ڈیفنس فورسز کی تعیناتی پر سب کو مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں ،چیف آف ڈیفنس فورسز ہیڈ کوارٹر جنگی معاملات سے آگاہی فراہم کرےگا۔ ہمیں قومی سلامتی کو درپیش چیلنجز پر بات کرنی ہے، چند عناصر کی ذات اور خواہشات ریاست سے بڑھ کر ہیں، بیانیہ بنایا جارہا ہے جو ملکی سلامتی کیلئے خطرہ بن چکا، اس منفی بیانیے کا خاتمہ وقت کی ضرورت ہے ہم کئی بار واضح کرچکے کہ مسلح افواج پاکستان کی محافظ ہیں، وردی ہمارا فخر اور غرور ہے، ہم پاکستان کی سالمیت کیلئے دن رات کوشاں ہیں، ہم کسی کے ایجنڈے پر نہیں ملک کی حفاظت کیلئے کام کررہے ہیں۔انہوں نے کہا کہ ایک شخص کی ذات اور خواہشات ریاست پاکستان سے بڑھ کر ہیں، مسلح افواج عوام اور ہندوتوا سوچ کے درمیان ڈھال کا کردار ادا کررہی ہیں، اس شخص کی سیاست ختم ہوچکی، اپنی سیاست خود کریں اور فوج کو سیاست سے دور رکھیں۔ مسلح افواج کی قیادت کو نشانہ بنانے والے قوم کے خیرخواہ نہیں، اپنی سیاست کو افواج پاکستان سے دور رکھا جائے، افواج پاکستان اور عوام میں دراڑ ڈالنے کی اجازت نہیں دیں گے۔ آئین میں آزادی اظہار رائے کی اجازت ہے، مگر قومی سلامتی پر اظہار رائے کی آئین اجازت نہیں دیتا، پاک فوج کی قیادت کے خلاف کسی بیانیے کی اجازت نہیں دینگے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ایک شخص نے پاکستان کی ترسیلات زر بند کرنے کا کہا، ایک شخص نے عوام کو بجلی کے بل جمع نہ کرانے کی ترغیب دی، ہم نے اپنے سے 8گنا بڑی فوج کے سامنے کھڑے ہوکر دکھایا، کوئی چاہتا ہے کہ فوج دہشت گردوں کے خلاف قوم کی ڈھال نہ بنے۔ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر کا کہنا تھا کہ یہ لوگ بیانیے کو پوری طرح پھیلاتے ہیں، افغانستان اور بھارت کا سوشل میڈیا ان کے بیانیے کوبڑھاوا دیتا ہے، سوشل میڈیا پر مسلح افواج کی ہرزہ سرائی کی جاتی ہے، بھارت اور افغانستان میں موجود ٹرولنگ اکاؤنٹ لمحوں میں بیانیہ وائرل کرتےہیں، بھارتی میڈیا مخصوص ٹولے کا سب سے بڑا سہولت کار ہے۔لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف نے کہا کہ بھارتی میڈیا پر نورین نیازی ملک اور قوم کے خلاف انٹرویو دیتی ہیں، سہیل آفریدی کی پریس کانفرنس بھی بھارتی میڈیا پر دکھائی جاتی ہے، بھارتی میڈیا مسلح افواج کے خلاف پی ٹی آئی کی زبان بنا ہوا ہے یہ افواج پاکستان کے خلاف بیانیے پر بہت زیادہ پیسے خرچ کررہے ہیں، خوارجین کا سہولت کار افغان میڈیا بھی ان کے بیانیے پر ٹرولنگ کررہا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ایک ذہنی مریض افواج پاکستان کے خلاف ہرزہ سرائی کررہا ہے، ذہنی مریض نے دو دن پہلے ٹوئٹ کیا، ذہنی مریض کا ٹوئٹ بھارتی اور افغان ٹرولرز نے لمحوں میں وائرل کیا،انہوں نے کہا کہ تم کون ہو جو غداری کے سرٹیفکیٹ بانٹ رہے ہو؟ تم سمجھتے کیا ہو اپنے آپ کو؟ 9مئی کو جی ایچ کیو پر حملے کرنے والے بھی یہی لوگ تھے، شہداءکی یادگاروں کی بےحرمتی کرنے والے بھی یہی لوگ تھے، پاک فضائیہ کے جیتے ہوئے اثاثوں کو بھی انہی شرپسندوں نے آگ لگائی۔
ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ یہ غدار شیخ مجیب الرحمٰن سے بھی متاثر ہے، اپنے آپ کو عقل کل سمجھنے والا دوسروں کو غدار کہتا پھر رہا ہے، اقتدار ملنے پر خوش اور نکلنے پر آمریت کے الزامات لگاتا ہے۔ چیف آف ڈیفنس فورسز کے نوٹیفکیشن پر ہر 10منٹ بعد وی لاگ ہورہے تھے، یہ شخص صرف پاک فوج کے خلاف بیانیہ بناتا ہے، فوج کے خلاف مسلسل پروپیگنڈا کیا جا رہا ہے۔ پروپیگنڈا سیل مرضی سے کسی کا بھی نوٹیفکیشن بنالیتا ہے، بھارتی اینکرز شعبدہ بازوں کے بیانیے کو ہوا دیتے ہیں, اس جماعت کے پیروکار بھارتی میڈیا کو مسلسل منفی مواد فراہم کرتے ہیں، خوارجیوں سے بات کرنے کیلئے یہ بیانیہ بنارہے ہیں، افغانستان سے ریاست کی پالیسی پر یہ مسلسل ہرزہ سرائی کررہےہیں۔
ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ ’اپنے بیٹوں کو تو تم نے باہر رکھا ہوا ہے ذرا انہیں خوارج کے آگے تو کھڑا کرو‘ پاک فوج کے افسران کا تعلق ایلیٹ طبقے سے نہیں، خود آرمی چیف ایک اسکول ماسٹر کے بیٹے ہیں، ہم عوام میں سے آئے ہیں، ہمارے افسران میں کوئی کلرک کا بیٹا ہے کوئی کسی غریب آدمی کا بیٹا ہے۔ ہمارے افسران اور نوجوان دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں شہید ہو رہے ہیں، تم فوج پر تنقید کرتے ہو، ذرا دہشت گردوں کے آگے تو آؤ، اپنے بیٹوں کو تو تم نے باہر رکھا ہوا ہے ذرا کھڑا تو کرو انہیں خوارج کے آگے، بھیجو اپنی اولاد کو فوج میں، مسلح افواج کے خلاف نفرت کا بیج بویا جارہا ہے حالانکہ پاک فوج کا جوان اپنی جان ہتھیلی پر رکھ کر میدان جنگ میں جاتا ہے، خوارج کے سامنے کون کھڑا ہوتا ہے؟ کون اپنی جانیں دیتا ہے؟ ہم نے جانیں دینی اور لینی ہوتی ہیں۔ ایک سوال پر ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ گورنر راج کا فیصلہ حکومت کرے گی فوج کا اس سے کوئی لینا دینا نہیں۔
ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ دہشت گردی ایک دن میں ختم نہیں ہوسکتی اس کے لیے سیاسی مرضی درکار ہے، ہم نے یک زبان ہوکر بیانیہ بنایا آپ اس کے برعکس کام کررہے ہیں، آپ نے ہر چیز پر سیاست کو حاوی کردیا، یہ کہتے تھے فوج سیاست کررہی ہے لڑ نہیں سکتی مگر ہم نے لڑکر دکھایا، ہم نے اس ریاست کے تحفظ کی قسم کھائی ہے، نیشنل ایکشن پلان پر عمل درآمد ضروری ہے۔انہوں ںے کہا کہ اس ذہنی مریض نے دو دن پہلے ٹویٹ کیا، اس ذہنی مریض کے ٹویٹ کو افغان اور بھارتی میڈیا نے منٹوں میں وائرل کیا، یہ ذہنی مریض پاکستان کے خلاف ہرزہ سرائی کررہا ہے، ان کی پارٹی سے پوچھیں تو کہتے ہیں ہمیں نہیں پتا عمران خان کے ٹویٹ کہاں سے ہوتے ہیں؟ یہ ذہنی مریض کہتا ہے فوج کی اس قیادت کو ٹارگٹ کریں جس نے معرکہ حق میں پاکستان کو فتح دلائی، اصل بیانیہ یہی ذہنی مریض دیتا ہے اور یہ صرف پاک فوج کے خلاف بیانیہ بناتا ہے، ذہنی مریض کی منطق کے مطابق بھارت چھ اور سات مئی کو پاکستان کو فتح کرچکا تھا۔ ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ بیمار ذہنوں کے بارے میں قوم واضح طور پر جان چکی ہے، منفی بیانیہ ختم کرنے کی ضرورت ہے، یہ شخص بار بار شیخ مجیب الرحمان کی بات کرتا ہے، آپ کی سیاسی شعبدے بازی کا وقت ختم ہوگیا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ تاریخ میں پاک فوج نے کسی شخص کے بارے میں ایسی بات نہیں کی کیوں کہ ماضی میں کسی سیاست دان نے ایسا کام نہیں کیا، ان کی سیاست صرف پاک فوج کے گرد گھومتی ہے یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ عوام کو بے وقوف بنایا جاسکتا ہے مگر ایسا نہیں ہے، اب وقت ہے کہ ہمیں بتانا پڑے گا کہ یہ بیانیہ کون چلارہا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ایک شخص کی وجہ سے قومی سلامتی کو خطرات کا سامنا ہے، ایک شخص کی ذات اور خواہشات ریاست پاکستان سے بڑھ کر ہیں اور وہ اتنی زیادہ ہیں کہ وہ سمجھتا ہے کہ اگر میں نہیں تو کچھ نہیں، اس کا نظریہ پاکستان کی قومی سلامتی کے لیے خطرے کا باعث ہے، اس کی سیاست ختم ہوچکی اور اس کا بیانیہ ریاست کے لیے خطرے کا باعث ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم ملک کی کسی سیاسی جماعت، لسانیت، مذہب، فرقہ یا مکتبہ فکر کی نمائندگی نہیں کرتے، ہمارا تعلق کسی ایلیٹ طبقے سے نہیں ہم مڈل کلاس سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں، اگر کوئی اپنی ذات اور اپنی نامناسب سوچ کے لیے فوج اور اس کی لیڈر شپ پر حملے کرتا ہے تو یہ عمل درست نہیں، ہم تمام سیاسی جماعتوں کا احترام کرتے ہیں، آُپ کو جو سیاست کرنی ہے کریں فوج کو اس سے دور رکھیں، فوج اور عوام کے درمیان دراڑ ڈالنے کی کسی کو اجازت نہیں دی جاسکتی۔ یہ برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا کہ پاکستان کے عوام کو فوج کے خلاف بھڑکایا جائے، یہی فوج ہے جو ملک کی ڈھال ہے، فتنہ الخوارج فتنۃ الہندوستان، بھارت اور عوام کے درمیان یہی فوج کھڑی ہے، اس ایک شخص نے ریاست مخالف بیانات دیے، اس ایک شخص نے بجلی کے بل جمع نہ کرانے، ترسیلات زر پاکستان نہ لانے کی ترغیب دی، عوام کو فوج کے خلاف بھڑکایا۔ انہوں نے اس موقع پر کئی ویڈیوز پیش کیں جن میں بتایا گیا کہ تحریک انصاف کے سوشل میڈیا اکاؤنٹس افغانستان اور بھارت سے ہینڈل ہورہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے علیمہ خان کا ویڈیو بیان پیش کیا جس میں وہ بھارتی ٹی وی سے بات کررہی تھیں۔ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا بھارتی میڈیا کتنی خوشی سے پاکستان کے آرمی چیف کے خلاف بیانات چلاتا ہے اور اسے یہ بیانات کون فراہم کرتا ہے؟ یہی جماعت، یہی لوگ پاکستان کی فوج کے خلاف بات کرتے ہیں، اس جماعت کے سوشل میڈیا اکاؤنٹس دیکھیںِ، کہاں سے ٹویٹ ہوتی ہے اور کون اسے اٹھاتا ہے یہ سب اس ویڈیو میں دیکھیں۔ قومی سلامتی پر اظہار رائے اور فوج کے خلاف بیانات کی اجازت نہیں ہے بھارت کے ساتھ ساتھ افغان میڈیا بھی پاکستان کے پیچھے لگا ہوا ہے، آئین میں اظہار رائے کی آزادی کی اجازت ہے مگر قومی سلامتی پر اظہار رائے اور فوج کے خلاف بیانات کی اجازت نہیں ہے، یہ لوگ اپنے بیانیے کو پھیلاتے ہیں اور افغانستان اور بھارت کے لوگ اس بیانات کو بڑھاوا دیتے ہیں، بھارتی میڈیا پاکستانی فوج کے خلاف پی ٹی آئی کی زبان بنا ہوا ہے، خوارج کا سہولت کار افغان میڈیا بھی ان کے بیانات کو اچھالتا ہے۔ تم کیا سمجھتے ہو خود کو؟ تم کون ہو جو غداری کے سرٹیفکیٹ بانٹ رہے ہو لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چوہدری نے کہا کہ جو شخص فوج میں موجود لوگوں سے تعلق رکھے گا وہ غدار ہے، اگر میں علامہ اقبال یونیورسٹی کے طلبا سے ملا ہوں تو کیا وہ لوگ غدار ہیں؟ تم کیا سمجھتے ہو خود کو؟ تم کون ہو جو غداری کے سرٹیفکیٹ بانٹ رہے ہو، اس کی منطق یہ ہے کہ جو پاک فوج سے تعلق رکھے وہ غدار ہے جو آئی ایس پی آر جائے وہ غدار ہے۔ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے پی ٹی آئی کے چیئرمین عمران خان کو ذہنی مریض قرار دے دیا اور کہا کہ اس ذہنی مریض نے دو دن پہلے ٹویٹ کیا، اس ذہنی مریض کے ٹویٹ کو افغان اور بھارتی میڈیا نے منٹوں میں وائرل کیا، یہ ذہنی مریض پاکستان کے خلاف ہرزہ سرائی کررہا ہے، ان کی پارٹی سے پوچھیں تو کہتے ہیں ہمیں نہیں پتا عمران خان کے ٹویٹ کہاں سے ہوتے ہیں؟ یہ ذہنی مریض کہتا ہے فوج کی اس قیادت کو ٹارگٹ کریں جس نے معرکہ حق میں پاکستان کو فتح دلائی، اصل بیانیہ یہی ذہنی مریض دیتا ہے اور یہ صرف پاک فوج کے خلاف بیانیہ بناتا ہے، فوج کے خلاف مسلسل پروپیگنڈا کیا جارہا ہے، پروپیگنڈا سیل اپنی مرضی سے کسی کے بھی خلاف نوٹی فکیشن بنالیتا ہے، اس جماعت کے پیروکار بھارتی میڈیا کو مسلسل مواد فراہم کررہے ہیں، ذہنی مریض کی منطق کے مطابق بھارت چھ اور سات مئی کو پاکستان کو فتح کرچکا تھا، یہ تو پشاور میں خارجیوں کا آفس کھلوانا چاہتے تھے، یہ دہشت گردوں کو فوج کے خلاف راستے بتاتا ہے، اپنی ذات کے اس قیدی کا بیانیہ قومی سلامتی کے خلاف ہے، یہ آئی ایم ایف سے کہتا ہے پاکستان کو قرض نہ دیں، اب یہ بیانیہ نہیں چلے گا۔
ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ تمہاری جس صوبے میں حکومت ہے ذرا اس کے بارے میں تو بات کرو، کے پی میں دہشت گردی چل رہی ہے، یہ کہتے ہیں آپریشن نہیں کرو، یہ کہتا ہے کہ دہشت گردوں سے مذاکرات کرو، کیڈٹ کالج وانا پر حملے کرنے والوں سے ہم کیا بات کریں؟ یہ ایک ٹولہ ہمارے کے پی والے بھائیوں پر مسلط ہوگیا ہے، بیمار ذہنوں کے بارے میں قوم واضح طور پر جان چکی ہے، منفی بیانیہ ختم کرنے کی ضرورت ہے، یہ شخص بار بار شیخ مجیب الرحمان کی بات کرتا ہے، آپ کی سیاسی شعبدے بازی کا وقت ختم ہوگیا۔ انہوں ںے پاکستانی میڈیا پر تنقید کی کہ ریٹنگ کے لیے میڈیا نان ایشوز پر بات کرتا ہے انہیں چاہیے ایشوز پر بات کریں، ملک کو بچانے کا ہم نے ٹھیکہ نہیں لیا ہوا ہر شخص ملک بچانے کا ذمہ دار ہے اُس شخص کا باپ بھی پاک فوج اور عوام کے درمیان دراڑ نہیں ڈال سکتا، ریاست فوج نہیں ہوتی، ریاست حکومت ہوتی ہے اور فوج ریاست کا ایک ادارہ ہے، ہم کہیں نہیں جارہے، جب تک پاکستان ہے فوج رہے گی۔ ہ دہشت گردی ایک دن میں ختم نہیں ہوسکتی اس کے لیے سیاسی مرضی درکار ہے، ہم نے یک زبان ہوکر بیانیہ بنایا آپ اس کے برعکس کام کررہے ہیں، آپ نے ہر چیز پر سیاست کو حاوی کردیا، یہ کہتے تھے فوج سیاست کررہی ہے لڑ نہیں سکتی مگر ہم نے لڑکر دکھایا، ہم نے اس ریاست کے تحفظ کی قسم کھائی ہے، نیشنل ایکشن پلان پر عمل درآمد ضروری ہے۔ان کی سیاست صرف پاک فوج کے گرد گھومتی ہے یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ عوام کو بے وقوف بنایا جاسکتا ہے مگر ایسا نہیں ہے، اب وقت ہے کہ ہمیں بتانا پڑے گا کہ یہ بیانیہ کون چلارہا ہے۔ ملک میں اس وقت سب سے زیادہ دہشت گردی خیبرپختونخوا میں ہورہی ہے، مجھے بتادیں گزشتہ پانچ برس میں کے پی میں کس دہشت گرد کو پھانسی پر لٹکایا گیا؟
ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ انہوں نے عوام کو بتایا تھا کہ ملک ڈیفالٹ کرجائے گا، کرگیا؟ یہ بھی بتایا تھا کہ فوج لڑ نہیں سکتی صرف سیاست کرتی ہے، تو فوج لڑی یا نہیں لڑی اور لڑ کر دکھایا، پوری دنیا میں اُس کی آواز گئی یا نہیں گئی؟ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ ایسی باتیں جو کرتے ہیں ان کے بارے میں بس اتنا کہوں گا کتا جب بھونک رہا ہوتا ہے تو زیادہ پریشان ہونے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ سی ڈی ایف کی نوٹیفکیشن پر پروپیگنڈا کیا گیا، سی ڈی ایف کے نوٹیفکیشن پر جھوٹ کا ایک سیلاب تھا، کیا یہ آزادی اظہار رائے ہے؟ یہ کونسی سیاست ہے، پلیز گِرو اپ۔
ان کا مزید کہنا ہے کہ فوج کی ایک ایک خبر کو لے کر پروپیگنڈا کیا گیا، پتہ نہیں کہاں سے ان کے ذہنوں میں خیالات آتے ہیں۔ تین دن پہلے انہوں نے پھر اپنا بیانیہ دہرایا کہ خارجیوں سے بات کریں، 3 دن قبل بیانیہ دیا گیا انٹیلی جنس بیسڈ آپریشن نہ کریں۔ ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ ذہنی مریض کی منطق کے مطابق جب بھارت نے حملہ کیا، یہ ہوتا تو کشکول لے کر چل پڑتا کہ آؤ بات کرتے ہیں، یہ تو کہتا تھا کہ خارجیوں کا پشاور میں دفتر کھول دیں۔ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ یہ پاگل لوگوں کو ابھارتا ہے کہ ہنگامے کرو، اس بات چیت کا بخار تو ان کو پہلے سے تھا، یہ لوگوں کو آپریشن کے خلاف کھڑے ہونے کے لیے اکساتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمیں روز روشن کی طرح عیاں ہے کہ کیا ہورہا ہے، کیوں ہورہا ہے اور کون کرا رہا ہے، جھوٹ اور فریب کا یہ کاروبار نہیں چلے گا، اس کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ ہم نے اس ریاست کے تحفظ کی قسم کھائی ہے، اگر کوئی سمجھتا ہے اسکی ذات ملک ریاست سے بڑی ہے تو وہ غلط سمجھتا ہے، ہم حق پر ہیں اور حق پر ہی رہیں گے۔ کوئی آرمڈ فورسز یا اسکی لیڈرشپ پر حملہ کرتا ہے تو ہم یہ برداشت نہیں کریں گے۔ ان کا کہنا ہے کہ اس فوج کے بارے میں کسی کی تعمیری رائے یا آبزرویشن ہوسکتی ہے، فوج کے خلاف عوام کو بھڑکانے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی۔ فوج میں سب مڈل کلاس اور لوئر مڈل کلاس سے آتے ہیں، یہ اپنی سیاست سے ہم میں اور عوام میں فرق نہیں ڈال سکتے ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ چیف آف ڈیفنس فورس کی تعیناتی پر سب کو مبارک باد پیش کرتا ہوں۔ چیف آف ڈیفنس فورسز ہیڈکوارٹرز کی بہت عرصے سے ضرورت تھی۔ چیف آف ڈیفنس ہیڈکوارٹر جنگی معاملات کے بارے میں مکمل آگاہی فراہم کرے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ 3 دسمبر تک 18 لاکھ غیر قانونی مقیم افغان مہاجرین کو واپس بھیجا جا چکا ہے، خیبر پختونخوا کی پولیس قربانیاں دے رہی ہے، کیا آپ اسے مضبوط کر رہے ہیں؟، یہ کہہ رہے ہیں کہ آپریشن نہیں کرنے چاہییں، کیا آپ خیبر پختونخوا کی پولیس کی صلاحیتوں میں اضافہ کر رہے ہیں، دہشتگردی ایک دن میں ختم نہیں ہوجانی، اس کے لیے سیاسی مرضی کی ضرورت ہے۔
ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ ہم نے یک زبان ہو کر ایک بیانیہ بنایا ہے آپ اس کے خلاف الٹا کام کر رہے ہیں، ہم نے ہرچیز پر سیاست کو حاوی کردیا، بیانیے پر بھی سیاست کو حاوی کر دیا، ان مسائل پر بات کریں جو اصل مسائل ہیں، ہم نیشنل میڈیا کو انگیج کرنے کےحامی ہیں، ہم سب بنیان مرصوص ہیں، میڈیا کی ذمہ داری ہے سچ کو سچ غلط کو غلط کہے۔ ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ بارشیں ہوئیں، سیلاب آئے، نقصانات ہوئے، آپ نے 25 سے 30 ارب ڈالر کا پانی سمندر میں بہا دیا، آبادی بڑھ رہی ہے اس کیلئے فوڈ سیکیورٹی چاہیے، 13 سے 14 ملین ایکڑ فٹ آپ کی اسٹوریج ہے، یہ بات کرنے کو ہم تیار نہیں۔ لیفٹیننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چوہدری نے کہا کہ ریاست پاکستان نے کب بات چیت سے انکار کیا ہے، پیغام پاکستان پڑھ لیں اس میں جید علماء کی رائے موجود ہے، فتنہ الخوارج سے کیسے مفاہمت کر سکتے ہیں، یہ ریاست کو فیصلہ کرنے دیں کہ کس سے کیا بات کرنی ہے، بات چیت تو ہو رہی ہے، لیکن دہشتگردوں سےبات نہیں ہوگی۔ پاکستان جمہوری ملک ہے، یہاں ایک عدالتی نظام ہے، اُسے بہتر کرنے کی ضرورت ہے، پاکستان کے خلاف بات کوئی ذہنی مریض ہی کر سکتا ہے، جو ہم نے آج کہا وہ ہم نے کبھی نہیں کہا، جو انہوں نے کیا وہ بھی کبھی کسی نے نہیں کیا۔وزیر مملکت برائے داخلہ طلال چوہدری کا کہنا ہے کہ جو ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا ہے اس کے بارے میں حکومت ضرور سوچے گی، پی ٹی آئی نے جو اقدامات کیے ہیں وہ ملک کے خلاف ہیں۔ طلال چوہدری نے کہا کہ 20 سے 25 سال پہلے بہت سارے لوگوں نے اس کے بارے میں کہہ دیا تھا کہ یہ پلانٹڈ شخص ہے، بانی پی ٹی آئی نے ہر ادارے کو متنازع کرنے کی کوشش کی، پی ٹی آئی سیاسی جماعت کے زمرے میں نہیں آتی۔ ایم کیو ایم نے بھی اپنے بانی سے لاتعلقی کا اظہار کیا تھا، بانی پی ٹی آئی بھی وہی سب کچھ کر رہے ہیں جو بانی ایم کیو ایم کرتے تھے۔ دہشت گردوں نے پی ٹی آئی کو چھوڑ کر باقی تمام جماعتوں پر حملہ کیا ہے، کالعدم ٹی ٹی پی اور پی ٹی آئی کے درمیان کوئی تو رشتہ ہوگا، بانی پی ٹی آئی نے آج تک اسرائیل کے خلاف ایک بات تک نہیں کی۔یا د رہےکہ اب پاکستان، اس کی افواج اور شہیدوں کا مذاق نہیں بنے گا، اب کوئی بھی چیز انچ برابر بھی برداشت نہیں کی جائے گی۔اب فوج کے خلاف دشمن ملک بیانیے کو کسی صورت برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا، آج ریاست نے اپنا جواب واضح طور پر دے دیا ہے واضح رہے کہ صدرِ مملکت آصف علی زرداری نے چیف آف ڈیفنس فورسزکی تعیناتی کی سمری پر دستخط کر دیے جس کے بعد فیلڈ مارشل عاصم منیر چیف آف آرمی اسٹاف کے ساتھ ساتھ ملک کے پہلے چیف آف ڈیفنس فورسز بھی مقرر ہو گئے ہیں، ان کے ان دونوں عہدوں کی مدت 5 سال ہو گی۔ وزیرِ اعظم شہباز شریف کی جانب سے چیف آف ایئر اسٹاف ایئر چیف مارشل ظہیر احمد بابر سدھو کی مدتِ ملازمت میں بھی 2 سال کی توسیع کی منظوری دی گئی۔ اس توسیع کا اطلاق ان کی موجودہ 5 سالہ مدتِ ملازمت کے مارچ 2026ء میں مکمل ہونے پر ہو گا، ایئر چیف مارشل ظہیر احمد بابر سدھو 2028ء تک تعینات رہیں گے۔وزیرِ دفاع خواجہ آصف نے فیلڈ مارشل عاصم منیر اور ایئر چیف مارشل ظہیر احمد بابر کو مبارک باد پیش کی ہے۔ جاری بیان میں وزیرِ دفاع خواجہ آصف کا کہنا ہے کہ قوم کو اپنی بہادر افواج اور ملٹری قیادت پر ناز ہے۔ ہ قوم وطن کے محافظوں کی لازوال خدمت کے اعتراف میں سپہ سالاروں کو اعزاز سے نواز رہی ہے۔وزیر دفاع خواجہ آصف نے یہ بھی کہا کہ قوم کو اپنی بہادر افواج اور آپ کی قیادت پر ناز ہے، اللّٰہ آپ کا حامی و ناصر ہو، آمین۔
