور ڈاکٹر فرقان راؤ کو میدان میں اتارا ہے۔
The annual elections of National Press Club (NPC) Islamabad are going to be held today, March 12, 2026.Regarding the National Press Club election, the Election Committee has decided that it will be mandatory to show an office card, press club card or national identity card to vote. All members are requested to bring their cards with them when coming to the Press Club. Meanwhile, the oldest body of sports journalists, Rawalpindi-Islamabad Sports Journalists Association (RISJA), has announced full support for the journalists’ panel in the NPC elections. Rawalpindi-Islamabad Sports Journalists Association (RISJA) is a dynamic representative organization of sports journalists of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. This association works for the rights and professional training of sports journalists. Abubakar Bin Talat is the President, Syed Arsalan Shirazi is the General Secretary and Nasir Abbas Naqvi is the Secretary Finance. The Journalists Panel is widely respected in the journalism community for its integrity, unity and commitment to professional values. The Journalists Panel has always been a staunch advocate for the rights, dignity and welfare of journalists across the country.
The Journalists Panel is led by veteran journalist and PFUJ leader Afzal Butt. Under Afzal Butt’s visionary leadership, remarkable efforts have been made to strengthen the solidarity of journalists and ensure welfare initiatives for media workers. His dedication, courage and continuous struggle for freedom of the press and the rights of journalists have earned him great appreciation among his colleagues.
In Pakistan, the Journalists Panel is a prominent and long-standing professional group that regularly competes and holds leadership positions, especially at the National Press Club (NPC) in Islamabad.
Like RISJA, the journalist community of Islamabad and Rawalpindi and various media groups, Chairman National Journalist Panel Rana Imran Sher Sahafat Rana Imran has announced support for the Journalist Panel of Quaid Sahafat Afzal Butt.
The Journalist Panel consists of Nayyar Ali (candidate for President), Khalid Mahmood (candidate for Secretary) and Abid Abbasi (candidate for Finance Secretary). In the NPC elections held in March 2025, the Journalist Panel swept all the seats for the 20th consecutive year. Azhar Jatoi was re-elected as President and Nayyar Ali as Secretary.
For the NPC elections 2026, Nayyar Ali is contesting for President while Khalid Mahmood is contesting for Secretary. The Democrats Panel has fielded Abdul Razak Sial and Dr. Furqan Rao for President and Secretary respectively.
