US President, ready for talks ‘.?امریکی صدر,مذاکرات کے لیے تیار ‘۔?
امریکی صدر ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ نے کہا ہے کہ ایران پس پردہ جنگ کے خاتمے کے لیے مذاکرات کرنا چاہتا ہے، لیکن امریکا اس وقت تک کسی ملاقات میں دل چسپی نہیں رکھتا جب تک تہران بامعنی مذاکرات کے لیے تیار نہ ہو۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ایران شدید دباؤ کا شکار ہے اور اسی وجہ سے مذاکرات کے لیے بے تاب ہے۔اگر ضرورت پڑی تو حزب اللہ سے بھی براہِ راست بات چیت کے لیے تیار ہیں۔ انہوں نے ایران کے اردن میں حملے کی کامیابی کا اعتراف کرتے ہوئے دعویٰ کیا کہ تہران جنگ کے خاتمے کے لیے بے چین ہے اور مذاکرات کا خواہاں ہے۔
وائٹ ہاؤس میں لبنان کے صدر جوزف عون کے ہمراہ مشترکہ گفتگو کے دوران امریکی صدر ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ نے کہا کہ امریکی فوج ایران کی عسکری صلاحیتوں کو اس سطح پر کمزور کر رہی ہے جس کا کسی نے تصور بھی نہیں کیا تھا۔ اعتراف کیا کہ ایران اردن میں حملہ کرنے میں کامیاب رہا۔ ٹرمپ کے مطابق اگر وہاں دوسرے آپریٹرز موجود ہوتے تو یہ حملہ کامیاب نہ ہوتا، تاہم انہوں نے واضح نہیں کیا کہ ان کی مراد کن آپریٹرز سے تھی۔
ایک سوال کے جواب میں صدر ٹرمپ نے کہا کہ اگر لبنان کے صدر درخواست کریں تو وہ حزب اللہ سے بھی براہ راست بات چیت کے لیے تیار ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ وہ ایسے لوگوں سے بھی گفتگو کرتے ہیں جن سے اکثر لوگ بات کرنے کے حق میں نہیں ہوتے، کیونکہ بعض اوقات اسی سے مسائل کا حل نکلتا ہے۔
لبنان سے متعلق گفتگو میں امریکی صدر نے دعویٰ کیا کہ اسرائیل جنوبی لبنان کے بعض علاقوں سے اپنی افواج کی دوبارہ تعیناتی کے عمل سے گزر رہا ہے۔ تاہم انہوں نے مکمل انخلا کے لیے کسی حتمی ٹائم لائن کا اعلان نہیں کیا۔ اسرائیلی فوج کی جانب سے لبنانی فوج پر فائرنگ کے ایک واقعے سے متعلق سوال پر ٹرمپ نے کہا کہ وہ اس معاملے کا جائزہ لیں گے۔
بحیرہ احمر میں حوثیوں کی جانب سے ممکنہ ناکا بندی کے خدشات پر امریکی صدر نے کہا کہ اگر ایسا ہوا تو امریکا اس صورتِ حال سے نمٹنا جانتا ہے۔ انہوں نے یاد دلایا کہ ماضی میں بھی امریکا حوثیوں کے خلاف کارروائی کر چکا ہے اور اس کے بعد وہ خاموش رہے۔
صدرٹرمپ نے امریکا میں منعقدہ فیفا ورلڈ کپ کو تاریخ کا کامیاب ترین ٹورنامنٹ قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس دوران کوئی بڑا احتجاج نہیں ہوا اور پورا ملک کئی ہفتوں تک غیر معمولی اتحاد کا مظاہرہ کرتا رہا۔
لبنان کے صدر جوزف عون نے ملاقات کے دوران ٹرمپ کو عظیم صدر قرار دیتے ہوئے ان کی تعریف کی، جس پر امریکی صدر نے مسکراتے ہوئے کہا کہ اب یہ جو بھی مانگیں گے، انہیں سب کچھ مل سکتا ہے۔
یاد رہے کہ گزشتہ ہفتے امریکی فوج نے تصدیق کی تھی کہ اردن میں ایران کے میزائل اور ڈرون حملے کے نتیجے میں دو امریکی اہلکار ہلاک جب کہ چار دیگر اہلکار زخمی ہونے کے بعد طبی بنیادوں پر منتقل کیے گئے تھے۔

During a joint meeting with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun at the White House, US President Donald Trump said that the US military is weakening Iran’s military capabilities to a level that no one had imagined. He admitted that Iran was successful in attacking Jordan. According to Trump, if there were other operators there, the attack would not have been successful, however, he did not clarify which operators he meant.
In response to a question, President Trump said that if the Lebanese president requests it, he is ready to talk directly to Hezbollah. He said that he talks to people that most people are not in favor of talking to, because sometimes that is what solves problems.
In a discussion about Lebanon, the US President claimed that Israel is going through the process of redeploying its forces from some areas of southern Lebanon. However, he did not announce any final timeline for a complete withdrawal. On a question about an incident of Israeli army firing on Lebanese army, Trump said that he would review the matter.
On concerns about a possible blockade by the Houthis in the Red Sea, the US President said that if that happens, the US knows how to deal with this situation. He reminded that the US has taken action against the Houthis in the past and remained silent after that.
President Trump described the FIFA World Cup held in the United States as the most successful tournament in history, saying that there were no major protests during this time and that the entire country had shown extraordinary unity for several weeks.
Lebanese President Joseph Aoun praised Trump during the meeting, calling him a great president, to which the US president smiled and said that now he can get anything he asks for.
It should be remembered that last week, the US military confirmed that two American soldiers were killed as a result of an Iranian missile and drone attack in Jordan, while four other soldiers were transferred for medical treatment after being injured.
