After tireless efforts, the ground rescue teams of Karakoram Expeditions recovered four bodies from the slide zone, just in front of the base camp.
According to information received by the Alpine Club of Pakistan (ACP): Nadhira Ahmed Abdullah Al-Harithi (Sultanate of Oman): The body of the renowned female climber from Oman has been confirmed.

The body of the expedition’s Nepalese guide has also been recovered from the debris. Remaining two bodies: The final identification of the other two bodies is still underway due to the extreme altitude and bad weather.
Six missing climbers and GPS signals Six climbers are still missing on the mountain, including the world’s fastest climber and team leader Nirmal Praja (Namas Dai), renowned Pakistani adventurer from Hunza Sohail Saqi, American woman Mallory Gass and China’s Wang Zhong.
With the help of search drones, signals from four silent GPS trackers have been received near the death zone, but the lack of movement in them for a long time has raised serious concerns for the rescue teams.

Two special helicopters of the Pakistan Army Aviation have been kept on standby at the K2 base camp in an emergency. مہم کے نیپالی گائیڈ کی لاش بھی ملبے سے نکال لی گئی ہے۔باقی دو لاشیں: شدید بلندی اور خراب موسم کے باعث دیگر دو لاشوں کی حتمی شناخت کا عمل تاحال جاری ہے۔
چھ لاپتہ کوہ پیما اور جی پی ایس سگنلزپہاڑ پر اب بھی چھ کوہ پیما لاپتہ ہیں، جن میں دنیا کے تیز ترین کوہ پیما اور ٹیم لیڈر نرمل پرجا (نمس دائی)، ہنزہ کے معروف پاکستانی مہم جو سہیل ساقی، امریکی خاتون مالوری گیس اور چین کے وانگ ژونگ شامل ہیں۔
سرچ ڈرونز کی مدد سے ڈیتھ زون کے قریب چار ساکت جی پی ایس (GPS) ٹریکرز کے سگنلز موصول ہوئے ہیں، تاہم طویل وقت سے ان میں کوئی حرکت نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے امدادی ٹیموں کو شدید خدشات لاحق ہیں۔
