واضح رہے کہ اس کیس میں نامزد مرکزی ملزم رضا ڈار نائب وزیرِ اعظم اور وزیرِ خارجہ اسحاق ڈار کے نواسے ہیں۔ وینزویلا سے تعلق رکھنے والی متاثرہ خاتون ایسٹرڈ روبنسن کا مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے ریکارڈ کیا گیا بیان سامنے آگیا ہے، جس میں انہوں نے تمام الزامات کی تصدیق کی ہے۔ دوسری جانب پولیس نے پانچویں ملزم کو بھی گرفتار کرنے کا دعویٰ کیا ہے۔ لاہور کے ڈیفنس سی پولیس اسٹیشن میں دو غیر ملکی خواتین کی جانب سے مبینہ اغوا، اجتماعی زیادتی اور تاوان طلبی کے مقدمے میں نئی پیش رفت سامنے آئی ہے۔ تفتیشی حکام کے مطابق ہفتے کے روز پانچویں ملزم کو بھی گرفتار کرلیا گیا ہے جس کے بعد تمام نامزد افراد اب پولیس کی حراست میں ہیں۔ ذرائع کے مطابق تفتیش کے نتیجے میں مزید 3 مزید افراد کو بھی حراست میں لیا گیا ہے جن کے نام فی الحال ظاہر نہیں کیے گئے ہیں۔ پولیس کو موصول ہونے والی ابتدائی میڈیکل رپورٹ میں ایک غیر ملکی خاتون کے ساتھ جنسی زیادتی کی تصدیق ہوئی ہے۔ گرفتار کیے گئے چار ملزمان میں سے تین افراد پر خاتون کے ساتھ جنسی زیادتی کا الزام ہے۔پولیس کے مطابق متاثرہ خواتین اور ملزمان کے ڈی این اے نمونے اور ملزمان کے موبائل فون بھی فرانزک تجزیے کے لیے روانہ کر دیے گئے ہیں۔ پولیس ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ آئندہ مرحلے میں تفتیش کو فرانزک اور ڈی این اے رپورٹس کی روشنی میں آگے بڑھایا جائے گا۔اس کیس میں انکشاف بھی سامنے آیا ہے کہ ملزمان اور متاثرہ خواتین کے درمیان کرپٹو کرنسی میں سرمایہ کاری بھی موجود تھی، جس کی مالیت چار سے پانچ لاکھ امریکی ڈالر بتائی جا رہی ہے۔ ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ رضا ڈار اور ساتھی متاثرہ خواتین سے منافع کا مطالبہ کر رہے تھے۔ تفتیش میں یہ بات بھی سامنے آئی ہے کہ ملزمان نے مبینہ طور پر متاثرہ خواتین کے ڈیجیٹل والٹ سے تقریباً 19 ہزار امریکی ڈالر اپنے اکاؤنٹس میں منتقل کرائے۔متاثرہ غیر ملکی خواتین میں سے ایک خاتون کا ضابطۂ فوجداری کی دفعہ 164 کے تحت مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے ریکارڈ بیانِ حلفی بھی سامنے آگیا ہے۔وینزویلا سے تعلق رکھنے والی متاثرہ خاتون ایسٹرڈ روبنسن نے بیان میں کہا کہ وہ دوسری متاثرہ خاتون اسٹیفنی ایڈریانا کے بیان کیے گئے تمام واقعات کی تصدیق کرتی ہیں۔ایسٹرڈ روبنسن کے مطابق پاکستان آمد کے بعد جس گھر میں انہیں رکھا گیا، وہاں پہلی ہی رات چار مسلح افراد آئے، انہیں باندھ کر تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ بعد ازاں رضا ڈار وہاں آیا اور اس نے مجھ سے میرے کمپیوٹر اور رقم کے بارے میں پوچھ گچھ شروع کر دی۔
بیان کے مطابق ملزمان مسلسل ہم دونوں سے کمپیوٹر، پاس ورڈز اور رقم سے متعلق معلومات حاصل کرنے کی کوشش کرتے رہے۔ خاتون کا کہنا تھا کہ انہیں جان سے مارنے کی دھمکیاں بھی دی گئیں اور کہا گیا کہ اگر رقم فراہم نہ کی گئی تو وہ زندہ واپس نہیں جا سکیں گی۔
متاثرہ خاتون نے مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے ریکارڈ کیے گئے بیان میں ملزمان پر تشدد کے علاوہ جنسی زیادتی کا الزام بھی عائد کیا ہے۔ واضح رہے کہ لاہور کے تھانہ ڈیفنس سی میں اس واقعے کی ایف آئی آر 2 جولائی کو درج کی گئی تھی۔ جس میں دو غیر ملکی خواتین نے پانچ افراد کے خلاف مبینہ اغوا، اجتماعی زیادتی اور تاوان طلب کرنے کی شکایت کی تھی۔ ایف آئی آر کے مطابق درخواست گزار ڈچ شہری اسٹیفنی ایڈریانا نے مؤقف اختیار کیا کہ ان کی رضا ڈار سے اکتوبر 2025 میں سنگاپور میں ملاقات ہوئی تھی، جہاں انہوں نے دونوں خواتین کو پاکستان آنے کی دعوت دی اور مبینہ طور پر ان کے ویزوں کا انتظام بھی کیا۔ تفتیشی حکام کے مطابق متاثرہ خواتین میں ایک نیدرلینڈ اور دوسری وینزویلا کی شہری ہیں، جو 29 جون کو پاکستان پہنچی تھیں اور اسی روز انہیں مبینہ طور پر اغوا کر لیا گیا تھا۔ پولیس کے مطابق نیدرلینڈز سے تعلق رکھنے والی خاتون کے والد کی جانب سے بیرون ملک سے موصول ہونے والی کال کے بعد دونوں خواتین کو لاہور کے علاقے ڈیفنس سے بازیاب کرایا گیا تھا۔ مقدمہ درج ہونے کے بعد پولیس نے چار ملزمان کو گرفتار کیا تھا، جنہیں عدالت پانچ روزہ جسمانی ریمانڈ پر پولیس کے حوالے کر چکی ہے۔ پانچویں ملزم، جو پولیس کے مطابق سیکیورٹی گارڈ ہے، کو بھی گرفتار کرلیا گیا ساتھ ہی مزید تین افراد کو بھی حراست میں لیا گیا گیا ہے۔ دوسری جانب ڈی آئی جی انویسٹی گیشن سید ذیشان رضا نے کہا ہے کہ گرفتار ملزمان کو کسی قسم کا خصوصی پروٹوکول نہیں دیا جا رہا۔ ان کے مطابق ملزمان کو گرفتاری کے پہلے دن سے عام ملزمان کی طرح حوالات میں رکھا گیا ہے اور عدالت میں بھی ہتھکڑیاں لگا کر پیش کیا گیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ مقدمے کی تفتیش مکمل میرٹ پر جاری ہے، کسی کے ساتھ ناانصافی نہیں ہوگی اور تمام شواہد کی بنیاد پر قانون کے مطابق کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
ڈی آئی جی انوسٹی گیشن کے مطابق دونوں خواتین کی میڈیکل رپورٹ پولیس کو موصول ہوگئی ہے، جس کی روشنی میں مزید تفتیش مکمل کی جائے گی، پولیس ذرائع کے مطابق دونوں خواتین آج صبح پاکستان سے روانہ ہوگئی ہیں، رضا ڈار ،حسن، رحیم اور نوید گرفتار ہیں جب کہ ملزمان میں سے ایک تاحال فرار ہے۔ Ontvoeringszaak buitenlandse vrouwen: Medisch rapport bewijst verkrachting van één vrouw, alle verdachten gearresteerd
(Asghar Ali Mubarak) In de vermeende groepsverkrachting van twee buitenlandse vrouwen in Lahore heeft het medisch rapport van één van de vrouwen seksueel misbruik bevestigd.
Het is belangrijk om te vermelden dat de hoofdverdachte in deze zaak, Raza Dar, de kleinzoon is van vicepremier en minister van Buitenlandse Zaken Ishaq Dar. De opgenomen verklaring van het slachtoffer, Astrid Robinson uit Venezuela, voor de rechter is aan het licht gekomen, waarin zij alle beschuldigingen bevestigt. De politie heeft bovendien een vijfde verdachte gearresteerd. Er is een nieuwe ontwikkeling in de zaak van de vermeende ontvoering, groepsverkrachting en losgeldeis door twee buitenlandse vrouwen bij het politiebureau van de Defensiezee in Lahore. Volgens de onderzoekende autoriteiten werd de vijfde verdachte zaterdag gearresteerd, waarna alle genoemde personen nu in hechtenis zitten. Politiebronnen melden dat het onderzoek in de volgende fase zal worden voortgezet in het licht van de forensische en DNA-rapporten. Het is ook gebleken dat er in deze zaak sprake was van een investering in cryptovaluta tussen de verdachten en de slachtoffers, ter waarde van naar schatting vier- tot vijfhonderdduizend Amerikaanse dollar. Bronnen zeggen dat Raza Dar en zijn handlangers winst eisten van de slachtoffers. Het slachtoffer, Astrid Robinson uit Venezuela, verklaarde dat ze alle incidenten die door het andere slachtoffer, Stephanie Adriana, zijn beschreven, bevestigt. Volgens Astrid Robinson kwamen er op de eerste nacht na aankomst in Pakistan vier gewapende mannen naar het huis waar ze werd vastgehouden, bonden haar vast en martelden haar. Later kwam Raza Dar daar en begon haar te ondervragen over haar computer en geld.
Volgens de verklaring probeerden de verdachten voortdurend informatie over computers, wachtwoorden en geld van hen beiden te verkrijgen. De vrouw zei dat ze ook met de dood werd bedreigd en dat haar werd verteld dat ze niet levend zou terugkeren als ze het geld niet zou betalen.
In haar opgenomen verklaring voor de rechter heeft het slachtoffer de verdachten beschuldigd van marteling en seksueel misbruik. Op 2 juli werd er aangifte gedaan bij het politiebureau Defence C in Lahore. Twee buitenlandse vrouwen klaagden over vermeende ontvoering, groepsverkrachting en losgeldeis tegen vijf personen. Volgens het politierapport verklaarde de aanklaagster, de Nederlandse Stephanie Adriana, dat ze Raza Dar in oktober 2025 in Singapore had ontmoet, waar hij de twee vrouwen uitnodigde om naar Pakistan te komen en naar verluidt hun visa regelde. Volgens de onderzoekende autoriteiten is een van de slachtoffers een Nederlandse en de andere een Venezolaanse. Zij arriveerden op 29 juni in Pakistan en werden diezelfde dag ontvoerd. De politie meldt dat beide vrouwen werden gered in de wijk Defence in Lahore nadat de vader van een van de vrouwen uit Nederland een telefoontje vanuit het buitenland had ontvangen. Na de aangifte arresteerde de politie vier verdachten, die door de rechtbank voor vijf dagen in voorlopige hechtenis zijn genomen. De vijfde verdachte, volgens de politie een bewaker, werd eveneens gearresteerd, samen met drie andere personen die in hechtenis zijn genomen. De recherchechef, Syed Zeeshan Raza, verklaarde echter dat er geen speciale behandeling wordt gegeven aan de gearresteerde verdachten. Volgens hem worden de verdachten sinds de eerste dag van hun arrestatie in hechtenis gehouden zoals gewone verdachten en worden ze geboeid voor de rechter gebracht. Hij zei dat het onderzoek naar de zaak volledig op basis van de feiten verloopt, dat niemand onrecht zal worden aangedaan en dat er op basis van al het bewijsmateriaal en volgens de wet zal worden gehandeld.

Cabe destacar que el principal acusado, Raza Dar, es nieto del viceprimer ministro y ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Ishaq Dar. Se ha hecho pública la declaración grabada de la víctima, Astrid Robinson, de Venezuela, ante el juez, en la que confirmó todas las acusaciones. Por otro lado, la policía también afirmó haber arrestado al quinto acusado. Se ha revelado un nuevo avance en el caso del presunto secuestro, violación en grupo y demanda de rescate por parte de dos mujeres extranjeras en la comisaría de Defense Sea de Lahore. Según las autoridades investigadoras, el quinto acusado también fue arrestado el sábado, tras lo cual todos los implicados se encuentran bajo custodia policial. Según fuentes, otras tres personas también han sido detenidas como resultado de la investigación, cuyos nombres no se han revelado por el momento. El informe médico inicial recibido por la policía ha confirmado la agresión sexual a una mujer extranjera. Tres de los cuatro sospechosos detenidos han sido acusados de agredir sexualmente a la mujer. También se ha revelado que existía una inversión en criptomonedas entre los sospechosos y las víctimas, cuyo valor se estima entre cuatrocientos mil y quinientos mil dólares estadounidenses. Según las fuentes, Raza Dar y sus asociados exigían ganancias a las víctimas. La investigación también reveló que los acusados presuntamente transfirieron unos 19.000 dólares estadounidenses de las billeteras digitales de las víctimas a sus propias cuentas. Asimismo, se ha presentado una declaración jurada de una de las víctimas extranjeras ante un magistrado, conforme al artículo 164 del Código Penal. La víctima, Astrid Robinson, de Venezuela, declaró que confirma todos los incidentes narrados por la otra víctima, Stephanie Adriana. Según Astrid Robinson, la primera noche tras su llegada a Pakistán, cuatro hombres armados irrumpieron en la casa donde la mantenían retenida, la ataron y la torturaron. Posteriormente, Raza Dar llegó y comenzó a interrogarla sobre su computadora y su dinero.
Según la declaración, los acusados intentaban constantemente obtener información sobre computadoras, contraseñas y dinero de ambas. La mujer afirmó que también la amenazaron de muerte y le dijeron que, si no entregaba el dinero, no podría regresar con vida.
En su declaración ante el juez, la víctima acusó a los imputados de tortura y agresión sexual. Cabe destacar que el 2 de julio se registró una denuncia en la comisaría de policía de Defence C, en Lahore, en la que dos mujeres extranjeras denunciaron el presunto secuestro, violación en grupo y la exigencia de rescate contra cinco personas. Según la denuncia, la denunciante, una ciudadana neerlandesa, Stephanie Adriana, afirmó haber conocido a Raza Dar en Singapur en octubre de 2025, donde él invitó a las dos mujeres a viajar a Pakistán y supuestamente les tramitó las visas. Según las autoridades investigadoras, una de las víctimas es ciudadana de los Países Bajos y la otra, ciudadana de Venezuela, quienes llegaron a Pakistán el 29 de junio y fueron presuntamente secuestradas ese mismo día. Según la policía, ambas mujeres fueron rescatadas en la zona de Defence de Lahore tras una llamada recibida desde el extranjero por el padre de una de ellas, residente en los Países Bajos. Tras registrarse la denuncia, la policía arrestó a cuatro acusados, quienes fueron puestos a disposición judicial para una detención preventiva de cinco días. El quinto acusado, un guardia de seguridad, también fue arrestado, junto con otras tres personas. Por otro lado, el subinspector general de investigación, Syed Zeeshan Raza, declaró que no se está aplicando ningún protocolo especial a los detenidos. Según él, los acusados han permanecido bajo custodia como cualquier otro acusado desde el primer día de su detención y han sido presentados esposados ante el tribunal. Afirmó que la investigación del caso se está llevando a cabo con total imparcialidad, que no se cometerá ninguna injusticia contra nadie y que se actuará conforme a la ley, basándose en todas las pruebas.
