9 and PPP wins 4 seatsآزاد کشمیر انتخابات پہلا مرحلہ، ن لیگ 9 اور پیپلز پارٹی 4 نشستوں پر کامیابآزاد کشمیر کے عام انتخابات کے پہلے مرحلے میں پاکستان مسلم لیگ (ن) نے واضح برتری حاصل کرتے ہوئے 9 نشستوں پر کامیابی سمیٹ لی ہے، جبکہ پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی صرف 4 نشستیں حاصل کرنے میں کامیاب رہی ہے۔آزاد جموں و کشمیر الیکشن کمیشن کی جانب سے جاری کردہ ابتدائی اور غیر حتمی نتائج کے مطابق، سیکیورٹی خدشات اور شدید سیاسی گہما گہمی کے باعث تین مراحل میں شیڈول انتخابات کا پہلا مرحلہ میرپور ڈویژن کی 13 نشستوں پر مکمل ہوا ہے۔ اس ڈویژن میں مسلم لیگ (ن) نے زبردست انتخابی مہم کے بعد اکثریتی میدان مار لیا ہے۔انتخابی حلقوں کے غیر حتمی نتائجابتدائی رپورٹوں اور فارم 26 اور 27 کے مرتب کردہ اعداد و شمار کے مطابق درج ذیل حلقوں کے نتائج سامنے آئے ہیں:مسلم لیگ (ن) کی کامیابیاں: ن لیگ کے امیدواروں نے میرپور اور کوٹلی کے اکثریتی حلقوں میں کامیابی حاصل کی، جن میں ایل اے-1 میرپور، ایل اے-4 میرپور، ایل اے-7 بھمبر-3، اور ایل اے-9 کوٹلی-2 جیسے اہم حلقے شامل ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ ن لیگ نے کوٹلی-4 (سہنسہ)، کوٹلی-5 اور کوٹلی-6 کی نشستوں پر بھی اپنے حریفوں کو شکست دی ہے۔پیپلز پارٹی کی کامیابیاں: پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی مجموعی طور پر صرف 4 حلقوں میں سرخرو ہو سکی ہے، جس میں ایل اے-2 میرپور اور ایل اے-3 میرپور کی اہم نشستیں شامل ہیں۔پولنگ کے دوران کشیدگی اور شکایاتمیرپور ڈویژن میں پولنگ کا عمل مجموعی طور پر مکمل تو کر لیا گیا، تاہم کئی حلقوں بالخصوص نکیال (ایل اے-9 کوٹلی) اور دیگر علاقوں میں سیاسی کارکنوں کے درمیان شدید جھرپیں، ہنگامہ آرائی اور فائرنگ کے واقعات بھی رپورٹ ہوئے۔ مسلم لیگ (ن) اور پیپلز پارٹی کی مقامی قیادت نے ایک دوسرے پر دھاندلی اور انتخابی بے ضابطگیوں کے سنگین الزامات عائد کیے ہیں۔ چیف الیکشن کمشنر نے ان انتخابات کو آزاد کشمیر کی تاریخ کے “مشکل ترین انتخابات” قرار دیا ہے۔
الیکشن کمیشن کے مطابق پہلے مرحلے کے بعد اب بقیہ اضلاع میں پولنگ ہوگی:دوسرا مرحلہ (2 اگست): مظفرآباد ڈویژن کی 9 نشستوں پر پولنگ ہوگی۔تیسرا مرحلہ (10 اگست): پونچھ ڈویژن کی 11 نشستوں اور پاکستان بھر میں مقیم جموں و کشمیر کے مہاجرین کی 12 مخصوص نشستوں پر ووٹ ڈالے جائیں گے۔واضح رہے کہ تحریک انصاف نے موجودہ سیاسی صورتحال کے پیش نظر ان انتخابات کا پہلے ہی بائیکاٹ کر رکھا ہے۔
13 نشستوں کے مکمل غیر سرکاری اور غیر حتمی نتائج موصول ہوگئے جس کے مطابق ن لیگ نے 9 اور پیپلزپارٹی نے 4 نشستوں پر میدان مارا
میرپور ڈویژن کے تین اضلاع میرپور، کوٹلی اور بھمبر کے 13 حلقوں میں عوام نے پیر کو ووٹنگ کے عمل میں حصہ لیا، پولنگ کا عمل صبح 8 بجے شروع ہوا جو شام 6 بجے تک جاری رہا امن و امان برقرار رکھنے کے لیے سیکیورٹی کے خصوصی انتظامات کیے گئے۔
5 بجے پولنگ کا وقت ختم ہونا تھا تاہم چیف الیکشن کمشنر نے میرپور ڈویژن میں پولنگ کا وقت ایک گھنٹہ بڑھادیا جو کہ 6 بجے تک جاری رہا جس کے بعد پولنگ کا عمل روک کر ووٹوں کی گنتی کی گئی۔ غیر حتمی و غیر سرکاری نتائج:
حلقہ ایل اے 1 میرپور 1
حلقہ ایل اے 1 میرپور 1 کے تمام 139 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے نتائج کے مطابق مسلم لیگ (ن) کے اظہر صادق 15 ہزار 427 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب قرار پائے، جبکہ پیپلز پارٹی کے محمد افسر شاہد 9 ہزار 832 ووٹ حاصل کرکے دوسرے نمبر پر رہے۔
ایل اے 2 میرپور 2
ایل اے 2 میرپور 2 میں تمام 149 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے نتائج مکمل ہونے پر پیپلز پارٹی کے قاسم مجید 12 ہزار 904 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب ہوئے جبکہ مسلم لیگ (ن) کے عظیم بخش چوہدری 8 ہزار 182 ووٹ حاصل کر سکے۔

ایل اے 3 میرپور 3 میں بھی پیپلز پارٹی نے میدان مار لیا۔ تمام 161 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے نتائج کے مطابق چوہدری یاسر سلطان 11 ہزار 676 ووٹ کے ساتھ کامیاب رہے جبکہ مسلم لیگ (ن) کے چوہدری محمد سعید نے 9 ہزار 832 ووٹ حاصل کیے۔

ایل اے 4 میرپور 4 میں تمام 162 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے نتائج مکمل ہونے پر مسلم لیگ (ن) کے چوہدری رخسار احمد 20 ہزار 172 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب ہوئے، جبکہ پیپلز پارٹی کے چوہدری صہیب ارشد 13 ہزار 865 ووٹ کے ساتھ دوسرے نمبر پر رہے۔

ایل اے 5 سے مسلم لیگ ن کے امیدوار وقار احمد نور 30259 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب ہوگئے جبکہ پیپلزپارٹی کے امیدوار چوہدری پرویز اشرف نے 29574 ووٹ حاصل کیے۔

ایل اے 6 بھمبر 2 میں 195 میں سے 100 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے نتائج کے مطابق مسلم لیگ (ن) کے چوہدری محمد رزاق 21 ہزار 210 ووٹ لے کر سبقت برقرار رکھے ہوئے ہیں، جبکہ استحکام پاکستان پارٹی کے علی شان چوہدری 11 ہزار 354 ووٹ کے ساتھ دوسرے نمبر پر ہیں۔

ایل اے 7 بھمبر 3 کے تمام 237 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے نتائج مکمل ہونے پر مسلم لیگ (ن) کے چوہدری طارق فاروق 35 ہزار 490 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب قرار پائے، جبکہ آزاد امیدوار چوہدری انوار الحق 25 ہزار 100 ووٹ کے ساتھ دوسرے نمبر پر رہے۔

ایل اے 8 کوٹلی 1 میں تمام 155 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے غیرحتمی نتائج کے مطابق پیپلز پارٹی کے ظفر اقبال ملک 19 ہزار 535 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب ہوئے، جبکہ مسلم لیگ (ن) کے ملک محمد نواز خان 11 ہزار 966 ووٹ حاصل کر سکے۔

ایل اے 9 کوٹلی 2 میں تمام 178 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے نتائج مکمل ہونے پر مسلم لیگ (ن) کے عمیر نعیم 31 ہزار 80 ووٹ کے ساتھ فاتح قرار پائے، جبکہ پیپلز پارٹی کے جاوید اقبال بڈھانوی 28 ہزار 509 ووٹ لے کر دوسرے نمبر پر رہے۔

ایل اے 10 کوٹلی 3
ایل اے 10 کوٹلی 3 میں تمام 169 پولنگ اسٹیشنز کے نتائج کے مطابق پیپلز پارٹی کے چوہدری محمد یاسین 12431 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب رہے جبکہ ن لیگ کے فتح محمود الحسن 9245 ووٹ لیکر دوسرے نمبر پر رہے۔

ایل اے 11 کوٹلی 4 کے تمام 206 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے نتائج کے مطابق مسلم لیگ (ن) کے محمد آصف 26 ہزار 190 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب ہوگئے، جبکہ پیپلز پارٹی کے چوہدری محمد اخلاق 21 ہزار 751 ووٹ حاصل کرکے دوسرے نمبر پر رہے۔

حلقہ ایل اے 12 کوٹلی 5 کے تمام 207 پولنگ اسٹیشنز کے غیر حتمی اور غیرسرکاری نتائج سامنےآگئے جس کے مطابق ن لیگ کے محمد ریاست خان 35168 ووٹ لےکر کامیاب ہوگئے جبکہ پیپلزپارٹی کے چوہدری محمد یاسین 30320 ووٹ لے کر دوسرے نمبر پر رہے۔

ایل اے 13 کوٹلی 6 میں تمام 193 پولنگ اسٹیشنوں کے نتائج مکمل ہونے کے بعد مسلم لیگ (ن) کے راجہ ایاز احمد خان 21 ہزار 856 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب قرار پائے، جبکہ استحکام پاکستان پارٹی کے نثار انصار ابدالی 15 ہزار 859 ووٹ کے ساتھ دوسرے نمبر پر رہے۔

مسلم لیگ ن کی رہنما اور پنجاب کی سینئر وزیر مریم اورنگزیب نے سماجی رابطے کی سائٹ ایکس پر لکھا کہ 24 جولائی کو میرپور نے قائد نواز شریف اور وزیراعلی مریم نواز شریف کی آمد پر مسلم لیگ (ن) کے حق میں فیصلہ سنا دیا تھا اور آج شیر پر مہر لگا کر باضابط یہ اعلان کردیا ہے کہ آزاد جموں و کشمیر کی ترقی صرف مسلم لیگ (ن) سے جڑی ہے۔

Tensions and complaints during polling Although the polling process was largely completed in Mirpur division, serious clashes, riots and firing incidents were also reported between political workers in several constituencies, especially Nakial (LA-9 Kotli) and other areas. The local leadership of the PML-N and the PPP have leveled serious allegations of rigging and electoral irregularities against each other. The Chief Election Commissioner has termed these elections as the “most difficult elections” in the history of Azad Kashmir.
According to the Election Commission, after the first phase, polling will now take place in the remaining districts: Second phase (August 2): Polling will be held on 9 seats in Muzaffarabad division. Third phase (August 10): Voting will be held on 11 seats in Poonch division and 12 reserved seats for Jammu and Kashmir refugees living across Pakistan. It should be noted that the Tehreek-e-Insaf has already boycotted these elections in view of the current political situation.
Completely unofficial and unconfirmed results of 13 seats have been received, according to which the PML-N won 9 seats and the PPP won 4 seats. People participated in the voting process on Monday in 13 constituencies of three districts of Mirpur division, Mirpur, Kotli and Bhimber. The polling process began at 8 am and continued till 6 pm. Special security arrangements were made to maintain law and order.
The polling was to end at 5 pm, but the Chief Election Commissioner extended the polling time in Mirpur division by an hour, which continued till 6 pm, after which the polling process was stopped and the votes were counted. Unconfirmed and unofficial results:

According to the results of all 139 polling stations in Constituency LA 1 Mirpur 1, Azhar Sadiq of the PML-N was declared successful by securing 15,427 votes, while Muhammad Afsar Shahid of the PPP was in second place by securing 9,832 votes.
LA 2 Mirpur 2
After the results of all 149 polling stations in LA 2 Mirpur 2 were completed, Qasim Majeed of the PPP was successful by securing 12,904 votes, while Azeem Bakhsh Chaudhry of the PML-N was able to secure 8,182 votes.
LA 3 Mirpur 3
The PPP also won in LA 3 Mirpur 3. According to the results of all 161 polling stations, Chaudhry Yasir Sultan won with 11,676 votes, while PML-N’s Chaudhry Muhammad Saeed got 9,832 votes.
LA 4 Mirpur 4
After the results of all 162 polling stations were completed in LA 4 Mirpur 4, Chaudhry Rukhsar Ahmed of PML-N won with 20,172 votes, while PPP’s Chaudhry Sohaib Arshad came in second with 13,865 votes.
LA 5 Bhimber 1
From LA 5, PML-N candidate Waqar Ahmed Noor won with 30,259 votes, while PPP candidate Chaudhry Pervez Ashraf got 29,574 votes.
LA 6 Bhimber 2
According to the results of 100 polling stations out of 195 in LA 6 Bhimber 2, PML-N’s Chaudhry Muhammad Razaq is leading with 21,210 votes, while Ali Shan Chaudhry of the Utsharq Pakistan Party is in second place with 11,354 votes.
LA 7 Bhimber 3
After the results of all 237 polling stations in LA 7 Bhimber 3 were completed, PML-N’s Chaudhry Tariq Farooq was declared successful with 35,490 votes, while independent candidate Chaudhry Anwarul Haq remained in second place with 25,100 votes.
