پی ایس ایل 10: کراچی کنگز کی پشاور زلمی کو 23 رنز سے شکست …………….( اصغرعلی مبارک ,,,,) …………..ایچ بی ایل پاکستان سپر لیگ (پی ایس ایل) 10 کے27 ویں میچ میں کراچی کنگز نے پشاور زلمی کو 23 رنز سے ہرا کر پلے آف کے لیے کوالیفائی کرلیا۔ آرمی چیف جنرل سید عاصم منیر پی ایس ایل نے میچ دیکھنے راولپنڈی اسٹیڈیم کا دورہ کیاپہلی اننگز کے خاتمے کے بعد دوبارہ تقریب کا آغاز ہوا تو آرمی چیف بھی اسٹیڈیم میں موجود تھے۔ ان کے ساتھ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چوہدری اور چیئرمین پی سی بی محسن نقوی بھی موجود تھے۔میچ سے قبل قومی ترانہ پڑھا گیا اور اسٹیڈیم پاکستان زندہ باد کے نعروں سے گونج اٹھا، اسٹیڈیم میں قومی پرچموں کی بہار آگئی، اس موقع پر آتش بازی کا مظاہرہ بھی کیا گیا۔
میچ سےقبل کھلاڑیوں اور آفیشلز نے مسلح افواج سے بھرپوریکجہتی کا اظہار کیا اور پاکستان کی بہادر مسلح افواج کو زبردست خراج تحسین پیش کیا گیا۔ میچ کے آغاز سےقبل شہدائے وطن کی عظیم قربانیوں کو خراج عقیدت بھی پیش کیا گیا اور شہدا کے لیے ایک منٹ کی خاموشی اختیار کی گئی۔ تقریب کے میزبان حمزہ عباسی نے اعلان کیا کہ پاکستان سپر لیگ کے تین دن آرمی، نیوی اور ائیر فورس کے نام کردیےگئے ہیں۔پہلا دن آرمی، دوسرا دن نیوی اور تیسرا دن ائیر فورس کے نام کردیا گیاھے ۔
راولپنڈی میں کھیلے گئے میچ میں پشاور زلمی نے کراچی کنگز کےخلاف ٹاس جیت کر فیلڈنگ کا فیصلہ کیا۔ کراچی کنگز نے پہلے کھیلتے ہوئے مقررہ 20 اوورز میں 4 وکٹ کے نقصان پر 237 رنز بنائے۔ کراچی کنگز کےکپتان ڈیوڈ وارنر نے 86 اور جیمز ونس نے 72 رنز بنائے۔ خوشدل شاہ 43 اور محمد نبی 26 رنز بناکر ناٹ آؤٹ رہے۔ پشاور زلمی کی جانب سے لیوک ووڈ نے 2 کھلاڑیوں کو آؤٹ کیا، علی رضا اور عارف یعقوب نے ایک ایک وکٹ لی۔ 238 رنز کے ہدف کے جواب میں پشاور زلمی کی ٹیم 5 وکٹ پر 214 رنز بناسکی۔ پشاور زلمی کی جانب سے بابراعظم 94 اور صائم ایوب47 رنز بنا کر نمایاں رہے۔ کراچی کنگز نے فتح کے بعد پلے آف کے لیے کوالیفائی کرلیا ہے جب کہ کوئٹہ گلیڈی ایٹرز پہلے ہی پلے آف کے لیےکوالیفائی کرچکی ہے۔ اسلام آباد یونائیٹڈ کے 9 میچوں کے بعد 10 پوائنٹ ہیں جب کہ لاہور قلندرز کے 9 میچوں کے بعد 9 پوائنٹ ہیں اور ملتان سلطانز ایونٹ سے باہر ہوچکی ہے خیال رہے کہ پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ نے پاک بھارت کشیدگی کے باعث پی ایس ایل غیر معینہ مدت کیلئے ملتوی کردیا تھا اور پی سی بی نے تمام غیر ملکی کھلاڑیوں کو بحفاظت پاکستان سے رخصت کیا تھا۔بعد ازاں، پی سی بی نے بقیہ میچز کا شیڈول جاری کیا جس کے تحت راولپنڈی کرکٹ اسٹیڈیم میں لیگ کے آخری 4 میچز کھیلے جائیں گے جب کہ قذافی اسٹیڈیم لاہور پلے آف مرحلے کی میزبانی کرے گا جس میں فائنل بھی شامل ہے۔

Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir visited the Rawalpindi Stadium to watch the PSL match. After the end of the first innings, the ceremony resumed and the Army Chief was also present in the stadium.
