اسلام آباد( ( اصغر علی مبارک ) ) : کینیا میں مقیم 18 سالہ پاکستانی طالبہ شانزے خٹک نے سائنس اور آرٹ کے انوکھے سنگم سے لاہور کی تاریخی بادشاہی مسجد کا ایک ایسا منفرد اور حیرت انگیز اسکیچ تیار کیا ہے جس کی ہر ایک لکیر طبیعیات (Physics) کے پیچیدہ فارمولوں اور مساواتوں سے مل کر بنی ہے۔ اس فن پارے کی باریکیاں اس قدر مائیکرو اسکوپک (خوردبینی) ہیں کہ انہیں واضح طور پر دیکھنے کے لیے میگنفائنگ گلاس (بڑھانے والے شیشے) کا سہارا لینا پڑتا ہے۔
شانزے خٹک کوئی پیشہ ور فنکار نہیں ہیں، بلکہ انہوں نے اپنے وطن پاکستان کی محبت، ثقافت اور تاریخ سے لگاؤ کو فزکس کے مضمون کے ساتھ جوڑ کر یہ ایک سال طویل انتہائی ذاتی پروجیکٹ مکمل کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے اس شاہکار کا آغاز 11ویں جماعت میں کیا تھا اور 12ویں جماعت میں ایک سال کی انتھک اور کٹھن محنت کے بعد اسے پائے تکمیل تک پہنچایا۔اپنے اس منفرد تجربے اور حب الوطنی کے جذبے کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہوئے شانزے خٹک کا کہنا تھا:”طبیعیات (فزکس) کا مضمون اکثر بہت مشکل اور گھبراہٹ کا باعث لگتا ہے۔ جب بھی میں اس مضمون سے پریشان ہوتی یا مجھے دیارِ غیر (کینیا) میں اپنے پیارے وطن پاکستان کی شدید یاد ستاتی، تو میں خود کو اس آرٹ کی تخلیق میں مصروف کر لیتی۔ میں جسمانی طور پر پاکستان سے دور ضرور ہوں، لیکن میرا دل ہمیشہ اپنے ملک کے ساتھ دھڑکتا ہے۔ بادشاہی مسجد ہماری تاریخی وراثت اور شناخت کی عظیم علامت ہے، اسے طبیعیات کے علم کے ذریعے کاغذ پر خراجِ تحسین پیش کرنا میرے لیے سمندر پار بیٹھ کر اپنے ملک کو اپنے دل میں زندہ رکھنے کا ایک عملی اظہار تھا۔”شانزے خٹک نے مزید بتایا کہ انہوں نے اس آرٹ ورک کے ذریعے خود سے ہر کام میں بے عیب نتائج کی توقع رکھنے کی عادت (Perfectionism) کو بھی توڑنے کی کوشش کی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا:”میں نے جان بوجھ کر اس اسکیچ میں یہاں وہاں چھوٹی چھوٹی غلطیاں چھوڑیں تاکہ خود کو صفحہ پھاڑ کر دوبارہ شروع کرنے سے روک سکوں اور خامیوں کو قبول کر کے آگے بڑھنا سیکھوں۔ کمال (Perfection) کی اندھی تلاش ترقی کی راہ میں رکاوٹ بنتی ہے، اصل نشوونما ہمیں اپنی خامیوں کو قبول کرنے سے ملتی ہے۔ ہمارا پیارا پاکستان بھی اس کی ایک بہترین مثال ہے—ایک ایسا ملک جس کے وجود پر کئی زخم ہیں لیکن اس نے کبھی ہار ماننا نہیں سیکھا، اور یہی اس کی اصل طاقت ہے۔”طالبہ کی جانب سے اس منفرد حب الوطنی اور سائنسی آرٹ ورک کی ہائی ریزولوشن تصاویر اور ایک خصوصی ویڈیو بھی جاری کی گئی ہے، جس میں کیمرہ عظیم الشان بادشاہی مسجد کے اسکیچ سے زوم ان (Zoom-in) کرتے ہوئے فزکس کی چھوٹی چھوٹی مائیکرو اسکوپک مساواتوں کو واضح طور پر دکھاتا ہے۔ یہ منفرد انسانی دلچسپی اور حب الوطنی کی کہانی سوشل میڈیا اور ڈیجیٹل پلیٹ فارمز پر نوجوانوں اور طلباء کے لیے ایک بہترین تحریک ثابت ہو رہی ہے۔
ISLAMABAD (Asghar Ali Mubarak) – An 18-year-old Pakistani student living in Kenya, Shanze Khattak, has created a remarkable sketch of Lahore’s historic Badshahi Mosque through an intersection of science and art, with each line composed of complex formulas and equations of physics. The details of this artwork are so fine and microscopic that they must be viewed with a magnifying glass.
Shanze Khattak is not a professional artist, but she has completed this year-long, highly personal project by combining her love for her homeland, Pakistan, culture, and history with the subject of physics. She started this masterpiece in the 11th grade and completed it after a year of tireless and hard work in the 12th grade.
Talking about her unique experience and patriotic spirit, Shanze Khattak said:
“The subject of Physics often seems very difficult and intimidating. Whenever I was worried about this subject, or I missed my beloved homeland, Pakistan, in a foreign land (Kenya), I would busy myself with creating this art. I may be physically away from Pakistan, but my heart always beats with my country. The Badshahi Mosque is a great symbol of our historical heritage and identity; paying tribute to it on paper through the knowledge of physics was a practical expression for me to keep my country alive in my heart while sitting across the ocean.”
Shanze Khattak further said that through this artwork, she has also tried to break the habit of expecting flawless results from herself in every task (Perfectionism). She said:
“I deliberately left small mistakes here and there in this sketch to prevent myself from tearing the page and starting over and to learn to accept the flaws and move forward. The blind pursuit of perfection hinders progress; real growth comes from accepting our flaws. Our beloved Pakistan is also a perfect example of this—a country that has many scars on its existence but has never learned to give up, and that is its real strength.”
The student has also released high-resolution images of this unique patriotic and scientific artwork and a special video, in which the camera zooms in on the sketch of the grand Badshahi Mosque, clearly showing the tiny microscopic equations of physics. This unique story of human interest and patriotism is proving to be a great inspiration for the youth and students on social media and digital platforms.
